FOOD & BEVERAGE

News

From the Food & Beverage Directors Desk Greetings Members! First and foremost I would like to thank each and every one of you for an amazing season! Since golf has slowed down, and the weather has become chilly, wet and snow in the future, there are still many reason to come out to the club. We will be introducing our fall menu with a few new items such as Pan Seared Sea Scallops with a celery Root Puree, Blackened Breast of Chicken Penne Pasta with Grilled Vegetables and creamy garlic butter sauce and Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass with a Honey Ginger Glaze and Whipped Sweet Potatoes. The holidays are right around the corner and with that being said, soon you’ll be able to begin placing your Thanksgiving To-Go orders. The club’s annual Thanksgiving Buffet will be on Thursday November 26th, and Brunch with Santa will be Saturday December 19th. Also, as a friendly reminder, the food and beverage minimum obligation for the year is split

up into three periods. The next scheduled installment of $300 is due on or before December 31st. You must spend the required amount during each period to avoid being billed for any remaining balance. Any food or beverage purchase at any location in the Club will be credited towards your minimum, including carry out orders. Tax and service charges are not applied toward the minimum. Your unspent minimum balance for the current obligation period is listed in the bottom left hand corner of your monthly statement. It can also be viewed on the club’s website in the member statement section. We wish all of you the best and happiest holidays and safe travels along the way.

It is our pleasure to serve you! LaShelle Thomas
