GENERAL INFORMATION Import Promotion Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE) works on behalf of the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO to support SMEs from selected partner countries, facilitating market access and opening up new business opportunities in Switzerland and the European Union.

We support The Swiss Import Promotion Programme SIPPO provides programme participants with detailed information on specific industries and conditions in their target markets. We help you meet the requirements (i.e. certification) for entry into new markets. We offer coaching sessions (e.g. on export marketing or quality assurance). We connect We put you in contact with potential buyers at international trade fairs, during trade missions or on study tours. DGNED Directorate General for National Export Development (DGNED) of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia is a non-profit government agency mandated to formulate policies and guidelines to encourage and support the enhancement of non-oil and gas exports; provide information services on overseas markets; organize export procedures, licensing requirements and financing; and facilitate exporters to participate in exhibitions both domestic and overseas

SPOGA – THE INTERNATION OUTDOOR FURNITURE FAIR On the basis of anticipated market opportunities SIPPO in cooperation with the Indonesian Ministry of Trade (DGNED) offers a promotion programme on outdoor furniture at Spoga 2015. The next SPOGA fair will open its doors for exhibitors and buyers alike th st from 30 August – 1 September 2015 in Cologne, Germany, The Indonesian Country Pavilion is located in the section “Garden Living” in Hall 3.2 SIPPO and DGNED will support selected companies exhibiting at an Indonesian Country Pavilion. The programme consist of trade fair preparation, promotional activities, match-making services and assistance during the trade fair and in the follow up.

Conditions of participation Booth at Country Pavilion + th Preparation Workshop on 29 August

SIPPO /DGNED TRADE FAIR SERVICES  Trade fair preparation workshop in Jakarta prior to the fair (organized by DGNED)  Trade fair preparation workshop 1 day prior to the fair in Colgone (organized by SIPPO)  Booth at Indonesian Country Pavilion organized by SIPPO. 18-20m2 are allocated per participant  Promotional activities: Mailing of exhibitor brochure to potential buyers prior to the fair.  Hotel accommodation in Cologne for max. 2 persons in a double/twin bedroom during the trade fair (5 nights)  Matchmaking services in order to attract a large number of quality contacts.  Entry of company name in official trade fair catalogue  Preparation support (information packages, product-selection, visa applications, etc.)  Assistance of international consultants, the SIPPO project team and DGNED during the trade fair  Follow-up

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE  Travel costs (flight and train) to Cologne, Germany and back  Local transport  Personal insurance (illness and accident)  Shipment/transport and insurance of goods  Additional stand arrangements, audio-visual equipment  Additional overnight accommodation: companies who arrive earlier and/or leave later must inform SIPPO accordingly. Additional overnight accommodation must be booked by the companies themselves.  Meals and other personal expenses (phone calls, mini-bar, restaurant, bar etc.)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING COMPANY  Registration fee to be paid into Switzerland Global Enterprise bank account within 20 days after reception of the invoice.  Both representatives of the company must be fluent in English and must be present for the entire length of the trade fair and the preparation workshop.  The company must inform SIPPO on a confidential basis about contacts established and business concluded during and after the trade fair.  SIPPO shall reserve the right to alternate the programme if needed.

PARTICIPATION FEES  USD 1’800 +19% VAT if the company participates the 1st time  USD 2’400 +19% VAT if the company participates the 2nd time  USD 2’900 +19% VAT if the company participates the 3rd time In case the company withdraws from your registration the participation fee is non-refundable. The number of participants attending the fair will be limited. We will offer the opportunity as far as possible to eco-friendly companies.

TARGET GROUP / SELECTION CRITERIA The focus is on small and medium-sized companies that  are ready for the international market and have a high commercial reliability  preferably have some export experience  have products marketable in Switzerland and the European Union  produce according to international quality standards  are motivated and dedicated to deal with new markets  have legal status “private” and owned by local residents

VISA An Invitation Letter will be sent to those companied selected by us for the programme in due time (only if needed)
