Whether your child loves to build things or destroy them, this week of ca m p includes lots of both! Junior Mad Science engineers design and build structures using simple tools and their imaginations Then the machine madness starts children discover how different machines, both simple and complex, are used in our daily lives! Kids design simple machines using pulleys, wedges, screws, levers and have fun learning how catapults work We use the skills we've learned to build a Mad Science robot that we can keep, all while learning the science of robotics!

Explore the farthest reaches of our solar system and create a lunar eclipse in this "mad" planetary tour Probe the mysteries of meteors and bounce around satellite light as you learn about space

Become a super spy and learn cleaver ways of performing tasks as we take a hands on view of the science that spies use!

R.O.C.K. Afterschool is available Monday-Friday on school ca.m.puses from the time school is dismissed until 6 p.m., except school holidays, breaks, and in-service days.
Payment Options
R.O.C.K. Afterschool payment options include a one-time payment in full or quarterly or monthly auto pay. A Punch Pass for 10 site visits to R.O.C.K. will also be available for students. Scholarships are available for those who qualify; awarded as funding is available. Please contact your local community center for information about scholarship opportunities.
