HOTTY

Kershila Peterlyn Jaikeran 19, Claxton Bay

Three things about yourself you like and why? I love my body, most particularly my legs because they make me stand out. I like my confidence because it helps me drive away my fears. I am very open-minded so I can get to understand and respect many different types of people. Your OMG moment? That would have to be when I was walking down Frederick Street and this man stopped, turned around and shouted in a very surprised tone “Jennifer!” Knowing it was not my name I continued to walk, but he got more and more angry as I walked away and started shouting “'Jennifer!, Jennifer!, Jennifer!” I just kept walking. I did not know who he was and I was not about to engage him. OMG! Outfit Courtesy

usly o m y n o n a s t h g thou t s e p e e d r u o y s fes A place to con Facebook has made me

an attention whore

This is hard for me to admit, but I completely rely on Facebook and other social networking sites for validation. If I don’t get enough “likes” on a post, I will immediately delete it. A post with barely any likes gives me so much shame. I need people on Facebook to like my actions, or else I am worthless. I think that it has caused me to become attentionseeking to the point of low self esteem. I loathe what Facebook has made me. I don’t want to be this way. I want to be able to be happy with myself and my own actions without the approval of others, but sometimes I feel like I crave it more than anything. I hate my attention seeking behavior. I am considering starting a vacation from Facebook, Instagram, etc. so I can finally end this disgusting mindset.

To the girl I like a lot I feel so ashamed of myself. I’m sitting in my bed at 1.38 in the morning thinking “why did I just do that”... I went on to Facebook, went to your profile, and blew a load to a photo of you, not even anything remotely sexual… just a photo of you smiling… Just because I love it when you smile… it makes you look freaking amazing, but you never smile anymore; you need to start smiling again.

My mom is slowly killing herself and I'm tired of trying to help

My ex contacted me because she needed a friend. I blew her off and I found out she tried to kill herself My ex has always been depressed and horribly so. I broke up with her after giving her an ultimatum – start getting help or move out. I cared for her a lot but I just couldn’t go on being her crutch. It was life – and soul-draining. A week ago I got a phone call from her. She was in tears and unintelligible. I got her calmed to the point where I could make plans to meet up with her the next day. I blew her off and turned my phone off. I was selfish and did not want to get sucked back into the drama. I found out yesterday that she is in hospital from an overdose of prescription medication. I feel so guilty. I abandoned an emotionally unstable girl when she was needed a friend. I am a horrible human being.

My mom has had depression for years. And for longer than that, she has had a serious weight problem. This last year she finally was pushed from borderline diabetic into full-blown diabetes. I actually had to intervene before she slipped into a diabetic coma once - literally forcing her to go to the hospital against her will after hours of pleading and trying to convince her to go. But I want to stop. I can't keep doing it. But I feel like because I'm tired to trying to instill the will to live in her, I'm essentially signing her death sentence myself. Even so, I just can't bring myself to try anymore. I love her so much, but I feel so helpless. And the guilt kills me.

I eat the skin on my feet... Since I was 10, I have been picking the skin off my heels and big toes just to eat it. It started off slow, but now it has become a habit. I have half of a compass in my room that I just use for digging into the sloes of my feet, tearing the skin of, and eating it. At times, this makes it hard for me to walk, especially if I am wearing tight-fitting shoes. When I am wearing shoes, I walk on the balls of my feet, which people have noticed, but I just say that someone kicked me in the foot. when I am not wearing shoes, I always wear socks to hide the marks on the backs of my feet.

Expressing your love to somebody Step 1

At first, behave in a friendly way to them.

Step 2

Step 4

Express your love. Tell them that you love them. But make sure you are looking into each others' eyes.

Don't show to them that you have got some feelings for them. Talk to them as you would talk to any of your friends.

Step 3

Observe: As you progress, start talking to other girls or boys in front of them. Notice from the corner of your eyes whether they are looking at you. As you talk to them notice whether they are looking at your eyes or not. If they are, take them to a lonely place by saying 'I have to show you something'.

How to forget about your Ex Step 1

Step 5

Recall things that bothered you about the relationship. Writing these things down may help solidify them in your mind.

Do something to take your mind off of the lost relationship. Hang out with other people, read a good book, tend to a garden.

Step 2

Step 6

Collect belongings that remind you of your ex and put them into a place you never look at daily

Step 3

Delete your ex's phone numbers and e-mail addresses.

Step 4

Flirt with good women/ men.

Learn things which is new to you like learning guitar, painting, music. Learn things which is new to you like learning guitar, painting, music.

Step 7

Try to take the time off and leave your comfort zone. Be daring.

Step 8

Never be afraid to admit you are hurt.

HOW

How to Stop

Cursing Step 1

Have your friends and family cut down on cursing. If anyone around you curses constantly, they’re a bad influence on you. You can’t flush that potty mouth if everyone around you is swearing like mad. It’s a bad habit for everybody. Get rid of those influences. Negative effects can also include television and music.

Step 2

Find replacement words for all your curses. Try common ones like “darn” or “dang” or “fudge” or the ever popular “crud”. Or have your own. Keep in mind this is only the beginning. Most people will still recognize that you are cursing. Work your way up from here.

Step 3

Bite your tongue. Literally. It will signal to your brain that cursing = pain, and you’ll quit finding those words as an instantaneous response when your tongue is burning.

Step 4

Create a curse jar. Get a clear jar and have everyone in the house agree that every time someone hears you curse, you have to put a dollar in the curse jar. No one likes losing that much money. This will quickly discourage you from cursing.

TO’S

Finding the Perfect Roommate

Finding the perfect roommate requires a little effort, but these steps will help. STEP 1 - Choose a gender

Determine whether you want a male or female roommate, and how either will affect your lifestyle.

STEP 2 - Decide on an age range

STEP 4 - Social habits

Establish drinking and smoking requirements. Decide whether you can accept a roommate who drinks or smokes, and to what extent you can tolerate these habits.

Decide the age group a roommate would belong to in order to be compatible with your current lifestyle and life preferences.

Tip - Aim for tolerable – nobody is perfect.

STEP 3 - Consider personality

STEP 5 - Ask around Put out the word through friends and acquaintances that you are looking for a roommate.

Decide on a personality type that will work for you, such as laid back and reserved or social and independent. Know what you can tolerate, and don’t settle for candidates who don’t fit the profile.

STEP 6 - Advertise

Place classified ads in local papers, on community boards, and on the web. Use paper and markers to make fliers and hang

Mary takes her last dance at

Central Bank Auditorium “Mary Could Dance”, written by Richard Ragoobarsingh, is the most popular, loved and awarded play in the history of theatre in Trinidad and Tobago. This dynamic play, which is heralded as an unparalleled exemplar of theatre in Trinidad and Tobago, is finally coming to the end of its run. The play has actually run for 16 years and has been showcased in Grenada, St. Vincent, Barbados, St. Lucia and Ireland where it has always been received with standing ovations.

emotionally drops the curtain of what without a doubt has been a quality benchmark of local theatre, with the production copping 11 of 15 Cacique Theatre awards, a record that stands to this day. The play is directed by Raymond Choo Kong and features a stellar cast which includes Penelope Spencer, Cecilia Salazar, Richard Ragoobarsingh, Glenn Davis, Dionne McNicol and Roger Dickie. “Mary Could Dance” takes a look at AIDS. This warm and sometimes scandalous comedy looks at what happens when three dancer/prostitutes face the return of one of their group’s first love, back from living years in the United States and features everything from exotic dancing, to cat fights, to romance, to the antics of the scandalous pimp/bar owner Mule as the number one play of Trinidad and Tobago takes you on a journey and a night of theatre that you will never forget.

It has always been the wish of the writer/producer and cast and crew that the play should end its Portof- Spain run where it began 16 years ago – in the Central Bank Auditorium. This wish is now about to be fulfilled as the play, with its original cast,

DCFA's Playwriting

class 2012-2013 Mark Eastman's Dress glides through spectators at the Junior Critics Awards Show Held at Napa in 2011

UWI’s Department of Creative and Festival Arts (DCFA) Playwriting class of 2012-2013 is seeking actors who can volunteer their services for the upcoming staged readings of four plays from this year’s group of playwrights. As is customary at the Department, at the end of the semester, the playwriting lecturer convenes a session in which the promising plays from the class are presented as staged readings. This gives our student playwrights an opportunity to see (and hear) their plays at work; it’s all part of a good dramaturgy process.

This year, the department plans to stage four plays and to use the talents of the student actors and directors in realising the staged readings. The dates proposed for the final showings are July 13 and 14. The venue will be the Trinidad Theatre Workshop. The presentations will also form part of the Playwrights Workshop offerings for July 2013. Rehearsals will be held at the DCFA, Agostini Street in St Augustine from June 29 from 6 pm to 9 pm. And the rehearsal roster will be determined when the lecturer meets with the student directors and examines as well the availability of the student actors. If you are interested in participating in this exciting project, please submit your details using the form below. For your perusal we have attached a brief on the characters from the four plays. If you have trouble viewing or submitting this form, you can fill it out online:

Interview Stephen Doobal | Story Amelia C. Ramjarrie

Interview Stephen Doobal | Story Amelia C. Ramjarrie

Here’s a quick lesson about skin. I will use the onion as a reference. The onion has several layers that act as the protective barrier which interfaces with the environment. Most Trinidadians have engaged in the activity called “peeling onion” so I decided to approach this week’s interviewee, Kris Veeshal Persad (KI), with the same dynamic – peeling off the layers and in so doing getting to know him better. Let’s start with the first layer – a description of the singer. KI is handsome, talented, charismatic, flirtatious, hardworking and deeply appreciative of his support system. OMG Magazine had the pleasure of chatting with this accomplished 27-year-old. He made one thing clear. Despite the lyrics of his hit song “Single Forever” he doesn’t want to be single forever! KI said that he does want to get married and have kids. For the ladies who want to want to woo him, who fancy themselves as his future wife, just a few hints. He loves to cook, so you should know how to do so and you must specialise in cooking callaloo and lasagna because they are his favourites. KI also adds that he sleeps naked and likes to flirt and party (he says he’s a party whore). He dislikes liars and people who aren’t original, for instance, those who steal other people’s songs. Second layer: KI’s career. He entered and won the Children of Mastana competition in 1995, an achievement that is significant in his life and career because three of his rivals in that contest – Neval Chaetlal, Neshard M and Shivani Ragoonan – now work closely with him and his band, JMC 3veni. JMC 3veni was launched in 1977 with KI’s uncle being the one to manage it. In 1992 those responsibilities were transferred KI’s dad. The band has flourished throughout the many years. It has garnered successes both locally and internationally. KI credits this success both to his dad whom he says is an amazing leader, and to the people in the band whom he says are easy to work with and understand what they want to achieve. Clearly over the years the band has done enough to highlight the “persistence, consistence and positivity” branding that it is always trying to embody. The third layer in the KI story I refer to as the Magic of KI. Chris Angel has nothing on KI who recalled the latter months of 2011 when he was frustrated as Carnival 2012 was approaching and he hadn’t released a song. He said he had no ideas but out of nothing he was able to create “Single Forever”. The song became a hit and he was even privileged to have the King of Soca, Machel Montano, add his touch on it. And what was even more incredible, KI and his band were chosen to perform as the opening act for Machel at Madison Square Garden in New York. He sang his “Single Forever”, becoming the first crossover artiste out of Trinidad and Tobago to perform there. In addition to this phenomenal achievement KI was given a national award for advancing the cause of chutney-soca in Trinidad and Tobago. KI’s fourth layer is a very sensitive element. It’s his deep appreciation for his band, sponsors, friends, family, and other artistes who have helped along the way and especially his fans. Thus he has a special project on July 13 at the Regional Star Hotel. That special project is called KI – THE CONCERT where JMC 3veni, KI himself, Machel Montano, Olatunji and other artistes take the stage to perform. He also has a chutney musical theatrical production in mind for next year. Finally the fifth and final layer is KI’s OMG moment. He has done extremely well in his four-year musical career. In the Chutney-Soca Monarch Competition he placed fourth in 2010 with “Catch Meh Lovah” (Sunita & Nadia), he placed third twice, in 2011 with his song “No More Rum Again” and 2013 with “Friends for the Night”. However, his OMG moment was when he won the Chutney Soca Monarch title on 2012 with “Single Forever”. It was truly an OMG moment.

Cordell Hernandez 17, ARIMA, Footballer

Interview Stephen Doobal | Story Amelia C. Ramjarrie

I recall my secondary school days with one significant event – Parents’ Day. Every year all my teachers used this recurring statement, “she has enormous potential, she is destined for greatness”. This always annoyed me. I didn`t know what it meant until the day I met Cordell Hernandez. When I listened to him speaking I knew he has potential and is destined for greatness. When I think about his skills, progress and accomplishments in high school football, I imagine him at the World Cup, singing Trinidad and Tobago’s national anthem and wearing our football kit. This Arima resident is only 17 years old but he can pull out various titles and accomplishments out of his hat, including “Best Player of the Club 2012” in his club SKHY-FC, “Best Player of the Year” in his school`s football team and “Most Disciplined Player” in his Champions League team. Hernandez also participated in the Dallas Cup in Texas under his club’s banner, where they played three games. How was Cordell able to accomplish so many things in his football career? He doesn’t hesitate to say that he trains hard almost every day and makes sure to eat healthy since his main goal is to obtain a football scholarship at the end of his CAPE examinations. He wants to continue in football while earning his degree in mechanical or chemical engineering. He adds that if engineering is not in his future, he would like to be a pilot as many members of his family are pilots. There is no doubt in my mind that Cordell can achieve his goals as he’s dedicated, studious and hardworking. As I said before, I expect great things from him… he`s destined for greatness. When OMG asked Cordell what was his OMG moment he responded with – of course – a football-related matter. He stated it was a UEFA Champions League match between Barcelona and Bayern Munich. Barcelona was apparently his favourite and he believed that they were the better team. However, Barcelona lost and Bayern Munich advanced. He was overwhelmed by that Barcelona loss.

Shorts teaser: Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Huma Qureshi and Richa Chadda in this hatke looking story! by Prathamesh Jadhav bollywoodlife

Here’s a teaser of Anurag Kashyap’s next production that’s being handled by five directors. This year four fine directors of B-town – Karan Johar, Zoya Akhtar, Dibakar Banerjee and Anurag Kashyap came together under one roof to make a film called Bombay Talkies to celebrate 100 years of Indian

cinema. The movie received rave reviews and now Anurag Kashyap is so fascinated with the idea of collaboration that he has planned to make more movies of similar nature. The first step in that direction is Shorts. It is a compilation of short films helmed by five directors – Shlok Sharma, Siddharth Gupta, Anirban Roy, Rohit Pandey and Neeraj Ghaywan.

Co-produced by Anurag and Guneet Monga, the movie stars the Gangs of Wasseypurtrio – Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Huma Qureshi and Richa Chadda. This production will also feature a bunch of new talents like Vineet Singh, Satya Anand, Ratnabali, Bhattacharee, Preeti Singh, Murari Kumar and Arjun Srivasava.

Dhanush and Sonam Kapoor

Raanjhanaa movie review: Dhanush and Sonam Kapoor entangled in the game of love and politics! Why did Ranveer Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha’s

by Deboshree Ghosh bollywoodlife

The movie took us through different emotions and circumstances, some we could relate to and some that will linger in our minds for a long time. If you asked us to describe Dhanush and Sonam Kapoor’s Raanjhanaa, we would say it’s commercial and offbeat at the same time. The first half is pleasantly filmi, laced with romance and the childish high of being in love, whereas the second half takes you into the murky world of politics, with the passionate youth of Jawaharlal Nehru University trying to douse the fire of corruption and everything that’s affecting the country. Aanand L Rai does a brilliant job of merging romance and politics in an extremely understandable way. So the romance bit obviously has to start with Dhanush – the superstar who doesn’t look like a superstar. Recently Sonam said in an interview that one doesn’t need language to emote, and in Dhanush’s case we couldn’t agree more. The dubbing is decent and the South actor’s way of translating scenes from paper to screen is remarkable. A small town guy Kundan’s (Dhanush) life revolves around Zoya (Sonam Kapoor). He is enamoured of everything to do with her. From fearlessly cutting his wrist to chasing her through every nook and cranny of Benares – the guy fell crazy in love the moment he saw ten-year-old Zoya reading namaz. And it remained that way when they reached their adolescent teen phase, and continued to be that way till they hit the rebellious period of their 20s. But things changed when Zoya was sent away to study by her parents – they couldn’t tolerate their kiddie daughter having even the slightest feelings for a Hindu boy. And by the time she returns, things have changed…drastically! The small town gal from Benares

is transformed into an opinionated and confident lass from Delhi with a degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University – the gullible school going Zoya becomes a fierce gal from the big city who would perform street plays with her activist friends, battle water cannon and discuss the status quo of the country with a fervent air. While Zoya was wheeling around in different directions, meeting new people, learning new things, Kundan was stuck in the same spot – he was the same small town lad from Benares waiting for the gal he loves, the same lad who doesn’t have a care in the world, making a living doing odd jobs and every so often falling into a reverie filled with thoughts of Zoya. But despite the hurdles of different castes, different ideologies, the unusual combination of a well-read gal and a gawaar guy, they are still friends. And if Dhanush can slash his wrist for his love at 15, he can also do jugaad and drive all the doctors and engineers away that Zoya’s parents are trying to force their daughter into marrying. Abhay Deol plays a tiny role as Sonam Kapoor’s boyfriend in the film. He is as ambitious and as selfpossessed as is Zoya. The twist in the story arrives when the Kapoor chick introduces him as a Muslim guy to her parents so that they would give their nod of approval. The way Dhanush deals with it, how Sonam is going through turmoil – all of this takes a very unpredictable turn. Dhanush walks the rope that leads him to the politically aware routes of JNU. The way he transforms from a bhai-type Benarsi bully to an aggressive activist, and the reasons for and the circumstances that take him towards that path are beautifully etched in the film. While the first half is all gloss and show the dreamy world of love and passion set against the backdrop of Benares, the second half is drenched in inspiring youth oriented politics set in streets thronging with rallies that wind through Delhi. Watch it for the super artiste Dhanush and also for Sonam’s rising acting graph – which has definitely reached an impressive point – and, of course, for Rai’s unconventional and moving storytelling.

Sonakshi Sinha’s face?

by Prathamesh Jadhav bollywoodlife

The Dabangg babe got so upset with Ranveer Singh that she stormed out of the sets of the film Sonakshi Sinha and Ranveer Singh may make for a lovely pair in Vikramaditya Motwane’s soon-to-be released movie Lootera, but there was a time when Sona was so upset with Ranveer that it took the Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl Actor days to pacify theDabangg star. It so happened that on the sets of Lootera when Ranveer and Sona were rehearsing for an intense scene, Ranveer accidentally spat on Sona’s face. Understanding the intensity of the scene in which Ranveer had to scream, Sona did not mind it. But she warned Ranveer to be alert while delivering his dialogues. “There is a scene where I hold Sonakshi tightly and yell ‘You called the police?’ I was in the skin of the character at that time and so the intensity was such that spit came out each time I said the dialogue,” said Ranveer in an interview. But the poor lad was so deeply sunk in his character that he kept spitting on Sona’s face every time he said his lines. Miss Sinha go so upset with it that she stormed out of the Lootera set in the fit of rage. It took Ranveer hours to pacify his co-star before she resumed shooting.

Japan is one year

away from growing

human organs

inside a pig

People requiring organ transplants face a number of hurdles to overcome including waiting for a transplant to become available, their body potentially rejecting the new organ, and the limited life span of that organ. It would be much better if we could grow new organs on demand using our own cells, and Japan might be the first country to do it. New guidelines have been put forward to the Japanese government to advance embryonic research beyond today’s imposed limits. At the moment, scientists are allowed to develop chimeric embryos (human stem cells added to an animal embryo) for no more than 14 days in a lab setting. The new guidelines would allow that chimeric embryo to be implanted into the womb of an animal and grown into a working human organ.

Those guidelines, if accepted, would replace the existing restrictions within 12 months. After that, human organs can start to be grown and the process perfected for an actual transplant to occur. The animal most likely to be used for organ growth is a pig, and the first human organ to be grown would be a pancreas. If successful, it means people with diabetes will benefit first. Then scientists can start growing and perfecting more complex organs, such as the human heart and kidneys. If all goes to plan, animal-to-human organ transplants could be viable within 5 years. Unfortunately, harvesting the organ does mean killing the animal, however, the scientists are confident that eventually we’ll be able to grow multiple organs at once within the same womb.

GoGirl & Sheweedevices to allow females to pee standing up By Rusty Blazenhoff

It's been four years since Michael Jackson died, on June 25, 2009, from cardiac arrest caused by a lethal combination of prescription drugs. His death, later ruled a homicide, shocked fans and musicians across the world.

Jackson rose to fame in 1964 as the youngest member of his family's Motown group, the "Jackson 5," and continued to dominate the music industry with best-selling hits such as "Thriller," "Billie Jean" and "Beat It." Jackson is survived by his three children, Prince Michael Jackson II, Michael Joseph Jackson Jr. and Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson.

GoGirl and Shewee are two different brands of female urination devices (“FUD”) that allow women and girls to pee while standing up. I was first introduced to these kinds of devices a few years ago and the one I bought turned out to be a lifesaver at an outdoor concert I was attending (the portable toilets lines were too long and they became too disgusting to use).

She deserves a vag of honor. Joanne Tremarco was costumed as a vulva when her trustysidekick Chris Murray, clad in a penis outfit, was attacked, the Central Somerset Gazette reported. The pair are members of the theater groupNomadic Academy For Fools. On June 14, they were on the streets of Glastonbury, England, promoting upcoming performances. Murray told the Gazette that an unidentified passerby "started shouting at me, saying it was disgusting and children could see us." Apparently he didn't mind children witnessing a grown man attack someone, though, because he then "grabbed my hat, tore it off and chucked it on the pavement," Murray said.

Not one to lose his head, Murray did not return the violence. Tremarco then sprang to the defense of her phallic friend, according to The Sun, and helped calm the angry man. The pair chose not to press charges against the assailant. A policeman told Tremarco and Murray that they would have to take the costumes off, or they could be arrested. Not wanting to spend any hard time in the penal system, they complied. Tremarco, who performs in the one-woman show "Women Who Wank," says she and her ballsy buddy were just "trying to highlight the contradiction in society." "People were offended by us walking around in costume, but it's nothing you can't see in magazines and newspapers that are often displayed in a child's eye-line," she said.

Lil Snupe murder suspect accused of killing rapper over a video game by Marc Hogan for the spin.

Meek Mill and rapper Lil Snupe

Meek Mill honors slain 18-year-old protege with video Police have named a suspect in rapper Lil Snupe's killing last week, now confirmed to have been a shooting. Born Addarren Ross, the 18-year-old Louisiana MC was signed to Meek Mill's Dream Chasers label. On Friday, a lead investigator with the Winnfield, Louisiana, police told local KNOE 8 News their suspect is a 36-year-old man named Tony Holden. Lieutenant Charles Curry reportedly said the shooting came about during an "altercation" as a result of "betting on video games." The dispute allegedly took place at Holden's apartment, where the window has a bullet hole. A neighbor, who

told KNOE he was sleeping during the gun shots, said of the fight, "It just got out of hand, that's all I know." Meek Mill has posted a poignant tribute to his young protégé. Credited to Lil Snupe and featuring a verse from Meek Mill, the "Nobody" clip includes candid footage of the late rapper. "May you rest in peace," text reads. "Forever a Dreamchaser." Sampling the sweltering G-funk of Nate Dogg and Warren G's "Nobody Does It Better," the track finds Lil Snupe all too prophetically rhyming about haters who want to kill him. The video fades out during Lil Snupe's most tragic line from the song, which originally surfaced online a few months ago: "And I refuse to let my mama lose me to some bullshit."

Rihanna and Drake getting back together, start texting each other

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West

The reasons Kim and Kanye picked the name ‘North’ may surprise you

Rihanna And Drake

by Josh Duboff

North West is only a week old and already she's had more articles written about her than most adult celebrities will in their lifetimes. Us Weekly is reporting this morning that North (we refuse to acknowledge the "Nori" moniker) weighed 4 pounds and 15 ounces at her birth. So, you know, adjust your plans for the life-size North plasticine sculpture you're working on in your basement accordingly. In other North news, TMZ is claiming that—get ready—Kim and Kanye were not “inspired by a compass” when they chose the name, which seems somewhat hard to believe considering the baby's surname.

“...They chose the name North because they see it as a metaphor for ‘up,’ telling friends 'What's North of North? Nothing.’” Hmmm. This would be like if Gwyneth Paltrow had said the name "Apple" had nothing to do with the fruit, but was instead, like, a metaphor for purity. (Actually, now that we think about it, that sounds like exactly the kind of thing Gwyneth would say.) The report continues that Kim and Kanye believe North is “their highest point together as a couple... the pinnacle of the relationship... and they consider her their ‘North Star.’” Well, if we had doubts of the veracity of this story given the “What's North of North?” mumbo jumbo, this rationale certainly rings true. If there's anything we can count on our beloved KimYe for, it's figuring out a way to make everything into a reflection of themselves.

Right after Rihanna and Brown split, the pop star and the YMCMB rapper started back following each other on Twitter and Instagram. That infuriated Chris Brown, a source close to the Bajan pop beauty told Urban Islandz. Rihanna and Drake The source also told us Rihanna and Drake are now texting each other on the regular and maybe growing closer. “Ri (Rihanna) and Drake has always been good

friends but out of respect for her relationship with Chris she cut off communication with a lot of people,” the source said. “Ri and Drizzy never had any beef or fallout so they remain friends and communicate with each other,” the source continues. Yesterday Drake liked a photo of himself and Rihanna on Instagram and Rihanna also liked it a short while later.
