Seattle's superhero has his nose broken in fight with real-life baddy A man who has appointed himself a masked guardian of a Seattle suburb is nursing his pride after sustaining an injury in the line of duty. Phoenix Jones, dubbed the real-life Kick-Ass after the movie about vigilante superheroes, had his nose broken during a brawl. Part of a band of civilian crimefighters who have dubbed themselves the Rain City Superhero Movement, he had been been roaming the streets in search of injustice. But after attempting to break up a fight in the city of Lynnwood, Washington, the aspiring avenger was turned over by two baddies who assaulted him at gunpoint. A Seattle Police Department spokesman confirmed that he is part of a band of at least nine do-gooders trying to keep the streets safe. Phoenix Jones's accomplices are nicknamed Thorn, Buster Doe, Green Reaper, Gemini, No Name, Catastrophe, Thunder 88 and Penelope. In what could turn out to be the rise of the
obligatory comic-book super villain, police have been told by the group to disregard Captain Ozone or Knight Owl - because they are not part of the movement. Phoenix Jones says he called the police when he saw a brawl brewing in Lynnwood and put one man in a headlock while he waited for police. But then another man pulled a gun and the superhero's nose was broken. The suburban superhero, who stalks the streets in black and gold, described his injury as part and parcel of the job. But Seattle police Detective Mark Jamieson said the wannabe crimefighters risk severe injury when they put themselves into potentially volatile situations. 'If you sees something, call 911,' Det. Jamieson added.
His suit incorporates a bulletproof vest, trauma plating on his arms and legs and other sensitive areas. His utility belt, to borrow a phrase from fellow crimefighter Batman, includes a Taser, Mace and tear gas. Phoenix said: 'I symbolize that the average person doesn't have to walk around and see bad things and do nothing.' he added since he started his crime-fighting crusade nine months ago, he's been stabbed, and had a gun pulled on him a few times, but received no serious injuries. Police department spokesman Jeff Kappel said last week: 'There's nothing wrong with citizens getting involved with the criminal justice process as long as they follow it all the way through.' He said police would prefer that people call 911 and be good witnesses, rather than getting involved personally and risk injury or death. Phoenix Jones agreed, saying that crimefighting wasn't for the weak-hearted. He said: 'I don't condone people walking around on the street with masks. 'Everyone on my team either has a military background or a mixed martial arts background, and we're well aware of what its costs to do what we do.'
What to expect when meeting a professional Financial Adviser Since arriving in Spain, I have been struck as to how difficult it can be for an individual to get good, clear and consistent advice. There are a number of unregulated and unqualified advisers operating in Spain, many of whom have limited understanding of the financial world. It is therefore, not surprising that the quality of advice on offer can vary from excellent to downright awful! For the public in general, it is very difficult to know who to trust. However, carefully chosen questions and an understanding of what should take place during your meetings with an adviser can often help you see the wood from the trees. When you first meet an adviser, one of the first questions you should ask is with regards to regulation and qualifications. If an adviser is not properly regulated, or qualified, they will not have any Professional Indemnity Insurance; meaning you have no recourse in the event of needing to claim against the company providing the advice! Initially, your adviser will need to understand your financial situation. The regulated adviser will always achieve this via the completion of a Fact Find. They should ask you numerous questions about your current circumstances, this will include question about your Assets, and liabilities, and financial objectives as well as your feelings regarding your attitude to risk. If they are not thorough in gathering this information about your financial circumstances, it is highly unlikely that they will be thorough in their endeavours to offer you the most suitable and researched advice. When discussing your needs, it is always important that you assess how independent your adviser is. With many companies offering a restrictive product range, this can have serious implications when investing your hard earned money. Therefore, ask the adviser “Do you offer a whole of market solution, or, are you restricted to a range of products from your company’s portfolio?” As a general rule of thumb, always be wary if the advice revolves around one product and provider. When investing money, it is essential that you fully understand the products that you are investing in and, how the investment has performed in the past and indeed how it is likely to perform in the future.
One thing is certain, you should be highly suspect of any adviser who intimates that high returns are likely in the current climate, or emphasizes guarantees as to future returns. Does your Adviser seek the help of specialists? . For example, if an adviser is dealing with a pension/QROPS enquiry, they may turn to a company such as the QROPS Bureau and via the completion of an additional questionnaire, this will enable them to create a detailed report indicating not only their recommendation but also an in-depth outline covering which jurisdiction was chosen and why, charges both initial and on-going, plus the key benefits of the scheme. These points are essential, in ensuring that you receive the right advice. Should you find that you wish to clarify a point don’t suffer in silence, it’s your money, your future financial well-being that is at stake. So, do ask questions. Seek qualified advice from a regulated adviser who will always provide you with documentary evidence to support the advice they offer. If you have any questions on any of the above, please contact me and I will endeavour to be of help. Paul Eaton Mobile: 689969151 Tel: 951200890 Independent Financial Adviser

If you yelled for 8 years, 7 months and 6 days you would have produced enough sound energy to heat one cup of coffee. If you farted consistently for 6 years and 9 months, enough gas is produced to create the energy of an atomic bomb. Vietnam Area: 329,560sqkm Capital City: Hanoi Population: 85,262,356 Language: Vietnamese (official), Chinese, English, and French. Religion: Buddhism, Taoism, and Catholic. Currency: Vietnamese Dong National sport: Jianzi ( badminton with feet ) The legendary Hong bang dynasty of the Hung kings is considered by many Vietnamese as the first Vietnamese state. Eventually the Chinese Han Dynasty consolidated the area into their empire. For the next thousand years, Vietnam was mostly under Chinese rule. In 938 BCE, a Vietnamese lord named Ngo Quuyen defeated Chinese forces and regained independence. Renamed as Đại Việt (Great Viet), the nation went through a golden era. During the rule of the Trần Dynasty, Đại Việt repelled three Mongol invasions. Buddhism flourished and became the state religion.
Vietnamese independence was momentarily interrupted by the Chinese Ming Dynasty, but was restored by Le Loi. Vietnam reached its zenith in the Lê Dynasty of the 15th century. Between the 11th and 18th centuries, Vietnam expanded southward, conquering the kingdom of Champa and part of the Khmer Empire. From the 16th century onwards, civil strife and frequent infighting engulfed much of Vietnam. Power was divided between the Trịnh Lords in the North and the Nguyễn Lords in the South, who engaged in a civil war for more than four decades before a truce was called in the 1670s. During this time, the Nguyễn expanded southern Vietnam into the Mekong Delta. The division of the country ended a century later when the Tây Sơn brothers defeated both and established their new dynasty. However, their rule did not last long and they were defeated by the remnants of the Nguyễn Lords with the help of the French. In 1941, the Viet Minh — a communist and nationalist liberation movement — emerged under Ho Chi Minh to seek independence from France as well as to oppose the Japanese occupation. An estimated 2 million Vietnamese, or 10% of the population then, died during the Vietnamese famine of 1944–45. Following the military defeat of Japan in 1945, Viet Minh occupied Hanoi and proclaimed a provisional government.
In the same year the French sent the troops to restore French rule. On November 20, 1946, the First Indochina War ensued, lasting until July 20, 1954. The French and Vietnamese loyalists eventually suffered a major strategic setback at the Siege of Dien Bien Phu, which allowed Ho Chi Minh to negotiate a ceasefire with a favorable position at the ongoing Geneva conference of 1954. French Indochina was dissolved. A 300-day period of free movement was given, during which almost a million northerners, mainly Catholic, moved south, fearing persecution by the communists. The partition of Vietnam, was not intended to be permanent. Vietnam's Prime Minister Ngo Dinh Diem won a fraudulent referendum and proclaimed himself president. Geneva mandated nationwide elections by 1956, which Diem refused to hold, despite repeated calls from the North for talks to discuss elections. Vietnam War. The pro-Hanoi Vietcong began a guerrilla campaign in the late 1950s to overthrow Diem's government, In the North, thousands of landowners were murdered. In the South, Diem went about crushing all opposition and tens of thousands were jailed or killed. In 1963, Buddhist discontent with Diem's pro-Catholic discrimination erupted following the Hue Vesak shootings. This resulted in a series of
mass demonstrations during what is known as the Buddhist crisis. As a result, America's relationship with Diem broke down and resulted in a coup that saw Diem killed. With this instability, the communists began to gain ground. To support South Vietnam's struggle against the communist insurgency, the U.S. began sending aid. and became embroiled in ground combat operations in 1965. Communist forces attacked most major targets in South Vietnam during the 1968 Tet Offensive, and although their campaign failed militarily, it shocked the American establishment, and caused them to think that the communists could not be defeated. Its own casualties mounting, and facing opposition to the war at home and condemnation abroad, the U.S. began withdrawing from ground combat roles. The Paris Peace Accords of 27January 1973, formally recognized the sovereignty of Vietnam "as by the 1954 Geneva Agreements." American combat troops were withdrawn by 29 March 1973. Limited fighting continued, before the north started a full-scale offensive, culminating in the Fall of Saigon on 30 April 1975. South Vietnam briefly came under the nominal rule of a Provisional Revolutionary Government while under military occupation by North Vietnam. On 2 July 1976, North and South were merged to form the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Royal Wedding The guest list has been finalized and the invitations are out. Now, as new details emerge about the April 29 nuptials of Prince William and Kate Middleton, this much is certain: The bride and groom are determined to do things their way. Case in point: Kate plans to arrive at Westminster Abbey via car, not carriage."Catherine opted for a slightly lower-key arrival," a palace source tells PEOPLE in this week's cover story. "She felt she would be arriving as Miss Middleton and leaving as HRH whatever, so that was the thinking behind it." But fairy-tale fans, take heart: The public will still get their princess-in-a-carriage moment when William, 28, and Kate, 29, leave the abbey. As for the parties, Queen Elizabeth will kick things off with a post-ceremony wedding breakfast of champagne and canapés for 600. At 7 p.m. Prince Charles will host a dinner dance for which Kate – and some 300 guests – will change into evening gowns. As the date draws closer, the betrothed couple are working to ensure that not everything is revealed ahead of time. Says a Buckingham Palace spokeswoman: "Prince William and Catherine are keen that some things be a surprise for that day, for their friends and family and those watching around the world." John Travolta Photographed Without Hairpiece JOHN TRAVOLTA has been photographed without his hairpiece on a family holiday. JOHN TRAVOLTA, the Hollywood actor and star of 'Grease', 'Saturday Night Fever' and 'Pulp Fiction', decided to go without his hairpiece on a recent family holiday in Hawaii, reports the UK's Daily Mail. It is no secret that Travolta often wears a weave when out in public, but the actor spent a day by the sea with wife KELLY PRESTON and daughter Ella, without his head of dark hair. The family were celebrating Travolta's 57th birthday and the actor was spotted relaxing in a hammock while 10-year-old Ella played by the sea with mother Kelly. The couple welcomed their third child 'Benjamin' three months ago in Florida, less than
two years after the tragic death of their son Jett. Travolta hit the headlines last month when he opened the 'Breitling' Flagship store in New York City sporting a head of long, wavy, brown hair. Five days later, the actor was photographed with an entirely different haircut in a short crop style. In 2008, JOHN TRAVOLTA appeared totally bald in the movie 'From Paris With Love' and seemed to embrace his natural look, saying, "I like it a lot, because it's a bald look and it allows me freedom to be bald" See you next month Lyndsey you can email me on Thesentinellamalaga@gmail.com

The benefits of having a test
Why is PSA testing so important in Men’s Health Men are often renowned for taking risks, generally you get a kick out living life in the fast lane and acting as if you are invincible, sadly this is mission impossible. Looking at recent trends, the incidents of prostate and testicular cancers are increasing sharply. With a few simple changes to your lifestyle you could dramatically improve your well being, you’re functioning and durability as well as your stamina and performance. Prostrate Cancer Prostrate cancer is a common cancer in older men. Every year 22,000 men are diagnosed in the UK alone. Around 8 in 10 cases occur in men over the age of 65. It is rare in men under 50. Unlike many other cancers, prostate cancer is often present for many years without you realising it. This is because in many cases the cancer is slow growing and can take many years to cause any symptoms. By the age of 80, more than half of all men will have some cancer cells in their prostate – but only 1 in 30 of them will actually die from it. However some prostate cancer can be fast growing and spread to other areas of the body. What is a PSA test? It is a blood test that measures the level of PSA in your blood. PSA stands for Prostrate Specific Antigen. PSA is a protein made by the prostate which naturally leaks into the blood stream. The PSA level is often raised well before any other symptoms of prostate cancer develop. So the test is a useful tool for early diagnosis and treatment.
It may provide reassurance if the test result is normal It can help detect prostate cancer before any symptoms develop Treatment in the early stages of prostate cancer could help you live longer and avoid the complications of cancer. A simple blood test carried out annually as a stand alone test or as part of a more comprehensive yearly health MOT, could make all the difference to your future health. At Clinica Medicare all of our tests are carried by our Nurse Practitioner who has many years experience in Men’s health. Please contact the Clinic if you have any further queries or to book an appointment on Tel 952 83 57 76

Honouring those who improve the species.... by accidently removing themselves from it! or almost! Painkiller: 2009 Darwin Award Nominee Confirmed True by Darwin (17 October 2009, Minnesota) On October 26, charges were dismissed against Lucas William Stenning, 32, who six weeks earlier had pleaded guilty to knowingly violating registration required of a predatory offender. Charges were dismissed....because Lucas was dead. On the afternoon of October 17 in the city of Bock, an injured "hit and run victim" was reported. The victim, found on the side of the road, died in the ambulance at the scene. Police reported that a 32-year-old man had concocted a scheme to stage an accident in order to obtain prescription drugs. The plan was to jump out of a moving vehicle, become injured, go to the hospital and receive narcotic painkillers. That plan failed when its mastermind, Lucas William Stenning, died at the scene due to head injuries. In other words: Lucas, 32, avoided a serious parole violation because he was deceased due to injuries he caused himself by leaping from a moving vehicle in order to obtain prescription painkillers. Ouch! Doublemint Dumb: 2009 Darwin Award Nominee, Confirmed True by Darwin (5 December 2009, Russia) A 25-year-old chemistry student of the Kiev Polytechnic Institute had acquired the peculiar habit of dipping his chewing gum in citric acid crystals while he worked, presumably to add a zesty flavor. He was hunched over at a computer in his parents' house in the northern Ukraine city of Konotop when, whether by intention or inattention, the student dunked his gum into an unidentified chemical and stuck it back into his mouth. A loud pop was heard coming from his room. (Reports really said that!) Putting aside the question of what he was doing with chemicals at home, the student was well aware of the need to keep them away from food. Every academic laboratory emphasizes the importance of never eating near chemicals because it is easy to confuse a tasty beverage with a toxic liquid, or salt your salad with arsenic. But there he was, deceased, the lower part of his face blown off.A forensic examination established that the remains of the chewing gum was covered with a dangerous unknown substance that the local laboratory presently did not have the necessary equipment to identify. Police found packets of citric acid and packets of a similar-looking unidentified explosive material, and think the student simply confused the two.

Checklist – before you start your pool up for the season: Before you fill the pool, does it need re-grouting ? To do this properly the pool should be jet washed to clear away any loose grouting. Then acid and chlorine washed to clean off any calcium on the tiles. If there are any missing or broken tiles now is the time to change them. Lastly you need to use the hardest white cement to re-grout the pool. Any excess grout should be scrubbed off with wire wool or horse hair before you refill the pool. Does the pump work ? Test the pump for any of the following problems......... Has the condenser burnt out Is the main control box working Is the automatic clock working Is the pump blocked Do you have an overload protector and is the pump earthed Have the bearings ceased Is the pool water green ? If the pool is very green and has been left for a long time it will be cheaper and easier to empty the pool , jet wash and chlorine wash the walls and then refill with clean water. If it´s not too green you will need to ¨shock¨the pool by super chlorinating it. Depending on the size you will need to put several litres of chlorine in and leave the pump on constant for a couple of days. Once it starts clearing you can test the water and balance both the Ph and chlorine levels. It is always good to add anti-cal and anti algae products at the beginning of the season. If the water does not clear easily you may need to use floculant to take the small particles to the bottom of the pool where you will be able to remove them by vacuuming to waste. Is the pool leaking ? If you suspect your pool is leaking the first thing to do is the ¨bucket of water test ¨ Simply put a full bucket of water at the side of the pool. If the pool looses more water than the bucket – it has a leak ! Once that is established we like you to leave it to drop until it stops. This gives us a good indication of where the leak will We have specialist leak detecting from the states and can usually pinpoint.a leak within an hour and then give you a written report on where the leak is and the cost to repair it. Do the sand or filter parts need changing ? Sand in the filter usually lasts around 4 years.
You can usually tell when it needs to be changed if there is poor circulation or If dust blows back into the pool after a backwash. If sand is coming back into the pool when you have it on filter this means a part inside the filter called a spider is broken and needs to be changed. Salt water pools & automatic PH dosifiers Check the salt levels Check the cell is clean and free from calcium Check the production rate is correct for your machine Check the PH level of the pool. If you have an automatic PH dosifier compare the reading on the machine to the reading on the manual test. If it differs you need a new sensor. It is important you use the correct acid for the machine as the one used in pools without a PH dosifier will rot parts of the machine. Urbanisation pools & opening licences As above – but you need to make sure you have everything in order for your Opening licence if you do not already have one. There is a list of rules and regulations for all community pools in Andalucia. If not adhered to it is possible your pool will be forced to close. Free help and advice from Splash We offer a FREE water testing service so to check the chemical balance in your pool is correct. Bring a SMALL sample of the pool water to us. Yellow Rock Scorpion Buthus occaitanus (Amoreas, 1789) Family: Buthidae Spanish: Escorpi贸n Amarillo or Alacr谩n The most dangerous European scorpion, it is yellow and brown in colour and approximately 65 to 80 mm in length. It has four pairs of legs and one pair of claws. The tails terminates with a bulbous venom gland and sharp black spine used for delivering the venom. Its poison is neurotoxic (attacks the nervous system), which can cause paralysis or even death. Scorpions are carnivorous; they prey upon small invertebrates such as spiders and insects. They are solitary except during the mating season and are nocturnal hunters, returning to their burrows by daybreak. Region The Yellow Rock scorpion is found over a wide area of the western Mediterranean including Southern France, Portugal, Spain, Cyprus and North Africa. Habitat Scorpions spend most of the day under rocks and logs. They live in arid or semi-arid areas with little vegetation, preferring rocky landscapes and scrubland. As they generally live in highland areas away from human inhabitation, encounters can be avoided. If encountered, they will be inclined to run and hide, though if cornered or molested, will defend themselves by using their sting. Symptoms Scorpion stings are more common in rural areas. The inoculation produces a strong local reaction; the victim feels acute pain around the sting and it can be difficult to locate the exact position of entry. Later a violet rash may develop, inflammation coupled with accumulations of liquid, blistering and oedema. In some cases the venom can cause neurological disorders, which often extend to agitation, disorientation and convulsions. The effects of the sting may last between 48 hours to several weeks. The seriousness of the sting depends on varying factors, including the health and age of the patient, as well as the location and dosage of the poison. Some people may be more susceptible to the venom, this can bring on anaphylaxis. Remarks To avoid getting stung never put your hands under rocks and always check your footwear before putting it on when camping in the countryside. If a scorpion is found amongst clothing, remove it using a rolled up newspaper.
Other symptoms may include vomiting, headache, muscle cramps, tachycardia, arthralgia an fever. In the most serious cases, which would usually concern infants, the elderly and immunocompromised adults, the symptoms may include serious central nervous system depression, respiratory difficulty and collapse. Treatment / First Aid Apply an ice pack over the site of the sting and keep the limb below heart level if possible. The patient should move as little as possible and try not to walk or do exercise. Treatment will depend on the seriousness of the reaction. Follow up medical treatment may include the administration of antihistamines given orally as tablets, analgesics and corticosteroids to reduce the inflammation. Although all scorpions are venomous, most are dangerous only to their prey. The stings of many species are incapable of penetrating human skin. The amount of venom injected by the same animal can vary considerably, so that the same dangerous scorpion can inflict a fatal sting on one occasion and a harmless one on another. Importance of scorpions Scorpions aremore than just of medical importance to man and nature. Like other small predators, scorpions help keep insect pests in check. They are also an important source of fat and protein for a number of other animals. Medical research has shown that scorpion venom contains a number of components with therapeutic potential. A drug that could be used in the treatment of stroke and another that is proving effective against a hitherto untreatable form of brain cancer are currently being tested. Mating ritual When male and female scorpions meet, they carry out a complex mating dance. Unusually for animals that mate on dry land, no contact takes place between the genital openings of scorpions. The male drops a sperm packet, which the female takes up into her genital pore. Once mating is over, the female may eat the male if he does not manage to escape in time. Under unfavourable conditions the female may delay fertilisation and store the sperm. Between six and 90 young are born a few months to a year after fertilisation. The bodies of the young are soft and white at birth, but become darker after each moult. Immediately after birth the babies climb onto their mother's back, where they stay for several weeks - usually until after the second moult. Baby scorpions that do not get onto their mothers' backs after birth do not survive.

However, keep moving the image in and out, relaxing, and it will appear. Look at the Reflection You'll need to LOOK at something about twice the distance of the image. It turns out we have something that is almost always available that is the exact distance... your reflection. By looking at your reflection, this will help, if not put the book one side of a glass door enough to let you see your reflection.then... After looking at your eye, simply stop focusing on your eye, and try to see the image. Repeat, switching your focus from your eye to the image, and your reflection... and suddenly you will get it.

Using the letter grid below, how many words can you find. - Each word must contain the letter in the middle ( I in this example, so DIP is not allowed) - words must contain 3 or more letters (so UP is not allowed) - each letter can only be used as many times as it appears in the grid - no proper nouns , -There is as always a 9 letter conundrum. Wife increasingly agitated says: "Oh he did, did he???" Maria: "The terd reason is dat I am better at sex than ju in dee bed." Wife, really boiling now and through gritted teeth. "And did my husband say that as well? Maria: "No...dee gardener did." "
Wife: "So how much do you want?" Don’t cheek your elders! Two businessmen in Florida were sitting down for a break in their soon-to-be new store. As yet, the store wasn't ready, with only a few shelves set up. One said to the other, "I bet any minute now some nosey old senior is going to walk by, put his face to the window, and ask what we're selling." No sooner were the words out of his mouth when, sure enough, a curious senior walked to the window, had a peek, and in a soft voice asked, "What are you selling here?" One of the men replied sarcastically, "We're selling ass-holes.." Without skipping a beat, the old timer said, "Must be doing well.....only two left." Seniors..........don't mess with them! One day a man decided to retire... He booked himself on a Caribbean cruise and proceeded to have the time of his life, that is, until the ship sank. He soon found himself on an island
with no other people, no supplies, nothing, only bananas and coconuts. After about four months, he is lying on the beach one day when the most gorgeous woman he has ever seen rows up to the shore. In disbelief, he asks, "Where did you come from? How did you get here?" She replies, "I rowed over from the other side of the island where I landed when my cruise ship sank." "Amazing," he notes. "You were really lucky to have a row boat wash up with you." "Oh, this thing?" explains the woman. "I made the boat out of some raw materialI found on the island. The oars were whittled from gum tree branches. I wove the bottom from palm tree branches, and the sides and stern came from a Eucalyptus tree." "But, where did you get the tools?" "Oh, that was no problem," replied the woman. "On the south side of the island,a very unusual stratum of alluvial rock is exposed. I found that if I fired it to a certain temperature in my kiln, it melted into ductile iron I used that to make tools and used the tools to make the hardware." The guy is stunned. "Let's row over to my place," she says. So, after a short time of rowing, she soon docks the boat at a small wharf. As the man looks to shore, he nearly falls off the boat. Before him is a long stone walk leading to an cabin and tree house. While the woman ties up the rowboat with an expertly woven hemp rope, the man can only stare ahead, dumb struck. As they
walk into the house, she says casually, "It's not much, but I call it home. Sit down, please." "Would you like a drink?" "No! No thank you," the man blurts out, still dazed. "I can't take another drop of coconut juice." "It's not coconut juice," winks the woman. "I have a still. How would you like a Tropical Spritz?"hiding his continued amazement, the man accepts, and they sit down on her couch to talk. After they exchange their individual survival stories, the woman announces, "I'm going to slip into something more comfortable. Would you like to take a shower and shave? There's a razor in the bathroom cabinet upstairs." No longer questioning anything, the man goes upstairs into the bathroom. There, in the cabinet is a razor made from a piece of tortoise bone."This woman is amazing," he muses. "What's next? When she returns, she greets him wearing nothing but some small flowers on tiny vines, each strategically positioned, she smells wonderful, She then beckons for him to sit down next to her. "Tell me," she begins suggestively, slithering closer to him, "We've both been out here for many months. You must have been lonely. There's something I'm certain you feel like doing right now, something you've been longing for, right?" She stares into his eyes. He can't believe what he's hearing. "You mean..." he swallows excitedly "You've built a Golf Course ?"
