F you’re hitting the gym four times a week but not seeing the results you’re looking for: it’s normal. No one should expect to look like a Kardashian after one session of course, but if you suspect that you’re doing all the work for little return, it could be that you’re just not optimising your workouts! It’s no secret that having a balanced diet alongside your regular routine is very important for maintaining fitness levels, but we could still be missing the mark when it comes to how we execute exercises, and our lifestyles outside of the gym. goals and an unbalanced diet (even if a healthy one!) are all contributors to not getting desired results. After all, we’re putting a lot of precious time and energy into working out, so why wouldn’t we want to get the most from it?
WHERE ARE WE MAKING THE MOST MISTAKES WHEN WORKING OUT? "The greatest problem around people's training lies around not doing the prep work. Use any small breaks around your day to plan your workout. Failing to prepare is preparing to fail! Another common mistake is that people don’t vary their regime enough. Always do what makes you happy, but mixing weights and cardio is key to gaining full optimal results".
