Truffle-this strange and nondescript “potato”, the greatest aphrodisiac is intense and unique fragrance. Truffles grow in moist, oak Motovun forest through which runs the river Mirna. Wild Asparagus is a native plant, which appears in the spring. Bitter taste, and its soft shoots were made to prepare. Besides the fabulous scrambled eggs with asparagus, Istrian gastronomy and culinary imagination of this apparently prosaic foodstuff intended, and many - only at first glance - an unusual dishes: cuttlefish with asparagus, or pasticcio canelloni with asparagus, asparagus pate, risotto ... With such a meal is why man look forward to spring.
