Coperta in Uptown

The Coloradan

Project Angel Heart Doors Open Denver A N D M U C H M O R E!

THE COLOR ADAN TO E AT: COPER TA Coperta - Uptown 3510 Larimer Street, copertadenver.com With a name that means “blanket” in Italian, it’s no surprise that Coperta is filled with a feeling of warmth and comfort. This Italian eatery, from brother-sister duo Paul and Aileen Reilly — the team behind Denver favorite beast + bottle — is quickly becoming an Uptown staple. Inspired by a family trip through Southern Italy, the menu features traditional dishes like pappardelle, Italian wedding soup, and wood-fired whole fish along with a rotating selection of specialty plates. Pair with their Coperta Negroni cocktail — made with Malfy gin and liquors form the Amalfi coast — and be sure to try their signature mozzerella bar, featuring imported varieties straight from Southern Italy. Stop by on April 27th to have 25% of your bill donated to Project Angel Heart through Dining Out for Life.

Our newest project is quickly taking shape at 1750 Wewatta Street — in the heart of downtown Denver. Last time you were at Union Station, you may have noticed a big hole in the ground just past the train tracks. That’s the site of the exciting soon-to-be condo building, The Coloradan, which broke ground in August 2016 and is now officially up to street level. Developed by our sister company East West Partners, The Coloradan will feature 334 masterfully-designed units — all right in the midst of the bustling Union Station neighborhood. It’s remarkable urban living just steps away from the plethora of restaurants, breweries, shopping, night life, and easy transit that the area is known for. Stop by the site. Sure, a construction site may not seem like the most glamorous place to check out, but thanks to a beautiful interactive fence wrap designed by Cultivator, you may find yourself making it a regular stop. Find out what it means to be a Coloradan while watching the building take shape in the background. Be the first to know. Our team is here to help make sure you have the latest information available. Call or stop by our office to learn more about The Coloradan and for help navigating the pre-sale process. Plus, sign up on the interest list at TheColoradan.com to stay in the loop on project updates, exclusive event announcements, and more.

“The Coloradan is the final piece of the Union Station puzzle — the last building to go vertical in the area surrounding the train platform and canopy and the only opportunity to own a piece of this newly iconic neighborhood.” Chris Frampton, Managing Partner at East West Partners

#M Y FAVOR ITEB LOCK Erin Pulling President and CEO, Project Angel Heart My Favorite Block: 26th Street between Walnut and Blake (RiNo) This month, we caught up with an inspiring member of our community — one who spends her days improving the lives of neighbors in need. Erin Pulling has been part of the Project Angel Heart family for over 20 years, working in various roles to help deliver nutritious meals to those living with serious illness like cancer, kidney disease, and HIV/AIDS. Here’s Erin’s favorite spot in Denver: “My favorite block is 26th St. between Walnut and Blake in RiNo. When I’m feeling ambitious, I often jog down in the dark of the early morning hours to run hill repeats up and down the steep block, which always reminds me that I need to return for a meal because I love the restaurants on this block. When I eat out, I like quick and easy, and I like unique. This block has it! And the alley art one block up makes it unlike any other place in Denver.” Biju’s Little Curry Shop: Warm chapati (flatbread), spiced lentils, chicken curry, served over cabbage instead of rice upon request. Something for everyone in the family at a great price. And any place that uses cans of coconut milk for décor has got to be a winner! Osaka Ramen: irresistible ramen, the best green beans ever, and just when I thought I hated donuts – mochi donuts, fresh from the oven. Yum! Park Burger: High-quality and delicious burgers. I skip the bun and order my burger over salad. Everyone in my family leaves happy and full.
