The Baldknobbers Jamboree

Start the night off right with a delicious dinner at Hendel's Market! After dinner we will make our way to the Florissant Civic Center for a wonderful performance by The Baldknobbers Jamboree. This family entertainment phenomenon began over 55 years ago when the four Mabe brothers, known as the Baldknobbers, began entertaining visitors on the Branson Lakefront. Today, the family legacy continues with the second and third generations of the Mabe family carrying on the family tradition of great country music and hilarious comedy. Ste. Genevieve Garden Walk

Stop and smell the roses with us during our visit to the downtown historic district of America's oldest French Colonial village for their annual Garden Walk. Explore several public and private gardens, some of which belong to historic homes and are typical to the 18th-century period. After our stroll through the gardens we will enjoy an exquisite lunch at Audubon's of Ste. Genevieve Restaurant. After lunch we will tour two historic homes. The Bolduc House Museum was constructed in 1792 and the Felix VallĂŠ State Historic Site dates back to 1818. We will end our trip with a delightful dessert from Sarah's Ice Cream. Next we will make our way to Hartford, IL to visit the Lewis & Clark Confluence Tower, the gateway to the Meeting of the Great Rivers National Scenic Byway. This 180-foot tower has three viewing platforms and tells stories about the area's history. 2016 EXTENDED TRIPS: Escorted by the Ranger Division Open Water Florida Trip

Diving Certification Florida Package

The St. Charles Parks and Recreation Department's Ranger Division has teamed up with the Midwest Scuba team to bring you this diving certification package. Have you ever wanted to get your Open Water Diver certification and dive in sunny Florida? Then we have the package for you. As with the Open Water Diver certification offered in September or October, this course will give you the necessary skills to safely conduct open water dives. The classroom and swimming pool portions will be held here in the St. Louis area. In February, we will board a motor coach for warm, sunny, Florida where we will spend 3 days diving in three separate fresh water springs. DIVING CERTIFICATION FLORIDA PACKAGE AGES 12 - UP • CODE: 461903-01 Fee: $1,350 per person (double occupancy)

DIVE CERTIFICATION FLORIDA PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Transportation, lodging, meals and dive fees, use of mask, fins, snorkel, regulator, BCD, wet suit, aluminum tank, weight belts and weights. A Medical Statement/Questionnaire & Physician's Release must be returned to the Parks Department at least 2 days prior to your first class. After registration you will be contacted to receive course materials and further instructions. Participants MUST have all five chapters of the manual read and the knowledge reviews completed before the first class.

We know our travelers love going to Cardinals games to support their home team so we are planning an extended trip to Jupiter, Florida to show our Cardinal spirit. This trip will include air fare, transportation, most meals and special interaction with some of our favorite Cardinal players and managers! The St. Charles Parks & Recreation Foundation provides funds to either children or adult CITY RESIDENTS who cannot financially afford a recreation program or trip participation fee. One scholarship amount per family per brochure is granted. For more information call our Administration Office.

One Day Trips & BINGO: Deposits:

One-Day Trips & Bingos: $10 non refundable deposit must be received at registration.

Cancellations:

One-Day Trips & Bingos: Participants cancelling a one day trip less than 14 days prior to the trip will not receive a refund. Participants cancelling more than 14 days prior to the trip will receive a refund minus a $10 administration fee.

Accommodations:

Please call us so that we will know how to better serve you. This will help us assist you to have a great trip experience. If you have any dietary concerns, health or mobility issues please inform our Administration Office at the time of registration.
