NEW I N TOWN Brider — LoHi 1644 Platte St denverbrider.com — @denver_brider (303) 455-3084 All the buzz is on Brider. Maybe it is because Acorn’s Steven Redzikowski is behind this menu? You decide. Rotisserie oven is key at dinner time. Order: ROTISSERIE ROASTED LAMB SANDWICH - 14 tatziki, harissa, cucumber, pepper relish, arugula, ciabatta + the daily pressed juice.

NOW @ MC A DENVER

Dawn Hofheimer talks her favorite local hot-spot, her trip to Italy and her most memorable deal in real estate in our latest Five Questions, One Broker. Most exciting part about being a broker at Slifer Denver… Being connected to East West Partners (the development arm of our company) is exciting, they build first class projects and always have something new and intriguing in the hopper! What is a must do for every local in Colorado… Escape to the mountains every chance you get! Tell us about your trip to Italy… It was pretty special to have 40 of our closest family members and friends join us in Lake Como for an amazing wedding at Villa Balbianello. Such a beautiful place and lovely people, Italy will always be indelibly ingrained in my heart. READ ENTIRE INTERVIEW ON SLIFERDENVER.COM/BLOG

CULTUR E Museum Contemporary Art Denver — Riverfront Park 1485 Delgany St mcadenver.org — @mcadenver (303) 298-7554 The first chapter in the Museum of Contemporary Art’s story took place in a renovated fish market in Sakura Square in Lodo. It was in 2003 when the board of trustees of the MCA donated land in the Platte Valley and London architect David Adjage was chosen to design the new space. This museum is not like the typical museum, it operates as a kunsthalle an art gallery without a permanent connection and is run by a nonprofit association. You can keep an eye on upcoming exhibits as they rotate through 4 times a year. Rooftop vibes flow here with a cafe and a splendid garden to take in the city views.

ARCH ITEC TUR E ENV Y The Triangle Building — Union Station 1550 Wewatta St #101 thetrianglebuilding.net— Photo by @jc_buck (303) 607-7615 The sharpest building in town? Indeed. Our sister company East West Partners is know for their innovation in every project they are part of while pursuing LEED gold certification. With a focus of connecting the true essence of each city with the folks that live and play there, East West has raised the bar in the epicenter of Denver’s transformation hub. Downtown Denver’s first commuter bike station will be located at the base of The Triangle Building, making it a commuters paradise for riding into work every morning. Fun fact: There are 20% more windows than the average office building due to its unique shape. PS. WeWork is joining this hood soon!
