uando en días como hoy volvemos la vista atrás y observamos cómo han transcurrido estos últimos 30 años desde la inauguración de Puerto Portals el 4 de julio de 1986, el magnífico equipo de profesionales que conforma nuestra marina nos sentimos orgullosos de comprobar cómo, tres décadas después, estamos viviendo posiblemente uno de los momentos más brillantes de nuestra historia. La celebración de la segunda edición de Puerto Portals Sailing Week este verano vuelve a situarnos en el foco de atención mundial de las regatas, como durante catorce años sucedió con la Regata Breitling. Y no sólo a nivel deportivo, con la participación de las mejores embarcaciones de la clase TP52, sino también por la amplia cobertura mediática que reciben la competición y Puerto Portals con periodistas de diferentes partes del mundo acreditados. Acciones como la grabación de uno de los programas más populares de Televisión Española, Master Chef, confirman nuestra apuesta por ampliar fronteras y reforzar la imagen del Puerto tanto en España como en el resto del mundo. Ello, unido a eventos que llevan camino de convertirse en clásicos de la temporada veraniega, como Botánica Insólita, The Sunset Market o el Aquatlon, entre otros, hacen que, tres décadas después, podamos decir que Puerto Portals está más abierto y vivo que nunca. n days like today, when we look back and see how these last 30 years have gone, since the inauguration of Puerto Portals on 4 th July 1986, the wonderful team of professionals who make up our marina are proud to realise that, three decades on, we are experiencing what is possibly one of the most brilliant moments in our history. The hosting of the second Puerto Portals Sailing Week this summer once again puts us under the spotlight of the world’s regatta focus, as occurred for fourteen years with the Breitling Regatta. And not only in terms of sport, with the participation of the best vessels in the TP52 class, but also due to the broad-reaching media coverage both the competition itself and Puerto Portals receive, with accredited journalists from different parts of the world. Actions like the recording of one of the most popular shows on Spanish TV, Master Chef, confirm our commitment to broadening horizons and reinforcing the image of the Port both in Spain and in the rest of the world. This, combined with events that are close to becoming summer classics, such as Botánica Insólita, The Sunset Market or the Aquatlon, among others, mean that now, three decades on, we can assert that Puerto Portals is more open and alive than ever. Juli 1986 zurückschauen, so sind wir, das hervorragende Mitarbeiterteam unseres Yachthafens, stolz darauf, drei Jahrzehnte später einen groβartigen Moment in der Geschichte unseres Hafens zu erleben. Zum zweiten Mal wird in diesem Sommer die Puerto Portals Sailing Week ausgetragen und der Hafen rückt, wie bereits in den 14 Jahren der Breitling Regatta, ins Rampenlicht der internationalen Regattaszene. Das betrifft nicht nur die Tatsache, dass die leistungsstärksten TP52 an dem Wettrennen teilnehmen, sondern auch die Berichterstattung in den Medien. Zahlreiche Journalisten aus der ganzen Welt werden über die Regatta und Puerto Portals berichten. Wir wollen das Prestige unseres Hafens in Spanien und anderen Ländern ausbauen und setzen dabei auch auf grenzüberschreitende Initiativen. Erst kürzlich wurde eine Folge der beliebten spanischen TV-Kochshow Master Chef in Puerto Portals abgedreht. Auch unsere Event-Agenda kann sich sehen lassen. Puerto Portals has the perfect combination of sportiness, leisure and glamour. This year will be the sixth time that the TP52s rest in the pontoons of Puerto Portals. The first four correspond to the 2005 to 2008 seasons of the MedCup circuit, the predecessor of 52 SUPER SERIES. They will be moored at the main dock in the Puerto Portals, and members of the public will be able to mix with the regatta racers before and after the competition every day in the Bay of Palma. Emplatar el kale y añadir media remolacha asada, una naranja sanguina, media mozzarella de buffala, diez avellanas troceadas y una pizca de flor de sal, aceite y vinagre balsámico. Añadir el aderezo preparado y añadir escamas de sal.

Fry a mixture of garlic, dill and fresh mint with olive oil, a little vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve up the piled-up aubergine slices alternating with sliced of uncured cheese. Add the prepared seasoning and salt flakes.

Restaurant: Spoon. Recipe: Tuna with sesame, vegetable wok and Asian rice. Season the fresh tuna with salt and pepper, cover with flour, egg and black and white sesame seeds and cook. Fry the vegetables in the wok with sesame oil and the tempura with Asian fish oil. Add the Asian rice after boiling.

Freír unos cortes finos de puerro hasta que queden crujientes. Marinar los espárragos en una mezcla de pasta de miso, ajo, aceite de girasol, vinagre de arroz y sirope de agave. Decorar con el crujiente de puerro.

Restaurant: Tahini. Recipe: Miso asparagus. Boil chopped asparagus in salted water. Cool. Fry some thin slices of leek until they are crunchy. Marinate the asparagus in a mixture of miso paste, garlic, sunflower oil, rice vinegar and agave syrup. Decorate with the crunchy leek. Restaurant: Tahini. Rezept: Spargel mit Miso. Spargel in Stücke schneiden und in Salzwasser kochen, dann abkühlen lassen. Porree in dünne Scheiben schneiden und knusprig anbraten. Den Spargel in einer Mischung aus Misopaste, Knoblauch, Sonneblumenöl, Reisessig und Agavensirup marinieren. Das Gericht mit den Porreescheiben garnieren.

Restaurante: Ritzi. Receta: Filete de ternera sobre cremoso de espinaca y champiñones. Cocer 150g de espinaca con 10g de mantequilla. Añadir sal y muskat para hacer puré. Sazonar el filete de ternera (180g) unos siete minutos. Cortar champiñones en rodajas y freír. Agregar una pizca de sal. Calentar el puré, la espinaca y emplatar. Poner el filete sobre el puré y decorar con champiñones. Agregar jugo y servir. Restaurant: Ritzi. Recipe: Veal fillet on mushroom and spinach cream. Cook 150g spinach with 10g butter. Add salt and nutmeg to make a purée. Season the veal fillet (180g) for around seven minutes. Slice the mushrooms and fry. Add a pinch of salt. Heat up the purée, the spinach and plate up. La edición original en latín fue el libro más grande y caro del siglo XVII y contaba con 594 mapas en 11 volúmenes. Taschen ha reproducido la copia de la Biblioteca Nacional de Austria en Viena.

Ya ha finalizado el rodaje de la tercera temporada de esta serie mítica de los 90, dirigida por David Lynch y Mark Frost, pero habrá que esperar a 2017 para verla en televisión. Actores como Kyle MacLachlan, en su papel del agente que investiga la muerte de Laura Palmer, Dale Cooper, volverán a participar en la serie junto a nuevas incorporaciones como Naomi Watts, David Duchovny o Monica Bellucci.

The original edition in Latin was the largest, most expensive book of the 17th century and had 594 maps in 11 volumes. Taschen has reproduced the copy of the Austrian National Library in Vienna.

Die Fans müssen sich jedoch noch gedulden: ein Wiedersehen im Fernsehen gibt es erst im kommenden Jahr. Zu sehen sind u.a. El nuevo álbum de Marissa Nadler combina el folk, la música americana y el dream pop en un ambiente musical muy personal en el que parece que desaparece el tiempo. Marissa nació en Massachusetts y, guiada por su pasión musical, se hizo guitarrista y compositora. Hasta día de hoy ha lanzado al mercado un total de siete discos.

La exposición “Made in Balears” recoge la obra de diferentes fotógrafos internacionales en las Islas Baleares entre 1913 y 1971. Muchos artistas venían atraídos principalmente por el desarrollo turístico de la isla e inmortalizaron hermosos rincones y recuerdos de Mallorca. La exposición se podrá visitar en el Castell de Bellver en Palma.

The new album by Marissa Nadler combines folk, American music and dream pop in a highly personal musical ambience in which time seems to disappear. Marissa was born in Massachusetts and, guided by her musical passion, became a guitarist and composer. She has released a total of seven discs onto the market so far.

The exhibition “Made in Balears” includes the work of different international photographers on the Balearic Islands between 1913 and 1971. Many artists were drawn to the island, mainly by the development of tourism, and immortalised beauty spots and memories of Mallorca. The exhibition can be visited at Bellver Castle in Palma.

Die neue Scheibe von Marissa Nadle ist eine sehr persönliche Mischung aus Folk, amerikanischen Rhythmen und dream Pop, die die Zeit vergessen lässt. Nadler, in Massachusetts geboren, entdeckte schon früh ihre Musikleidenschaft, spielte bald Gitarre und komponierte. Bisher sind sieben Alben von ihr erschienen.

Die Schau “Made in Balears” in der Burg Castell Bellver Palma zeigt die Bilder verschiedener ausländischer Fotografen auf den Balearen, die zwischen 1913 und 1971 aufgenommen wurden. Zahlreiche Künstler waren damals vom Tourismusboom fasziniert und lichteten die schönsten Ecken Mallorcas ab.

This exclusive, different and original street market is held in the port every Wednesday and Thursday. More than 20 stalls selling crafts, décor, natural cosmetics, accessories, jewellery and local gastronomy come to the boulevard from 7 in the afternoon until 1 in the morning. And there are also music performances of swing, flamenco and soul, children’s entertainment, DJs, performances… Der elegante, originelle Markt findet jeden Mittwoch und Donnerstag im Nobelhafen statt. Talleres organizados para los más pequeños, cuentacuentos y la búsqueda con los farolillos encendidos de San Martín, que aparece con su capa roja sobre un caballo blanco, haciendo las delicias de todos los asistentes. Puerto Portals is the venue for the popular festival of Sankt Martin, the origins of which go back to the Middle Ages. Workshops for children, storytellers and the search with the glowing lanterns of Saint Martin, who appears on a white horse with his red cape, delighting everybody who attends. Puerto Portals ist Gastgeber des beliebten Sankt Martin Festes, dessen Ursprünge auf das Mittelalter zurück-gehen. Auf dem Programm stehen Workshops für die Kleinen und Märchen erzählen. Einer der Höhepunkte ist der Lampion-Umzug, bei dem der Heilige in einer roten Pelerina auf einem Schimmel erscheint.
