Tai Chi is an internal form of Chinese Martial Arts known for its slow, graceful movements and breathing techniques. During each session, 10 active adults will have the opportunity to experience a range of tech devices (iPhone, iPads, Kindles, laptops ) while receiving virtual support and practice with tech instructors.

Progra.m. Information

R.O.C.K. Afterschool is available Monday-Friday on school ca.m.puses from the time school is dismissed until 6 p.m., except school holidays, breaks, and in-service days.

Payment Options

R.O.C.K. Afterschool payment options include a one-time payment in full or quarterly or monthly auto pay. A Punch Pass for 10 site visits to R.O.C.K. will also be available for students. Scholarships are available for those who qualify; awarded as funding is available. Please contact your local community center for information about scholarship opportunities.
