COUNSELOR IN TRAINING PROGRAM (C.I.T.) Back 2 Basics will be offering a CIT program from 12-16 year olds, giving participants the opportunity to train as a junior counselor and practice their leadership skills for future work as a fulltime counselor. All applicants must submit an application by 5pm on April 16th (applications will not be accepted after the deadline). They will then be interviewed and upon acceptance into the program, will go through a training and orientation to make sure they are a good fit for the program.
