President’s Farewell As an outgoing President, I would like to thank all of the key club members that I have met through leadership events, that have been apart of Solh Key Club, and those who have become life long friends. It has been my pleasure to work along side with so many amazing executives of Solh Key Club (Peter Ki secretary, Shaelyn Woods VP, Coal Beecham VP, Amber Dhillon Editor, and Julie Merchel Treasurer) and this years Lieutenant Governor (Elisei Costea), who have all put in a tremendous amount of hard work; and been a great team! -Alexis Baldwin
As being President for two years it is very hard to say good bye to Solh Key Club, and I will miss it dearly! Though I am happy to introduce Mackenzie Ives, she will be Solh Key Clubs 2013-2014 incoming President. I am sure that Solh Key Club will have another successful year, due to the consideration of its members. Not only has the success of Solh Key Club been because of its members though it has also been because of our amazing Kiwanis Advisers, and the sponsouring Sardis Kiwanis and teacher advisors who have been with us since the start. Solh Key Club would not have been able to do everything throughout these past three years without the support of Sardis Kiwanis and the Solh Key Club teacher Advisers, on behalf of Solh Key Club I would like to thank them for all of the kindness and patience they have given Solh Key Club throughout the years. I wish Solh Key Club the best of luck in the future, and I cannot wait to see what they choice to do in the new year. Key Club became a huge part of my life, and in no way do I regret it. It helped me to become passionate about helping others, I was constantly inspired, and over it helped me to become the person I am today. It allowed me to grow as an leader, and when I successfully help someone I get a shock of electrical happy energy throughout my body that nothing else brings me. I would like to wish all of Key Clubs a wonderful summer and congratulations to all of the incoming executives! -Alexis Baldwin
