NEW HOMEOWNER PORTAL – DID YOU SIGN UP? Hopefully, you received your letter last month about the annual board election and proposed bylaw and CC&R amendments. SRCA, once again, is encouraging its Members to get involved in the governance of the association by electing your board of directors who will represent you in association matters over the next two years as well as vote on proposed amendments to our legal documents. There are six candidates for four open positions on the board. I believe all of these candidates are well-qualified and have a lot to offer. Their bios are available on our website. With that letter was the opportunity to sign up for the newly introduced SRCA Homeowner Portal that will give you important information right at your fingertips, whether on your computer or your mobile device.
On the portal, you will be able to access: • CC&Rs, Bylaws, Articles, Administrative Rules and Architectural Guidelines • Architectural application and forms • Ability to submit architectural applications • Other commonly used forms • Current Board information • YE financial report and annual budget • Current community announcements/E-mail blast • Calendar of Events and meeting information • Access to electronic voting for annual elections Right around the corner will be the opportunity to access your assessment and account balance information as well as being able to pay your annual assessment. SRCA is currently in the process of converting to the accounting software that will integrate with the portal. If you have not signed up for the portal or voted, I would encourage you to do so.
