Building confidence in children so they can express in group setting has immeasurable benefits in their school, personal, and professional lives. DANCE HIPPITY-HOP This introduction to hip-hop class is for boys and girls who love to dance and have lots of energy! Music and instruction is age-appropriate. Children learn to respond to music, improve balance, agility, coordination and rhythm. MUSIC BEGINNING PIANO & KEYBOARDS (YOUTH) Students will be taught the basics of playing music on the piano/keyboard. Topics include: basic notes, rhythm and theory as well as finger exercises, chords and scales, all with the goal of being able to play basic keyboard accompaniment parts and fun songs. Keyboards will be provided for students in class. However, students will need a keyboard at home for practice. Continuing students will expand on materials playing more songs and develop note reading skills. All Students will receive some individual instruction during course.
