We’re Proud Supporters of Seaford A big part of what we enjoy about living and working in Seaford is the sense of community in the town. And as a well established local business, we see it as a privilege and responsibility to support community groups, clubs and projects here. Over the years, we’ve supported Seaford Striders, Crouch Bowling Club, Blatchington Pond Preservation Society, Seaford Music Society and many others. Last month, along with other local businesses, we donated to providing two defibrillators for Premier United FC. The club has a wide range of children’s and youth teams, and holds training sessions at The Salts and plays matches at the Downs Leisure Centre. The defibrillators donation was possible due to Peter Lambert’s tireless fundraising. Peter rallied the local companies and worked with the Oliver King Foundation to bring the potentially lifesaving equipment to Seaford. The foundation is run by the parents of Oliver, who sadly passed away during a school swimming contest. Their goal is to ensure defibrillators are available at every school and sports club in the country. We’d also like to wish all the best to Seaford Town FC as its first team continues to do very well this season.

And around the corner from our office, work seems to be progressing well on the new tennis courts in The Salts. We wonder if they might play a role in creating the next Emma Raducanu or Sir Andy Murray? It’s great to see so many positive things happening locally, especially after the torrid couple of years we’ve had during the pandemic. On the property front, the market is still incredibly active, making it a great time to sell, especially as we’re entering the busiest period of the year. Thanks for reading, and good luck to all of Seaford’s sports clubs and athletes. Stephen and Andrew To discover how much your property may be worth when marketed correctly, give us a call.
