City-Close Market Snapshot
Park Place #515
Denver’s Home Prices are (still) Increasing Denver is the third-most prosperous market in the US, according to the Case-Schiller Index. Every month, Denver home prices continue to reach upwards, and Detroit and Phoenix are the only other cities in the US with positive trends as well. Good news for sellers, for sure. •
Prices Up. There was a 3.07% average price increase just since April - and 10.45% since this time last year.

Tanya Heller Tell us what you see in the market? Prices are improving; they’re not coming up by leaps and bounds but due to overall economic improvement and reduced inventory, the market is beginning to favor the seller's lack of inventory.
