Fabio Zenato is an Italian agronomist, CEO and Co-owner of the family winery Le Morette, located in Veneto, Northern Italy, close to Verona and Venice. He is an agricultural entrepreneur and legal representative of the family’s farm, which since the last century has dedicated itself to high quality viticulture. Fabio, who represents the third generation of winemakers in his family, studied Agricultural Sciences at the state University of Milan, with a Master degree in Viticolture and PHD on genetic studies on DNA of the vine-plant in correlation with plant physiology.
