Tragedy in Connecticut stirs strong feelings!
The tragedy in Newtown last Friday was something that brought tears to very one's eyes - as youngsters were killed by yet another "sick" individual. In the hours after the tragic scene in Connecticut, as it did at the mall last week, or the church a few weeks before, the movement to make guns illegal, have been heard loud and clear. Take the guns off the streets and you won't have these problems. While I respect and agree with those who feel the way they do about the gun laws, I am also here to tell you that there is no way guns will ever be controlled. How can they be? streets as we speak with no end close to being in sight. It is a battle that has been waged for decades and decades and decades - and it will not be resolved in this or any other lifetime. It's not a reality. If you just sit back and think what type of mountain that controlling guns and which kinds are being made,
it's far too much to climb. This is a time when emotions are highest. This is when politicians and lawmakers come together to quiet everyone by saying they are willing to work on a solution. Come on! What have they been doing all these years - when the same things have been happening around the country? They can't stop guns from being made and distributed and they know it. We all know it. The reality is that everyone has the right to own a gun - if they meet certain restrictions. Those restrictions are quite dicey. 85 years old and No more glasses
