‘Remove’ rather than ‘Delete’ in Google Adwords Earlier this week, Google announced that they will be replacing instances of the word ‘delete’ in the Google Adwords UI to the ‘remove’, where this is in context of campaign and adgroup changes. In just over 2 weeks from July 21st 2014, this should be visible in advertisers’ accounts.

Bing Ads Plan to Focus on Scale, Ad Formats and Automation As Bing Ads head into 2015, David Pann, General Manager of Search Network, highlighted the 3 key areas that they will be focusing on – Scale, New Formats & Automation. Among these an increase in scale through the integration of more 3rd party and Microsoft platforms as well as a focus on new ad formats such as image, video and category extensions, were seen as key focuses. Mobile overtakes PC usage for 1st Time Ever Internet usage has for the first time ever exceeded PC usage in terms of minutes spent on these devices, measured in minutes per month, accoring to ComScore data released earlier this week. While this includes all usages of internet, such as streaming music, downloading apps and checking emails for example, this should act as a reminder to advertisers’ who are still yet push ahead into the mobile arena.
