Nothin' but net! Come out and shoot some hoops with your friends while you learn the exciting sport of wheelchair basketball. You will learn new techniques, skills, and practice drills. Do you use a power wheelchair? Join one of the three classes with the San Jose teams in the electrifying and growing sport of power soccer! SIMPLY COOKING
This introductory course for individuals with disabilities (ages 16+) and it covers basic kitchen safety, basic menu planning, and preparing simple dishes. Menus will include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts Class includes lecture, observation, and hands on preparation Participants will receive instructional materials to take home. Class is conducted in a teaching kitchen which utilizes gas burners.

Great for a person with two left feet and who needs the extra TLC! "Ditch the work out-Join the party!" Dance, socialize, and burn lots of calories with this fun modified Zumba option for active older adults. Zumba Gold recreates all the same Zumba moves you know and love with lower intensity and lower impact while still focusing on balance, range of motion, and coordination The last portion of the class will consist of toning Feel free to bring any of these items for the toning portion of the class: 2 lb. dumb bells (2), water bottles (2), canned foods (2). Get outdoors and have some fun. F.I.T. Camp offers fitness activities, fitness enrichment, fun interactive games, and a healthy cooking club. Sign up today!
Join us at F.I.T. Camp, a weeklong camp where your kids will develop a balanced approach of knowledge, skills, and confidence to be physically active for a lifetime! Campers will learn healthy habits from our leaders who use an evidence-based curriculum. This summer, your kids will build friendships, grow their confidence, and benefit from outdoor activities. Price includes a low leader-to-child ratio of 1:10, a F.I.T. Camp shirt, skill building, new friendships, disguised learning, and much more!
Campers need to bring water, lunch*, and sunscreen each day. *Check with your local community center for information on lunch programs, scholarships, and payment plans. Each F.I.T. Camp session runs for 1 week.
