There things about yourself you like and why? I like everything about myself. I like my look, I am calm, openminded and friendly. What is your OMG moment? I sing R&B and pop and two months ago I went into the studio and recorded my first song. Hearing myself singing my words recorded professionally, that was an amazing moment for me. I’m secretly attracted to fat women

I am a woman

who wants to get her nipples

surgically

removed This is one of my deepest secrets, something I would NEVER share with anyone I know, so I have no idea how people are going to react to this. I’ve always considered nipples to be extremely ugly on both men and women. They just look plan weird and disgusting to me. I loathe them, and think the human body would look much better to me without them. I hate even the word “nipple”. Sometimes when I’m in the shower I will barely cover mine with my thumbs just to come as close as I can to seeing what my breasts would look like without them. I probably would never do it because of the cost, but I want mine removed. I’m a asexual who is not interested in a romantic relationship so there is no potential issue with a partner wanting me to keep mine, and I’ve felt this way for over 12 years so I know this is not some passing thing that I would change my mind about or regret later. I don’t know if I could even find a doctor who would do it even if I went to do it. My main reason for posting this is I wonder what other people think about all this.

But i’m afraid of dealing with bullshit from the people in my everyday life, coupled with the fact that I’m black. I love girls of all sizes but, secretly I’d love to take a fatty out to dinner, and then to my house. Despite this, I always find myself pursuing thinner girls because they’re “convenient”, and I ultimately feel like a bitch for not getting what I want because of what others will think.

I know my pregnant friend is cheating on her boyfriend. I went over to my friends house last night and probably did something I shouldn’t have. She left the room to go downstairs and do something and I was a nosy asshole and went through her messages, well I saw a conversation between her and a guy who she wasn’t dating about how he can’t come over and them hook up because I ended up coming over. This girl is already pregnant with a guy’s baby who won’t step up and she was lucky enough to meet a guy who wants to be the dad to someone else’s baby. And now I know she’s cheating on him and I’m not sure what I do with this information.

My girlfriend left me a year ago, and I still picture my future with her damn near everyday. Around this time last year, a girl I had been with for a couple years left me. Now, I know that having heartbreak for a bit is normal, but a years time hasn’t mended it. I tried to fix things with her, but she wasn’t having it. I completely understand everything I did wrong, and Im a different person now entirely. Even with that, I know I will never have another chance with her, and I will always just sit around fantasizing about what our lives together could have been like.

I stole money from my work a couple times I work at a chain store as a shift manager. When I have taken money, I have done so in a way with certain documentation so that it would be virtually impossible to prove that I was responsible for stealing anything. I have many rationalizations for taking money, such as it being a large corporation and that i get paid very little to have significantly more responsibilities than other employees. (shift managers make 1 dollar more per hour than regulars). But at the end of the day it is plain stealing, and driven by a desire for my own personal gain. I have mixed feelings about this, because I do not consider my own personal gain to be a bad thing at all

Rock Bottom My selfish attitude and alcoholism have just ruined my life and marriage. My husband is a great guy and I should be extremely thankful for what I have. But I wasn’t. I always wanted more. Blamed him for my negative feelings and didn’t care about the consequences of my actions. I really fucked up. Should have went home after work to be with him but hit the bar and got so wasted I didn’t get up in time for an event. That’s when the reality check hit. I’m not a good person. I need help. Today I wake up alone and terrified. I can’t believe I ruined my life like this. I can’t believe the pain I’ve caused. It’s all starting to hit me. Step by step, decision by decision I will change. I will become healthy and happy. I will be somebody you respect.

I make up every excuse to not do my Insanity workout. I would’ve been on week three already, but I’m barely on the second workout of week two. I keep thinking I’ve lost enough weight and I don’t need this anymore, but I keep remembering I probably lost so much weight because of this. but I still can’t get myself to get back into the rhythm I was in in the first week..

Ways of Being Well-Organized And Getting Things Done What follows in this blog post are 7 ways of being well-organized and getting things done and what we have done is tried to make them as easy to follow as possible to allow you to implement them immediately. There is no doubt that being organized does make a difference and it does not have to be as difficult as you think, so that being said let us move on to the tips.

Work out your priorities Working out your priorities is something that you should do every single day and the best way to approach this is to place things in order of importance. Watching that movie may sound like a good idea, but put that at the bottom of the list and focus on things that have an impact on your work, health, or anything else that is key to your survival. Plan ahead as much as possible Next, you should consider trying to plan ahead, so if you know that there is an appointment at a certain location for a certain time, then plan your day around that appointment. Basically, if you often go to other places near that appointment, then try to do a number of things in the one area at the same time rather than going across the city on numerous occasions and wasting time as this approach will certainly be more productive. Make sure everything has its place and put it back Knowing where everything is really will allow you to get more things done as you will waste less time hunting for that object that you require to complete your task. Too much time is wasted hunting for keys or that piece of paper and it also just stresses you out and can upset your rhythm. Instead, by being able to go right to everything you will feel as if your day is going quite smoothly and as a result more progress will be made. Never be afraid to delegate Delegating tasks to others will always lead to you getting more done, but it is not just a case of picking anybody to do a task. Instead, you need to make sure that they are capable of doing it without running into any problems and that they do have the correct tools to complete the job. Failure to do this will only lead to you wasting time trying to rectify the situation when all it required was for you to spend an extra

few minutes at the start to ensure that everything would go smoothly. Make lists and read them Those post-it notes are going to be your friend when it comes to trying to be well-organized and you should consider having those little notes in different locations to remind yourself about what you still have to do and the order in which the jobs must be completed. It is important that you never just rely on your memory as you will slip up from time to time and as each task is completed always remember to score them off the list as it has been shown that when you see progress has been made that people do get more done due to the psychological lift that it gives them.

that they know when to leave you alone, or if somebody wants to have coffee just remember that your favorite coffee shop will still be there tomorrow and there is no need to stray off your schedule if it can be avoided.

Stick to a schedule Having a schedule will help to force you into completing tasks on time and actually getting more done in the process. The only problem here is that you need to be sensible when working out how long something takes or you will put undue pressure on yourself and this is where mistakes can occur and you will actually then start to get less done. Always give yourself some leeway when working out your schedule for the day, so if you believe that something will take you 10 minutes, then write down 15 because in actual fact seeing that you are ahead of schedule will give you a boost and this can help keep you motivated and you will do more than you expected. Be disciplined Finally, you must be disciplined at all times or you will ruin all of your hard work. It is important that you keep your focus and try to avoid being side-tracked, even though this can be very difficult to do, so eliminate as many potential distractions as possible or you will just be making life harder for yourself. If you have people around you, then make sure

The Science of Happiness Look on the Bright Side

OMG Magazine | Thursday 29th August, 2013 • PAGE 7

The One Thing That's Keeping You from the Life You Want The author of The Seat of the Soul and co-founder of the Seat of the Soul Institute explains how unworthiness keeps us from our happiness. By Gary Zukav

What is unworthiness? It's the experience of having parts of your personality say, "I'm not worthy." For example, they might say, "I am unworthy of the love that I have in my life, or the wealth that I have." More commonly, they might say, "I am unworthy of the happiness that I feel." Thoughts such as "It's too good to be true," and "This can't last forever because it is too good" are experiences of unworthiness. You feel unworthy of what the universe has given you, you feel that you do not deserve it, that the other shoe will fall, and it is only a matter of time before you will get what you really deserve, which will be painful.

Until recently, the pain of powerlessness has driven our evolution. It has caused us to reach outward continually, relentlessly, to change the world around us. Pursuing external power—the ability to manipulate and control— has been our way of avoiding the pain of powerlessness. Anything that we do to make ourselves feel worthy and safe is a flight from the pain of powerlessness. Every pursuit of external power—every attempt to change the world or a person in order to make yourself feel valuable and safe—is a distraction from the pain of powerlessness. All the distractions in the world cannot uproot the pain of powerlessness inside you.

Unworthiness is the inmost frightening thought that you do not belong, no matter how much you want to belong, that you are an outsider and will always be an outsider. It is the idea that you are flawed and cannot be fixed. It is wanting to be loved and feeling unlovable, or wanting to love and feeling that you are not capable of loving. It is the feeling that no matter what you do, it is not enough and that you are incurably inadequate, intrinsically and permanently flawed. It is the fear of people seeing you as you really are and the belief that if they did, they would not want anything to do with you.

The pursuit of external power surrounds us everywhere. We are continually attempting to mask the pain of powerlessness from ourselves, and others are continually doing the same. Driving every avaricious banker, sexual predator, workaholic, perfectionist and all attempts to exploit anything or anyone is fear of the pain of powerlessness and the need to escape it.

Beneath all of this is the experience of powerlessness—of feeling powerless to be a real part of life, to love, to be loved, to affect the world, to be heard, to be worth hearing or to have something worth saying. It is self-loathing, self-hatred. The pain of powerlessness is excruciating. It is the most painful experience in the earth school, and everyone shares it.

Our history is a chronicle of the ways that we have attempted to escape from the pain of powerlessness, or said another way, the ways that we have pursued external power. Tribes fight tribes, siblings fight siblings, nations invade nations, individuals strive to become stronger than one another, or more seductive, educated, wealthy or famous. The list is as long as it is familiar.

Our perception is now expanding beyond the five senses. We are becoming able to see the pursuit of external power for what it is and the futility of trying to escape the pain of powerlessness by changing the world. When we look inward, not outward, we can dismantle the parts of our personalities that have controlled us for so long—such as anger, jealousy, vindictiveness, superiority, inferiority. We realize we need to change ourselves instead of the world in order to liberate ourselves once and for always from the tormenting experiences of unworthiness.

How to reunite a relationship

Any relationship surely has its own flaws and misunderstandings. But these kind of problems are common in any kind of relation. It is always advisable and good to get back again in the same relation by overcoming your previous misunderstandings and sad feelings.

Step 1

Start thinking about the quarrel or the main reason that led to the misunderstanding and break up of your relation.

why it had happen that way and try to understand whose mistake was it.

Step 7

Step 2

It is not necessary to just reunite until and unless it makes you feel happy or it is beneficial to you.

Step 3

Your welfare is the main thing you should be concerned about. Because you live for yourself and not for others. This is your life, put things the way you want them to be.

Be open and honest to yourself while you analyze your past and the mistakes of the problems that have happened.

Keep your ego aside and completely analyze what all might have been the reason and then think of the possible solution.

Step 4

Remember something, no one can be completely perfect or right. People have their own way of doing things and they are not consciously hurting you every time. They might not even know your vulnerability to somethings and might have hurt you. Just think whether they were purposeful or were not conscious that they have hurt you.

Step 5

If they were involuntarily under an action of hurting you and you have avoided them, then it is suggestible to get over that and start being as you were before.

Step 6

If someone has done something to you voluntarily and hence have hurt you, then you might better think of

Step 8

HOW

How to

TO’S

stop letting "Shoulds"

rule your life Do you spend much of your life telling yourself what you "should" do? "Shoulds" are about obligation, habit, and worst of all, other people's expectations. Living a life thinking you should do things is a life half lived and fully hemmed in by the ways things ought to be instead of the way things are. This results in frustration, unhappiness, and never being content with yourself. While it is important to strive to be the best you can be, it is also important to accept what is and to accept yourself for who you are without coloring this through other people's expectations. This article suggests some ways to break free from the unhappy world of "shoulds", especially if you're thinking "I should be doing X, Y, Z right now"...

Step 1

Write down the things you think you should be doing today, tomorrow, next week. Write down the things you think you should be doing today, tomorrow, next week. Write down the things you think you should be doing today, tomorrow, next week. Be honest and cover such "shoulds" as "I should lose weight", "I should have a better job", "I should have tried harder in that test", "I should stop being so negative", "I should read more", "I should spend less time online", "I should be more organized", and so forth. Don't hold back on any shoulds that are currently bugging you; after all, they are surfacing because they are driving you right now.

Step 2

Read back through your list. This time, ask yourself the simple question: "Why should I?" Be sure to write down the first answer that comes to mind for each item on your list. The point of this exercise is to bring you to a conscious state of questioning your "shoulds", to see as much as you can for yourself, where the origins of these should obligations are coming from, as well as how important they really are in the bigger scheme of things.

Step 3

Whose tune are you dancing to? Whose tune are you dancing to?Reflect upon the answers you have given. Some of the answers may well shock you, such as an answer to "Why should I lose weight" being "because I'm ugly and unlovable". That tells you rather a lot more about what's lying behind that should than simply a case of lacking the self-discipline to eat less; it's suggesting you have major self-esteem issues in relation to not being able to love your body and being unwilling to nourish it with love. As for an answer that brings another person into the equation, such as "Because my parents/teacher/boss/ editor said I should", this shows that the expectation is from somewhere else and not from within you. With an answer like this, it's time to ask yourself whose tune are you dancing to, and whether you have a habit of allowing yourself to be influenced in this way, thereby losing your own sense of self and perspective.

Step 4

Understand what lies behind a "should". Whenever you tell yourself (or others for that matter) that you "should" do something, what you're really doing is expressing a reluctance to make a much-needed change in your life that involves you being in control of both the change, the journey, and the outcome. "Shoulds" also mask fear and guilt - fear of change, fear of failure, and guilt about not living up to other people's expectations. The truth behind all of this is that a "should" way of thinking holds you back while at the same time is a subconscious recognition that you're doing the wrong thing by yourself but you're not willing to change it… yet.

Step 5

Let go of those expectations and become who you are Let go of those expectations and become who you are Allow yourself the possibility of changing and moving forward in the direction you'd rather be taking. Return to the list you created earlier. This list says a lot about the person you'd rather be, the one who is inside you waiting to shine forth, as well as the one who would like to cast aside other people's expectations and create your own instead. This time, go down your list and rewrite it with: "If I really wanted to, I could...". This simple shift in thinking will transform your focus from being a victim of "should" to being empowered by being a decision-maker ready to make changes as needed. Other questions you can ask yourself include: What truly matters to me right now? Who do I truly believe is worth taking advice from/being inspired by? Everyone else's words are simply chatter. How do I want to live my life? What are my values? Are these expectations I place upon myself going to bring about the changes I want to see in the world? Is there a better way than this? (Then seize it!)

Step 6

Get active. Once you've changed your approach from should to could, do it. Thinking alone doesn't make things happen but as your "should syndrome" has shown, it can stop you from actively doing something to improve your life. Quit over-thinking things and start doing the things that you

could be doing; the more you think about doing it, the more you're complicating it, so dive in and try. Set some deadlines for both making a decision and for doing the thing you could be doing.

Step 7 Practice gratitude and acceptance. Practice gratitude and acceptance. Practice gratitude and acceptance. Being grateful for what you do have in life and accepting of the talents and abilities you have now is a brilliant way to chase off the "should" syndrome. Try being grateful for something every day and letting that feed back into your entire sense of well-being. Accept that some things cannot be changed and only seek to change those which you can personally impact.

Want to grow your business? get out of the way

Some entrepreneurs see 20hour days as the entry-fee to success. Others believe they will succeed by working smart, not hard. In either case, as a business grows, the founder’s job becomes too large for one person. You quickly find yourself working in the business, and not on the business. Successful entrepreneurs know how to let go by handing over authority and responsibility to someone else. At the start of this year, I handed over leadership of crowdSPRING’s engineering team to one of our senior engineers, Adriano Marques. I led the engineering team since founding the company in 2007. I enjoyed working with the engineers -- they’ve been incredible teachers and teammates. But as I reflected last fall on my responsibilities, I realized I was too deeply involved in day-to-day technical issues. As a result, I could not devote enough attention to other important areas and that became a problem. To help my company grow, I had to let go. Letting go is one of the most difficult challenges for an entrepreneur. Some fear losing control. Others believe they are the only ones who can do the job right. Many think there’s not enough time to properly train another person. Those are legitimate and normal fears. But they are unfounded if you properly prepare and delegate wisely. Some entrepreneurs try to compensate for their fear of letting go by retaining authority, but giving up responsibility. That rarely works. I knew that to succeed, I would need to turn over both the authority and responsibility for the engineering team. Almost a year earlier, I started giving Adriano incremental responsibility and

authority over discrete areas involved in managing the team. For example, last year, he took over the analysis of our weekly engineering sprints and communicated with the team about their individual and collective performance in those sprints. By the time I decided to turn over full leadership of our engineering team, I was confident he was ready, knew what needed to be done, when and to what standard. We worked closely for several years, but more importantly, spent many months before he took over the team, discussing our combined vision, assessing problem areas and debating the technical direction for our infrastructure and product. One of the most important things to discuss with someone taking over a managerial responsibility is whether they have the time, resources and support needed to get the job done right. Be sure to discuss your expectations and goals and to instill a sense of pride and ownership over the responsibilities being passed on. Discuss ways to collaboratively measure and reward success, both on the individual and team levels. In crowdSPRING’s case, Adriano knew I would not just abandon him once I turned over control of the engineering team. As with everyone in the company, I provide regular feedback that’s positive when they do something well and constructive when they don’t. Allow for room for mistakes. I made many mistakes while learning to manage the engineering team and I made it clear that while I expected my successor to always do his best, I did not expect him to be perfect. I also made it clear that I would not jump in and assume control if he made a mistake. It was his team – he had full authority and responsibility over the team. Once Adriano was comfortable, my only job was to get out of his way. If you want to grow your business, you must learn how to let go.

Start mapping your

marketing plan right now Converting customers from prospective to paying is a multistep process, one I call your “marketing funnel.” For every business, this will look different. Take the following examples of marketing funnels for two of my clients: The first sells a consumer good via their website. Their marketing funnel starts by doing media appearances on local television shows. In those appearances, they drive customers to their website’s homepage. From there, they drive customers to their order form. After the order is processed online, they immediately offer two upsell options. Finally, after the sale, they send multiple emails to their customers in order to generate additional sales. The second company sells consulting services. Their marketing funnel begins with pay-per-click advertising that leads prospective clients to their website. On the website, visitors are asked to call the company directly or fill out a form. From there, prospective clients have an initial consultation call. Next, if appropriate, they take part in a proposal call. Finally, if the business secures the client, they perform the work and follow up with the client longterm to secure additional work. Here’s how to get started with building your own marketing funnel: 1. Sketch it out. On a piece of paper, sketch out all the stages it takes to convert a prospective customer into a repeat customer. 2. Start monitoring. Track and put percentages next to each step. For example, perhaps out of 5,000 visitors to your website; 5.6 percent make

it to your order form; 32.1 percent of those people complete the order; and 28.3 percent purchase one of your upsells. 3. Figure out where to improve. If you see percentages declining over time, start testing new options. For example, perhaps changing the text or positioning of images on your homepage would raise the 5.6 percent of visitors who go to your order form to 8 percent. That one change alone could radically improve your performance. 4. Consider ways to expand. What new methods can you add at the top of your marketing funnel? For example, are there new advertising methods like social media, pay-per-click, radio or email that you can use to get more prospects? And what methods can you add at the bottom of your marketing funnel? Could you offer more upsell opportunities, better market to customers after their initial sale, or partner with other companies who pay to market to your customer base? Understanding and optimizing your marketing funnel is the key to your sales and profits. If you track each aspect of your strategy, you identify key areas to improve. For example, the consumer goods company mentioned above tracked the number of website visitors that resulted from appearing on local television shows, radio shows and in newspaper articles and found that appearance on television shows resulted in 20 times more website visitors than the other media outlets. This gave them the insight to focus solely on television. Our consulting firm above used a similar tactic. Recently, they had a sales downturn. Because they tracked their marketing process, they were able to identify that their team was giving fewer proposals than before. Management identified the problem, motivated the sales team to offer more proposals, and sales instantly rose.

Who cares about costs? Here’s how to structure your business to last BY JOE WORTH Q: How do I build a business that will last for decades? A: With very few exceptions, the answer to this question is the same for any small business, whether it’s looking to cash out in 50 months or 50 years. And it’s not really about costs; it’s about the structure of the business. Costs will flow naturally and efficiently out of a sound structure. Many public companies operate shortsightedly, pumping up their quarterly numbers to boost their stock prices, with sometimes disastrous long-term results. A business with an owner who measures growth and progress in years, not months, is a much easier ship to steer. Follow this basic checklist to increase your chances of growing for years to come--assuming, of course, that people want the product you’re selling. Establish strong financial controls. Doing so produces solid information for decision-making and reduces the risk of theft and fraud. Put simply, until you know where every penny’s going, your business isn’t on sound footing. Minimize distractions. As a CFO, I’ve seen firsthand how an owner, freed

from daily worries over cash flow, can successfully concentrate on the future--building relationships, developing new products and services and overseeing other bigpicture issues. Hire trustworthy and smart people to handle the details. They’re worth it. Increase sales. Obvious? Yes, but never forget that a larger company is inherently less risky than a smaller one. Diversify products and services. Spreading sales over more customers, product lines or markets reduces risk and enhances opportunities for growth. Streamline, codify and document processes. The hallmark of strong companies is the quality, consistency and documentation of the way they operate. (This is the first step wannabe franchisors take to determine if their ideas can be replicated.) I often tell owners that if they want to be a bigger company eventually, act like one now. Improve efficiencies. Since most businesses are valued by a multiple of their earnings, every dollar of improvement here will result in more dollars of value, whether it’s four years from now or 40.

Protect your intellectual property. Make sure you have appropriate rights for your trademarks, names, designs, technologies, etc. Spending a few thousand dollars on an IP attorney now can save millions--and headaches--later. Maintain and improve property and equipment. Maintain access to money that can be used to take advantage of technological improvements, expand operations and keep everything in running order. Reduce employee turnover. Bear in mind that shelling out more money doesn’t necessarily create a loyal and productive work force. Respect, fair management and inclusion in decision-making go a long way. Avoid competing on price. A focus on undercutting the competition can start a vicious cycle that destroys your profit margins. You want customers to choose you for your superior products and services, not because you’re the cheapest.

Ken and Ben Lerer share their top 5 secrets to success for young entrepreneurs BY ANDREA HUSPENI

Young entrepreneurs are always agonizing over how to scale their startups into successful ventures. So, who better to help resolve this conundrum than the powerhouse father and son entrepreneurs and investors behind Lerer Ventures, a New York City-based seed-stage venture-capital firm. The eldest Lerer, Ken, is the co-founder of the Huffington Post and chairman of Buzzfeed. And son, Ben, followed in his father’s entrepreneurial footsteps with the launch of men’s lifestyle brand Thrillist.com.

2. Reach out to others.

“I leaned on a lot of people when I was starting the Huffington Post who knew a lot more about some parts of the world than I did,” says Ken. He advises people to get out in the community, ask a lot of questions and meet individuals who are more knowledgeable in areas you aren’t.

3. Be the customer.

Speaking at a fireside chat during TechCrunch NY Disrupt on Wednesday, the pair provided a few tips on how to be successful.

Don’t start a company that you wouldn’t use as a consumer. It may seem obvious but many people are looking for a get-rich-quick business with little interest in the product or service. And as mentioned at a separate investor panel about raising VC funding on Tuesday, entrepreneurs in it for the wrong reasons tend to bail on a startup once the road starts to get bumpy. “I think it is important that the person who is founding the company is their own customer,” says Ben.

1. ‘Be psychotic.’

4. Don’t leave your investors in the dark.

At Lerer Ventures, the duo has invested in big-name startups like Birchbox and Warby Parker, among others.

Ben jokingly said this was the number one quality he looks for in an entrepreneur. All kidding aside, though, the team does focus far more on the passion and drive of a founder than the actual product, says Ben. “We focus on people, not companies,” he adds. When they’ve slipped up and become more excited about a sector or product and put less

“You can’t communicate too much with your investor, it is a big mistake when things go wrong to hide,” says Ken. Investors don’t only provide money, they offer numerous resources and advice. Utilize their experiences and keep them in them in the loop.

5. Be able to switch gears.

“Successful entrepreneurs are the people who can figure out when to pivot, and they have to be really good at it,” says Ken. “Rarely do you meet someone whose idea is ultimately the end idea that is going to make the business successful.” Acknowledging that you’re wrong -- or that your target moved -- and taking what you’ve learned to change your startup path could make all the difference. Krystal Khayne was a delight to meet and she visited team OMG this week to let us know that she is, like her new song says, “FREE” – to explore all the possibilities her singing talents allows her. Krystal is a seasoned entertainer and performer and has been in the studio from the age of 15, looking, listening, learning and waiting for opportunities to do vocals. She says prominent music producer Beaver Henderson allowed her to be at his studios and she would jump at any opportunity to lend her vocal talents to any song or jingle being produced. She says music is her passion and love and she spends every waking moment doing the work to get closer to her goal of being one of the next generation of Trini entertainers. She also performed with the bands G2 and Imij and Company, but is now on her own as a solo act with a new management team, sheer determination and a whole lot of talent. She is determined to make her mark. Krystal says she writes constantly and

has been writing her own songs since she was 11 years old. This whizz at the tenor pan is now learning to play the guitar. The ultimate goal is for her music to be heard and recognised internationally. Her new management is focused on getting her extended exposure. Krystal says in her down time she does music, in her up time she does music. Time spent working on her craft is priceless and it never feels like work to her. She is doing what she loves so she feels very blessed. When asked if she has any words for her fans, Krystal says, it is follow your dreams, despite what anyone tells you. If you love or feel strongly enough that you want to go in a particular direction then find what you need and head there, follow your deep desire and passion, it is the only path to true happiness. She says there are many examples of people who had all the odds against them who made it, so go for it, whatever it is. If you love it and can spend all your time doing it and never feel like it’s a chore, then that is where you need to be. Surround yourself with people who are already doing what you want to do and are successful at it. Be around them, listen, learn, help and grow with

them. They will give you ideas and pointers that will help you get to your destination. Krystal says it all is reflected in her latest release, “FREE”, where she sings about following your dreams and not listening to the naysayers. She is planning her video and will be starting work on it soon. Of course you can see it in your OMG Magazine first. She is doing a tour right now, performing all over T&T. As usual we finish with the OMG moment. For Krystal this happened when she was performing on Synergy TV some time ago. She had on a pair of leggings but was unaware of the “camel-toe syndrome”. She said the crowd was extra supportive while she was performing and she said to herself, “wow, they really like me” but did not know until the next day that the reason they were so animated was because of her very distinct “camel-toe” showing up where it was not supposed to. Choose foods that help maintain your beauty 1 )Rehydrate your skin and body and preserve your health with green tea.

Rehydrate your skin and body and preserve your health with green tea.Rehydrate your skin and body and preserve your health with green tea. Even caffeinated green tea hydrates you,[1] which helps keep your skin hydrated too. It is loaded with antioxidants (catechins),[2] and these naturally protect your skin from the sun’s damage (but you should still take appropriate protective sun precautions as well) and the antioxidants are a basic bodily defense against free radicals that age your skin and body. [3] Active ingredients that stimulate the metabolism can also be found in green tea; a good metabolism will in turn burn away the excess fats, helping to keep you slim and trim. And green tea can help preserve your mind and slow its aging process, which in turn can help you to feel more beautiful because you’re not struggling to remember things or fretting about dementia.[4] Many different forms of green tea are available in the markets and a great selection of different types is available for you to choose from, included flavored and seasonal green teas.

2 ) Slow down the aging process with vitamin E.

Slow down the aging process with vitamin E. Slow down the aging process with vitamin E. Vitamin E is an important antiaging antioxidant and can help slow down skin aging.[5] It can be found in foods such as pumpkin seeds, dry roasted almonds, other nuts and seeds, and small amounts of quality vegetable oils.

3 ) Keep in top form with omega-3. Keep in top form with omega-3.

Keep in top form with omega-3. Omega-3fatty acids help to keep your face smooth with their anti-inflammatory properties and your hair shiny and in good condition. [7][8] Omega-3 can be found in a range of foods such as: cold-water fish (tuna, salmon, mackerel, trout, herring, sardines), flaxseeds, and walnuts.[9] Reduce inflammation and redness of the skin. Salmon and its oil contains skin beautifying omega-3-acids that hydrate and help to reduce the redness and inflammation of the skin. Salmon also contains selenium, which helps various skin problems and overall skin health. As well as omega-3 fatty acids, other essential fatty acids should be included in your diet to strengthen your nails and skin and to reduce inflammation around the nails.[10] Such fatty acids can be found in evening primrose oil, borage oil, flaxseed oil, and fish oil.

4 ) Enjoy omega-6 as another source of skin replenishment.

Enjoy omega-6 as another source of skin replenishment. Enjoy omega-6 as another source of skin replenishment. Have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich—just make sure the bread is whole wheat and the jelly is added sparingly. Peanut butter is a rich source of omega-6 fatty acids, which come in a close second to omega-3s when it comes to protecting skin from aging. Avocados are good source of omega-6, too.

5 ) Rejuvenate your skin cells and keep your body in top form with tomatoes.

Rejuvenate your skin cells and keep your body in top form with tomatoes. Rejuvenate your skin cells and keep your body in top form with tomatoes. Tomatoes are full of a red pigment known as lycopene, which appears to act as an antioxidant.[13] This antioxidant helps to neutralize free radicals before they can cause damage and this can benefit good skin health; it can also protect the skin from ultra-violet (UV) stress. Tomatoes also contain fiber and vitamin A, which can assist the development of skin cells, while a vitamin A deficiency can lead to dry skin.[14] Tomatoes are also full of fiber, which also helps keep your body in great shape. Cooked tomatoes can provide access to more nutrients than having them raw but either way, cooked or raw, these fruits will do you a world of good.

6 ) Strive for skin that is more elastic. Strive for skin that is more elastic.

Strive for skin that is more elastic. Oranges contain vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that mops up free radicals, such as those caused by overexposure to the sun, or those coming from the carbon monoxide released

by moving vehicles etc. Free radical damage leads to premature aging of the skin and vitamin C is a great way to give your skin and body a boost. As well as oranges, other citrus fruits are a great source of vitamin C or vegetables such as bell peppers. Choose bioflavonoid-rich food for the stimulation of collagen production.[15][16] Collagen helps the skin look younger and plumper, and keeps your gums tough for good teeth health.[17] As well as oranges, foods high in bioflavonoids include broccoli, cantaloupe, and black tea.

7 ) Stay hydrated and keep your skin smooth.

Stay hydrated and keep your skin smooth. Stay hydrated and keep your skin smooth. Drink lots of water and regulate consumption of dehydrating beverages that contain caffeine and alcohol. Aim to drink half your body weight of water in ounces every day. Alcohol may seem innocuous enough when you’re looking to unwind but its effects on your skin are anything but. Alcohol dries out skin, and leaves it irritated and sallow-toned. It reduces the sparkle from your eyes, leaving them duller and with too much alcohol consumption over time, the white areas of your eyes can appear yellow and tired.

8 ) Find suitable sugar substitutes

Find suitable sugar substitutesReduce your sugar consumption. Also known as “white death”, sugar isn’t really what our bodies have in mind when it comes to good nutrition. Sugar plays an unfortunate role in causing skin to sag and wrinkle; it does this by attaching itself to the collagen and elastin in the skin, causing it to become brittle and to break.[21] Another beauty slam from sugar is the creation of dark, under-eye circles. Want a beautiful smile? Avoid eating too much sugar! Keep your pearly whites in perfect shape by keeping sugar to a minimum; sugar encourages the cavitycausing bacteria to hang around your teeth and drill away causing decay. And be very careful of juice; it is just a very concentrated source of sugar and some juices have even been shown to cause more damage than cola![23] However, drinking or rinsing with black tea is good for your teeth, as the polyphenols in black tea seem to reduce plaque build-up.[24] Balanced blood sugar keeps you healthy and looking great.

9 ) Reduce skin inflammation with cucumbers.

Reduce skin inflammation with cucumbers. Reduce skin inflammation with cucumbers. Cucumbers are often used as the base

in both commercial and home-prepared beauty products such as face masks, gels, and toners. Cucumbers have soothing and cooling properties as well, and their high water content provides a great source of hydration for skin that leaves skin looking softer and plumped.[25] Papaya can also reduce skin inflammation, as well as slough off dead tissue, and improve scar formation, when applied to the skin; it also has a gentle exfoliating effect when added to skin beauty products.

10 ) Reduce your sources of stress with good nutrition.

Reduce your sources of stress with good nutrition. Reduce your sources of stress with good nutrition. A stressed lifestyle can impact how you look, causing you to appear rundown, tired, and unrefreshed. As well as tackling sources of stress and getting adequate sleep, you can increase your stress resistance by increasing your vitamin C intake[27], cutting out junk food, sugary treats, and fatty fast food; instead, eat a nutritious diet.

11 ) Boost your immune system.

Boost your immune system.Boost your immune system. Foods like fresh fruit and half cooked vegetables (steamed, etc.) boosts your immune system. In turn, this creates a healthy body and aids overall healing. Foods high in vitamin C are essential to help the immune system grow stronger. Blueberries, goji berries, and other berries are also loaded with vitamin C and immuneboosting antioxidants that stimulate collagen production that keeps skin smooth and supple. Be sure to get adequate vitamin K and zinc. These nutrients help your skin to repair itself,[28] and zinc is known for its ability to prevent acne and improve the immune system. Oysters are one high source of zinc.

12 ) Eat a rainbow-hued diet. Eat a rainbow-hued diet. Eat a rainbowhued diet. No dietary supplement or nutrient alone can provide you with beautifying benefits. To get the benefits in their entirety, you need to consume a rainbow-hued diet that picks up on the many fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains, and other healthy foods in a variety of ways.[29] The benefits are a variety of great tastes, an interesting diet, and a beautiful you.

Sweet Potato

The many health benefits

1. They are high in vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 helps reduce the chemical homocysteine in our bodies. Homocysteine has been linked with degenerative diseases, including the prevention of heart attacks.

How to Cure the Common Cold naturally

Natural, time-tested cold remedies like drinking warm fluids and giving yourself a steam treatment can alleviate cold symptoms just as well as expensive, chemical-laden syrups and sprays. Learn how to treat your cold with natural techniques that will have you feeling better before you know it. Step 1 - Drink warm fluids.

The reason your nose runs when you have a cold is that your body is working to expel the cold virus from your system.[1] Drinking warm fluids thins the mucus, allowing it to flow more freely. Drink warm water with lemon and honey. This natural remedy hydrates the body and encourages mucus to flow through your system, carrying the virus away. Drink herbal tea. Chamomile, mint, and ginger tea each have properties that soothe the throat and act as mild decongestants. Drink warm soup. Chicken soup is called “comfort food” for a reason; it helps clear your sinuses and provides nourishment when heavier foods don’t seem appetizing.[3] Garlic soup is also beneficial, since garlic can act as a decongestant. Saute garlic in olive oil, add chicken or vegetable broth, simmer for ten minutes, and drink warm.

Step 2 - Take a warm bath or shower.

The steam from the water helps loosen mucus and soothe pressure in your chest, throat and sinuses. You can also give yourself a steam treatment by heating a pot of water. Bring a pot to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Place your face over the pot and allow the steam

to enter your mouth and nose. Add a few drops of peppermint or another essential oil to aid in decongesting your sinuses. Try dipping a cloth in warm water and laying it over your face until it cools if you’re away from home and need a quick steam treatment.

Step 3 - Use a neti pot.

This natural treatment is used to flush mucus from your system using a simple solution of water and salt in a process called nasal irrigation. [6] Neti pots can be purchased at most drug stores or health food stores. Make a solution of 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt and one cup of water. Fill the neti pot with the solution. Stand over a sink, tip your head to one side, place the spot of the neti pot in one nostril. Pour the solution into your nostril and let it flow out the other nostril until the mucus in your nasal cavity is discharged. Fill the neti pot again and repeat with the other nostril.

2. They are a good source of vitamin C. While most people know that vitamin C is important to help ward off cold and flu viruses, few people are aware that this crucial vitamin plays an important role in bone and tooth formation, digestion, and blood cell formation. It helps accelerate wound healing, produces collagen which helps maintain skin’s youthful elasticity, and is essential to helping us cope with stress. It even appears to help protect our body against toxins that may be linked to cancer. 3. They contain Vitamin D which is critical for immune system and overall health at this time of year. Both a vitamin and a hormone, vitamin D is primarily made in our bodies as a result of getting adequate sunlight. You may have heard about seasonal affective disorder (or SAD, as it is also called), which is linked to inadequate sunlight and therefore a vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D plays an important role in our energy levels, moods, and helps to build healthy bones, heart, nerves, skin, and teeth, and it supports the thyroid gland. 4. Sweet potatoes contain iron. Most people are aware that we need the mineral iron to have adequate energy, but iron plays other important roles in our body, including red and white blood cell production, resistance to stress, proper immune functioning, and the metabolizing of protein, among other things. 5. Sweet potatoes are a good source of magnesium, which is the relaxation and anti-stress mineral. Magnesium is necessary for healthy artery, blood, bone, heart, muscle, and nerve function, yet experts estimate that approximately 80 percent of the population in North America may be deficient in this important mineral. 6. They are a source of potassium, one of the important electrolytes that help regulate heartbeat and nerve signals. Like the other electrolytes, potassium performs many essential functions, some of which include relaxing muscle contractions, reducing swelling, and

protecting and controlling the activity of the kidneys. 7. Sweet potatoes are naturally sweettasting but their natural sugars are slowly released into the bloodstream, helping to ensure a balanced and regular source of energy, without the blood sugar spikes linked to fatigue and weight gain. 8. Their rich orange colour indicates that they are high in carotenoids like beta carotene and other carotenoids, which is the precursor to vitamin A in your body. Carotenoids help strengthen our eyesight and boost our immunity to disease, they are powerful antioxidants that help ward off cancer and protect against the effects of aging. Studies at Harvard University of more than 124,000 people showed a 32 percent reduction in risk of lung cancer in people who consumed a variety of carotenoid-rich foods as part of their regular diet.2 Another study of women who had completed treatment for early stage breast cancer conducted by researchers at Women’s Healthy Eating and Living (WHEL) found that women with the highest blood concentrations of carotenoids had the least likelihood of cancer recurrence. 9. There are versatile. Try them roasted, puréed, steamed, baked, or grilled. You can add them to soups and stews, or grill and place on top of leafy greens for a delicious salad. I enjoy grilling them with onions and red peppers for amazing sandwich or wrap ingredients. Puree them and add to smoothies and baked goods.

The Madras Café actor made us go ooh la la at her elegantly sexy pictures. You just can’t miss out on these visual delights…take a look!

Nargis Fakhri rules our fantasies and you don’t need to ask why. The Rockstar babe may not have impressed us with her acting in her first film Rockstar, but her elegance and understated sexuality melts our hearts every time we see her. And now the leggy beauty has paired opposite John Abraham in Shoojit Sircar’s gripping drama Madras Café, and is getting good reviews for her work. Alas, this movie is not a regular commercial masala flick for us to entertain the possibility of Nargis doing what John did in Dostana (some food for thought that is!). Just imagine the two good looking actors steaming it up on South Beach in California, showcasing their toned bodies in skimpy swimwear, all for us to ogle at! And just when we thought of using our naughty imaginations to best effect, we

spotted the sexy babe doing what we always wanted her to do – a really sizzling shoot! Yes, there’s Nargis wearing itsy-bitsy one-piece suits and getting dirty, quite literally! We see the babe wet and lazing around on the beach, posing for the camera for GQ magazine. She slowly moves to the poolside and takes a refreshing dive into the cool water. Once out, Nargis takes the game of seduction into the bedroom. But the one picture that grabbed us by the….errr…eyeballs is one in which the babe stands tall wearing only a see-through lace gown – a negligee perhaps? With her back to the camera, she turns her head to look straight into the lens and has us gibbering with delight. Her arched back and curvaceous behind play the game of hide and seek with the lace to seduce us completely….sigh! Feast you eyes on these pictures and tell us which one held you attention longest. Don’t waste your time winking!

Damme visiting India? by IANS

The Expendables 2 star, who had expressed the desire to work in Bollywood, will be in New Delhi in September. Here’s why International movie star Jean-Claude Van Damme will be in New Delhi on his maiden visit to India for the global launch of former tennis player and Hollywood-based Indian filmmaker Ashok Amritraj’s autobiography in September. He is looking forward to meet his Indian fans during the trip. Van Damme and Amritraj’s association goes a long way – the action star featured in the latter’s 1991 production venture Double Impact. The autobiography will be launched at the CII Big Picture Summit, a flagship conference organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry for the media and entertainment industry. The conference will be held from September 13-14, 2013.

“I am looking forward to my first trip to India for the global launch of my friend Ashok Amritraj’s autobiography. It will be great to meet my Indian fans who have supported my films for so many years,” Damme said in a statement issued by CII Wednesday. Some of his popular films are – The Expendables 2, Bloodsport, Kickboxer, Universal Soldierand Sudden Death. Amritraj said it is his “pleasure to welcome” the actor to India. “He has been a special friend for over two decades, from the days of our successful partnership on ‘Double Impact’. I’d like to thank him for taking the time from his busy life to celebrate the launch of my book,” he said.

OMG Magazine | Thursday 29th August, 2013 • PAGE 39 Timothy Bootan is a 23-year-old Chaguanas native. He began climbing the ladder of his artistic career by immersing himself in oil painting and sketching. Fate had it that he would meet representatives from Biowest Studios who were impressed with his artistic abilities. It wasn’t long before he landed a job there. At Biowest he learnt and developed a love for digital painting so he adjusted his focus in that direction. He excelled and given two chances to showcase his talent and ability. He painted an East Indian character with an anime vibe and a piece for an Italian restaurant in Woodbrook. Unfortunately the painting for the restaurant was never taken. Timothy began painting at 19 and decided to further his art career by taking a graphic course at COSTATT. Apart from graphic designing he expresses himself in writing. He just loves creating pictures, whether they be visually or in the imagination of people through words. Some may say he’s a lucky guy because of the many opportunities that have come his way but I would say his hard work has been rewarded. Timothy has been fortunate to be able to get the opportunity to pitch an idea to Frederator Studios, creators of Cartoon Network’s Adventure Time (he’s now eagerly awaiting a response from them), designing a concept for Trini Roberts for Carnival 2014 and his Wonder Woman painting was featured on Tumblr one week ago. Anyone will think that Timothy has enough on his plate painting, designing and writing but he actually wants to be a director too. He believes that the film genres such as fantasy and sci-fi will be a good place for him to exhibit all his creative ideas. A guy with such an interesting life will of course have an OMG moment. Timothy says his OMG moment was getting the opportunity to do the design for clothing by Trini Roberts.

While just about every culture and religion has a time-honored way of commemorating the dead, what’s the protocol for welcoming the buried back to life? Sharolyn Jackson’s family found out this week when the 50-year-old woman was found alive 13 days after her funeral. According to CBSPhilly KYW, the bizarre saga began earlier this year when Jackson was reported missing from her West Philadelphia home. Authorities found a body that matched her description, and two people, including her son, identified the woman as Jackson.

Jackson “died” on July 20, according to her obituary in The Times of Trenton, and the family held a burial Aug. 3. On Legacy, an online guestbook, one friend comforted the family, saying “Only God has the final call.” Well, if that’s true, God’s quite a prankster: Last Friday, Jackson was found alive at a mental health facility. The mix-up came as a surprise since Jackson’s son identified the body. “The gold standard here [for identifying a body] is visual identification by a family member,” so the son’s identification was taken as fact, Philadelphia Health Department spokesman James Garrow told The Huffington Post. While the family’s trial-run grieving process is over, the over-

arching mystery remains: Who is the woman actually buried under Jackson’s tombstone? “Right now we’re working internally with the city law department to see about exhuming the body, and we’re working with the police department to see if we can identify who this woman is,” Garrow said. This isn’t the first time a supposedly dead person has shocked and delighted loved ones. Gilberto Araújo, a Brazilian man, was mistakenly declared dead last year. (The body actually belonged to his co-worker.) He brought an unexpected plot twist to his own wake when he walked in exclaiming, “Guys, I’m alive -- pinch me!”

Will Smith’s family was not reacting to Miley Cyrus’ raunchy VMA performance The Huffington Post | By Cavan Sieczkowski

Will Smith and his family’s seemingly stunned reactions to Miley Cyrus’ MTV Video Music Awards performance became the talk of Twitter Sunday night. But it turns out it was all one big Internet gaffe. Cyrus performed a twerk-tastic rendition of her summer hit “We Can’t Stop” onstage in Brooklyn Aug. 25. The set was raunchy and likely left many questioning just who the former Disney starlet has become. (Who ever could have predicted she would be grinding on Alan Thicke’s son one day?)

During the act, Twitter exploded with commentary about the performance. One topic that gained major traction was a photo of Smith and his kids, Jaden and Willow, supposedly reacting to Cyrus. Their faces of shock and horror appeared to say it all.

Gaga’s opening performance of “Applause.” A look back at the feed also shows they weren’t even too shocked by the 27-year-old pop star’s scantily clad dance. Jaden’s confused look was just some intense concentration. Willow’s open mouth was caused by her gum chewing. What looked like a gasp was actually just a nose scratch.

The image was picked up and shared by outlets like Buzzfeed, Us Weekly, Business Insider and Yahoo! News. However, it turns out the Smiths weren’t reacting to Cyrusat all.

Still, there were definitely some noteworthy reactions to Cyrus’ performance. Rihanna and One Direction were certainly not impressed.

The MTV audience cam, which was focused on the crowd all night, shows the Smiths were actually reacting to Lady

Remembering Aaliyah on the 12th Anniversary of her death The Huffington Post | By Debra Lipson

Hollywood tragically lost R&B star Aaliyah 12 years ago.

The Brooklyn-born singer died in a plane crash on Aug. 25, 2001. She was flying home from the Bahamas, where she was on location filming her “Rock The Boat” music video. She was 22 years old. Aaliyah shined bright from a young age. She appeared on an episode of “Star Search” at 10 years old, then signed with Jive Records two years later. R. Kelly even served as a mentor during her earlier music career stages.

She was a multi-talented triple threat. The Grammy-nominated R&B queen topped the charts with classics, including “Are You That Somebody” and “Try Again.” She proved her acting chops with lead roles in “Romeo Must Die” and “Queen of the Damned.” Her stunning beauty was recognized in a Tommy Jeans ad campaign. Recently, Aaliyah has been in the news as rappers Drake and Chris Brown resurrected the star’s sultry voice in their own releases. Her influence on music, film and fashion is undeniable. We pay tribute to the fallen star’s playful spirit and achievements through her 10 most memorable moments. R.I.P.

Megaburgerpizza, A Burger/ Pizza Hybrid, Debuted By Japan’s Pizza Little Party Chain The Huffington Post | By Rachel Tepper

Don’t you hate it when you can’t decide between ordering pizza or a burger? Worst first world problem ever. But fear not, Japan’s Pizza Little Party chain is here to the rescue with its new offering, the Megaburgerpizza. The 2.65-pound creation is made with thick beef patties sandwiched between two 11-inch pizzas. In addition to the pizza sauce and cheese you’d expect from a pizza, the

Megaburgerpizza is also dressed with ketchup, onions, pickles and mustard. And we’re just guessing here, but the burger/pizza hybrid probably delivers double the shame of eating a single burger or pizza alone. RocketNews24 writes that the gargantuan offering, which costs $26 (2,580 yen), will be sold from September 1 through November 22.

Former Wonder Girl Tops K-pop Charts With Sexy Solo Single Posted by Jacques Peterson

The Popdust Files: K-Pop, Sunmi, Wonder Girl Sunmi’s debut solo single is called “24 Hours,” but it only took the former Wonder Girls’ star one hour to race to the top of Korea’s biggest digital charts. The sexy electro-pop track hit No. 1 on the Melon real-time music chart (which updates hourly) just 60 minutes after its release, and then quickly topped other major digital retailers like Mnet, Bugs, Naver, and many more. It’s interesting to see the hot reaction to “24 Hours” considering the unusual way that it’s been promoted. In Korea, new singles are simultaneously released

with a music video and then immediately available for purchase. However, Sunmi took a different approach for “24 Hours,” releasing the music video first, followed by her official music program performances, and then the digital download last, which didn’t come until almost a week later. That’s the norm for releasing music in Europe, Japan, and America, but it rarely ever happens in Korea. It’s obviously worked in Sunmi’s favor, though, and we can see why: She hasn’t been active in the media for exactly three years and seven months, and considering what a 180-degree transformation she’s made from her Wonder Girls days to now, the public needed some time to adjust to the new, sexed-up Sunmi before deciding if they were going to buy her music or not. Hopefully Sunmi can sustain the sales of “24 Hours,” because it’d be a shame to start off this strong and then drop in the next couple of days, which has been happening to a lot of K-pop acts lately.

CHARLIE SHEEN MYSTERY ALASKA

I’m Hunting a Half-Otter Man Barely a month after his Loch Ness monster mission failed, Charlie Sheen is back on the hunt for crazy mythological creatures ... this time in snowy, snowy Alaska ... Charlie’s favorite. Charlie tells TMZ, he flew up to frigid Sitka, AK on his private jet last week in search of the mythic Kushtaka, which loosely translates to “Land otter man.”

CHARLIE SHEEN

Stories about the elusive Kushtaka originated among natives in Southeastern Alaska

... and according to Charlie, it’s “a shape-shifting trickster who is half man, half otter. It lures one away from the campsite with the mimicked sounds of

a crying baby, then kills you, takes on YOUR form, and returns to the scene for more suckers or prey.” Charlie says he embarked into the wilderness with some friends in order to find the creature ... but just like on his Nessie mission, he returned empty-handed. Sheen has since flown back to civilization. Charlie tells us, “It obviously knew our group was far too skilled to be snowed in this fashion so it stayed hidden like a sissy.” Yeah, that’s what happened.

George zimmerman shops for tactical shotgun George Zimmerman was on the hunt today -- for a shotgun ... TMZ has learned. Zimmerman went to KelTec in Cocoa, Florida ... a gun manufacturing company. We're told he was asking questions about the legality of buying a shotgun -- specifically, the Kel-Tec KSG.

The gun in question is a tactical shotgun, often used for home defense. It holds 12 rounds of 12 gauge shells. And this is interesting ... Kel-Tec manufactures the PF-9 gun -- the pistol Zimmerman used to kill Trayvon Martin. We're told the owner's son took Zimmerman on a tour of the grounds, including the area where the firearms are assembled. The photo of Zimmerman and an employee (above) was taken inside the assembly plant. It's unclear if he actually bought the shotgun while he was there.

Liam Hemsworth white castle offers $20k after burger puke story Liam Hemsworth ate 45 White Castle burgers and then vomited them up ... and now the fast food chain is offering him $20,000 to a charity of his choice ... because they were impressed. Yeah. Liam told the story to “Jimmy Kimmel” earlier this month ... while filming “Hunger Games” he and Josh Hutcherson went to White Castle and split about

90 burgers -- only to puke them up later, due to burger overload. A rep for White Castle tells TMZ ... it’s impressed Liam could down that many burgers in one sitting and wants to induct Liam into the White Castle Hall of Fame (apparently that’s a thing). Even better, WC wants to donate $20,000 to a charity of his choice. Sorry Josh, you get nothing. Maybe some mouthwash.
