(OFFICER TRAINING CONFERENCE) JUNE 27TH OTC is where members of KIWIN’S get to know more about their positions. It helps members know what to expect and the responsibilities that come with it. Other people experienced in these positions go over the duties that come with it and commonly asked questions as well. Personally, OTC has helped me so much throughout my time in KIWIN’S. With not many people knowledgeable of the positions that I wanted, OTC helped me answer all the questions I had.
They went over certain goals that you should have and different ideas they had in mind. OTC is a huge and reliable resource that really contributes to how I run my positions throughout my terms. It’s an event that I truly recommend going to if anyone has even the slightest interest in running for a position.
