BASKETBALL CAMP - OUTDOOR

This fun, skill-intensive program is designed for beginning to intermediate players Using our professional curriculum, we focus on the whole player - teaching sportsmanship and teamwork. Boys and girls will learn the fundamentals of passing, shooting, ball handling, rebounding, and defense All participants will receive an award certificate, Skyhawks t-shirt and ball

Yin Yoga is the type of Yoga that is mellow, slow, and focuses on long held stretches on the floor and standing It focuses on range-of-motion (ROM) on the joints of the body.
