ing poster for a series of concerts presented by Bill Graham (BG 134) at Fillmore West in San Francisco between August 27 and September 1, 1968, which features performances by Santana, the Grateful Dead, Steppenwolf, Staple Singers, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Sons of Champlin, and lights by Holy See. The poster’s snarling ‘lion’s head’ art design by Lee Conklin features two human faces and a native woman. In very good to fine condition, with pin holes to corners, a short edge tear and a slight surface tear to upper right, light creasing, and some instances of discoloration to the reverse side from being hung on the streets of San Francisco.
