Not Just Fleurons
The Brief To produce some product and packaging that celebrates plants, with an eye-catching and informative outcome. The outcome should interpret the concept of the garden and it’s role in our lives. Concept/Proposition Using a combination of print and screen media, produce some product and packaging that reflects your typographic skills, whilst encouraging the target audience to be ‘ecofriendly’ and appreciate nature.
Considerations The packaging must be eco-friendly – consider biodegradable materials, sustainable resources, ways of recycling, etc. Consider how you can attract the target audience with aesthetically pleasing and relevant packaging design. Consider how you can transfer the concept on to screen-based designs. Consider the use of typography and how it could reflect the celebration of plant life – could you make your own custom typeface?

These professionals could have just moved out of their parents home. They are likely to be consumers who are ignorant to the importance of nature and how plants help us to survive as human beings! Tone of Voice Friendly, yet informative. Persuasive.
