W
ith Chennai becoming the epicentre of an unprecedented real estate boom, it has become an investor’s paradise. On the flipside, rapid urbanization threatens to dilute the essence of living in the city. That is the case with Mumbai, a place where space constraints within city limits have forced people to move into ‘micro flats’ and can set them back by more than Rs. 50L for a flat as small as 190 sq. ft. Existing is not living, and unlike other real estate projects, we place our focus on resolving core urban problems. Our integrated township project, SPR City, set up on the infamous Binny Mills site, is a major step in the right direction. Construction of the residential towers has been progressing rapidly, with work underway in
Market of India, School and other parts of the 63-acre project. Quite recently we created history with sales hitting a record figure of 1 Million Sq. Ft – a feat that no other real estate company can claim to have accomplished in such a short span. But our phenomenal success wasn’t exactly a solo effort.
