On a bright summer morning, you wake up, throw open your windows to bask in the glorious sunshine and drop in a cheery hello to the neighbour across. You then take a leisurely stroll in the garden where the cool breeze and the sweet symphonies of Nature tantalize your senses. You return for a hearty meal made from fresh vegetables plucked out of your very own garden and get dressed for work. Within a minute’s walk, you reach your workplace. This could be you, and your life in an integrated township. With population explosion and shrinking spaces in the city centres, the average urban dweller is turning towards townships to offer them what other developments couldn’t – community living. THE SPR FAMILY PLANS AN UNFORGETTABLE BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION FOR MR. HITESH KAWAD Building upon the foundation laid down by his father Shri. Prithviraj Kawad, Mr. Hitesh Kawad built a real estate empire from the ground up and has managed to craft SPR Highliving’s success story in the space. In view of his contributions and his bond with the entire SPR family, it was only evident that when his birthday came along, the staff members decided to celebrate it in a grand manner. On November 10, everyone gathered around at our Corporate Office for the birthday bash. Some of our employees entertained the gathering with songs and music. Cake, sweets and snacks were also organized for everyone thereafter.

TOWER-A CONSTRUCTION WORK REACHES 36TH FLOOR MARKING AN ICONIC MOMENT IN SPR HISTORY It’s not every day that new breakthroughs and records are made. So, when SPR Highliving recently reached its 36th floor milestone in the construction of Tower-A, it truly marked an incredible moment in the developer’s history. The 36-floor magnificent tower rose rapidly over a span of a few months and now stands tall, having almost reached its completion. Achieving a feat so remarkable and praiseworthy within a short span, goes on to show the emphasis laid on the timely completion of projects. A large part of the success is attributed to the construction and project teams, who worked relentlessly to bring SPR’s vision to fruition. SPR HIGHLIVING PARTICIPATES IN CREDAI FAIRPLAY 2018 TO FOSTER THE SPIRIT OF SPORTSMANSHIP CREDAI returned for a fifth edition of FairPlay, an Inter-Realtors’ Sports Meet. Witnessing participation from over 30+ real estate companies in Chennai, the annual sports event aims to bring out the talent of employees from member organizations. Averaging on around 800+ participants every year, this edition saw an overwhelming response from real estate companies. With over 13+ sports activities split into indoor and outdoor games it also includes team as well as solo events. There are also separate categories for management and the staff. With an extensive array

of options to choose from, the event has it all, giving ample opportunity for participants to showcase their talent. This year, SPR Highliving decided to participate in the event in a bid to foster the spirit of sportsmanship in the employees and allow them to explore their hidden potential. Synonymous with the event’s motto of ‘Work Hard, Play Harder’, we believe that it is essential to take time out of work to engage in sports and other activities to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle. To encourage the same, we nominated a number of employees for diverse events, right from cricket to

football to badminton. Some players already held various certifications and had substantial experience in their respective sport. Currently, the first phase of the CREDAI Fairplay is underway, wherein football, cricket and a few other contests are being held. Enthusiastic participation was witnessed by SPR employees and tough competition was provided to the contenders in both solo and team events. The event is expected to draw to a close in a few weeks, and we’re expecting great performance by our staff.

CUSTOMER CORNER We value honest feedback from customers as they give us crucial insights. So, we got in touch with a few of our customers and asked them to share their experience on purchasing a property with SPR Highliving. The brief interviews revealed their customer journey so far. How did you come to know about SPR? I had already purchased an apartment at SPR and was aware of some of the innovative projects the developer is coming up with. So, when I came to know that they were also building India’s largest wholesale market, I was quite impressed with the concept and decided to book a shop. Can you tell us a bit more about your business? I run an interiors and furnishing business, and have purchased a shop for that. I have also purchased another shop for my daughter who intends to set up a jewelry business. She is currently pursuing a course on jewelry design and plans on setting up her shop at Market of India. What factors led towards choosing a shop in Market of India? I don’t think we’ll get the facilities that are being offered anywhere else in India. All traders are coming under one place. Also, it is India’s first wholesale market, which I believe will give a great boost to business as the market will attract customers from both within India, and outside the country. Booking a shop here was thus, a natural decision, as it is the right step to expand my business. What core business challenges do you think will be resolved? Market of India is providing all the facilities that one would need. There’s consultation being provided for trade, you get to interact with other suppliers, there’s ample space for storing and moving goods, and the market is spacious, allowing traders to carry out business freely. Space constraints and lack of infrastructure in other unorganized markets, are the major challenges that I think Market of India will solve. How would you rate your experience with us? I’m very happy with the purchase, and I commend SPR Highliving for coming up with such an impressive project.

Usha S Shah How did you come to know about SPR? I live quite close by and I heard about the new project SPR was coming up with. I decided to make an enquiry. After being quite impressed with the offerings, I made a purchase here. What factors led towards choosing a flat in Highliving District? The apartments were quite spacious and the project was built on a massive area. Apart from this, it included everything within one place – a mall, a school, an entertainment park for kids, sports area, and more. This was the main factor behind choosing Highliving District. I did enquire in other places around, but nothing was satisfactory. At this price point, I don’t think any other project in the area will offer its residents so many facilities. Have you recommended SPR to others? Yes, I have recommended the project to several friends and family members. In fact, being quite impressed with the project and the developer, I have even booked a shop at Market of India, in the NSC Bose Road market zone. Can you tell us more about why you purchased a shop as well in Market of India? I run a wholesale business in gold and believe that owning a shop in India’s first and largest wholesale market will bring great benefits. The project features and infrastructure is unlike any other in the country. Most importantly, the attention this project is getting and the marketing campaigns will directly benefit us, as it will help our business gain more visibility.
