The Power of LTOs
LTOs (Limited Time Offers) bring excitement to your café and make it easy to spice up a menu with variety and on-trend tastes. These innovative menu offerings generate guest interest and frequency, resulting in higher sales, profitability and check average. In simplest terms, they’re a big deal.
Our guests are at the heart of every LTO offering, which is why we’re always reviewing trends and consumer insights. Everything in the promotions series is guest-centric and every decision is based on a guest’s motivations and key drivers. Culinary development always starts with data: research from Datassential® and other sources, research from our vendor partners and our own sales reports. With this information, we can identify movements, trends and ingredients to develop LTOs that entice and attract guests—and keep them coming back again and again.

We use Datassential menu trends and menu adoption cycles to begin development. The menu adoption cycles show us ingredient trends from inception to ubiquity which allow us to understand fastest growing menu ingredients.
