For years, church members in the village of Nyankpala in northern Ghana prayed for a place to worship.
They struggled to meet without a proper church building and asked for help because they could never afford it.
“There are many requests from the field,” shared Elder Clement, treasurer of the North Ghana Mission. “But our Mission does not have the financial ability to meet all the needs of the worship groups.”
Your giving made all the difference Through your support, Quiet Hour Ministries answered the call, stepping up to finish the construction of the chapel in Nyankpala.

A church rebuilt
You answered prayers in Cambodia
For years, Noun Longdy and his family, along with the 29 members of the Kampot Church in Cambodia, gathered in a building that was falling apart.
Despite the termite damage and floods that made the building unsafe, they still gathered to pray, sing, and worship every Sabbath. They trusted that God would one day provide a safer place to gather.
Through your generous support, long-time church members like the Longdy family now have a beautiful chapel to worship in.
“We have been church members since 2000, and for years, we kept praying for a new church,” Longdy shared.
The congregation did what they could to raise funds for repairs. “But the money we collected was never enough to make the church last long.”
A community transformed through your giving
But in 2024, God answered their prayers in a way they could never have imagined. Pastor Ung Chantha shared the good news: Quiet Hour Ministries’ generous donors had provided the funds for a new church!
“When we heard this, we were all so happy,” Longdy said.
Thanks to you, the new church will not only provide a safe space for worship, but it will also serve as a center of influence, offering language classes supporting the local community.
