Hello and welcome to Inside the Darkness. - Can you tell our readers a bit about your history, please? 145188: Vanhelga started as a one-man project much like Burzum or Arckanum, for example. There were some topics and themes that I wanted to explore, in particular the darker sides of reality. During the years of being creative in new ways, I
realized that the band became like an independent entity, much like a living organism. The band is ever changing and constantly

What bands influence you? 145188: We are never consciously influenced by anything. Everything comes to us in mysterious ways that can’t be explained in words.
