Winter Lunch and BINGO

Route 66 & Hendel's Cafe

Gather your friends and loved ones for a special afternoon of BINGO this winter at Memorial Hall in Blanchette Park. We'll have a special guest singer stop by to entertain us with classic melodies as we enjoy a delightful lunch with the company of your friends before BINGO begins! Doors will open at 11:30A. Get your family and friends together for a weekend getaway to the Windy City. We'll travel by bus Friday, June 2 and catch a St. Louis Cardinals vs. Chicago Cubs game when we arrive. The hotel will be in a convenient location so that you can enjoy the city on your own to do whatever sightseeing or activities you wish to do. We will return back to St. Charles on Monday, June 5. Tai Chi Fitness

This program is designed to be a safe and effective exercise program for a wide range of ages and conditions including arthritis. It uses the Sun Style of Tai Chi with its Qigong exercise to benefit balance, flexibility, mobility, coordination, management of arthritis and health in general. Instead of paying for expensive wreaths at a store, why not make your own? All supplies will be provided and each participant will create their very own wreath to display at their home. These wreaths, or even the class itself, make for a great gift idea as well! OPEN TO ALL AGES!

These programs give you the opportunity to build your very own succulent bowl or floral hanging basket just in time for spring and summer. Our horticulturist will be present during class to answer any questions you might have. These planters, or even the class itself, make for a great gift idea as well! OPEN TO ALL AGES!

Spring Gardening and Landscaping Tour:

Take a fun and unique tour of the Braille Trail in McNair Park, with one of our Park Horticulturists. This professional will not only be sharing gardening and lawn care tips, but also identifying plants and trees as well as answering any of your questions along the way. This is a one day event you will not want to miss out on! Please keep in mind there will be an ample amount of walking involved in this program. EXTENDED TRIPS: DEPOSITS:

Extended Trips: $50 non refundable deposit must be received at registration.

CANCELLATIONS:

Extended Trips: Cancellation policy will vary with each extended trip depending on the vendors and timelines involved with that particular trip. Check each individual extended trip for the cancellation policy in force for that particular trip.

PICK UP POINT:

Pick up point for all day trips and extended trips will be at the Memorial Hall Parking Lot in Blanchette Park unless otherwise stated.

**PARKS PASSPORT CARD:

Receive a $5 discount for select trips (two stars signifies the trips with discounts) with this card. Available for St. Charles CITY Residents. For more information call our Administration Office.

SCHOLARSHIPS:

The St. Charles Parks & Recreation Foundation provides funds to either children or adult CITY RESIDENTS who cannot financially afford a recreation program or trip participation fee. One scholarship amount per family per brochure is granted. For more information call our Administration Office.

ONE DAY TRIPS & BINGO: DEPOSITS:

One-Day Trips & Bingos: $10 non refundable deposit must be received at registration.

CANCELLATIONS:

One-Day Trips & Bingos: Participants cancelling a one day trip less than 14 days prior to the trip will not receive a refund. Participants cancelling more than 14 days prior to the trip will receive a refund minus a $10 administration fee.

Please call us so that we will know how to better serve you. This will help us assist you to have a great trip experience. If you have any dietary concerns, health or mobility issues please inform our Administration Office at the time of registration.
