} editorial I'm Flamengo. I love soccer. These is two controversial sentences of condemnation because in Brazil claiming to love the most popular sport in the country and your favorite soccer team is as socially acceptable as it is objectionable. Sticking to the practice itself, I have to privilege myself with a historical, documental and journalistic observation: what the red-black team ─ perhaps the brazilian soccer club that already has the largest number of fans ─ has experienced in recent years culminated in the successes. This season of 2019, and regardless of whether or not he has been champion in all competitions, he gets personalized photo coverage that we can enjoy on his social networks. A less fanatical epic but a little more up to the mark. The players caught in some moments of the games; your facial and body expressions; general field and stadium shots; the controversial moves; some close-ups on the reserve bench and the technical staff; stoppages brought by the referees; pics and pics of the crowd‌ All under the compulsory tune of the club's black, red and white colors, but with the overlapping green of the lawns, the million of skin tones of each person in the frame, and the color patern of the rivals. One sees the resurgence of those Flamengo who many know the feats and main lineups. The relief of not having almost all the cast selected by the coach of the team and so can act for the team. A collective of athletes coming to the end of the year with various setbacks, bruises and recoveries, some departures to other teams mainly from another countries and an admirable claw to achieve such overcoming and recovery of the status of being one of the largest Brazilian associations in soccer. I know that not everyone can have this critical distance cus to the course of competitions and their club preferences. But, as I confessed at first, I am Flamengo. And this deserves an photo book.

FROM JULY TO THIS TIME BRAZIL AND ALL THE WORLD ARE WATCHING ALMOST POWERLESS FOR BIGGEST ENVIRONMENTAL DISASTER IN OUR COAST BY SPILL OIL AND THE QUESTION IS: A NEW OIL RESERVE OR CRIME?
by m.i.k.a. We're needing to understand that oil extraction, above all things, is firstly an environmental necessity, because if the wells weren't explored there would be leaks of the crude to the oceans or surfaces that would damage our habitat. If we made it a business, something profitable and the engine of our civilization, the merit is ours: oil is natural wealth and work too. What happened then in the Northeast of Brazil is a managerial tragedy that, unfortunately, explains things even too much: former President Lula in jail; the military back in power; the wanton operation being Lava Jato that also investigates the hecatombic thefts in the national oil @Petrobras… just does not explain this environmental disaster that runs the entire coast from the North to Northeast and the
waste of time and money if it is confirmed that the oil found off the Brazilian coast comes from an unexplored reserve. More than three months after the date of the first brent spots were found in our ocean more than 700km from the coast of Paraíba state, what do we – the citizens , is knowing about? So much and little too. The continuity of the pollution that advances along the beaches of the entire coastal strip is discouraged even with each new fact found in investigations by #MarinhadoBrasil, #FederalPolicy and research conducted by Petrobras itself, @Ibama [a Brazilian environmental institution] and Brazilian universities. After all, from Maranhão to the south of Bahia there are various true natural havens of rich fauna and flora, tourist capitals, villages, environmental
reserve areas… finally, a representative portion of what is thought about our country, both within our borders and in the imaginary abroad. At the moment there are four protagonists surrounded: in addition to Brazil suspected of leaking from untapped oil reserves or presalt area, Venezuela is in the sights of investigating [for producing derivatives from an oil with the same ADN found in the cleanliness of northeastern beaches]; Greece/EEUU because of the nationality of the company that owns the #Bouboulina ship, considered the biggest defense suspect after studies finding a coincidence between the date of departure from Port Jose and its expected route to Singapore through the region only two days before the first spot was detected in the territory; and the US for being the last port where the vessel docked before Venezuela and when there was
released an official report that the vehicle had undergone a mandatory repair of its filter system to prevent the ship from polluting the seas during the voyage. After the initial efforts through which we obtained some conclusive data, the hypothesis that the origin of brent comes from the presalt was only supported by @UFAL [Federal University of Alagoas]. But even with Petrobras being supported by the Navy and @UFRJ [Federal University of Rio de Janeiro], the deteriorated public image of the national oil company in face of the scandals that have struck us in recent years is not allowing such credibility… For now, this possibility remains less probable. With such accuracy it was expected that everyone involved had already taken a stand on the incident and that the checked informations an data would produce more

conclusive results, but this is not the situation. As unlikely as it may seem, Greece denies to the limit any relationship of the Greek company #DeltaTankers ship with the accident and, also, reasons to maintain such a stance and secrecy regarding some information requested by the Brazilian authorities to clarify better this case, enlightened and proven to exonerate them. Another report that does not reach us is the simple check of the amount of cargo shipped and the cargo which Bouboulina could be prove as delivered in Singapore because, even if the total oil found on the beaches so far corresponds to only 1.8% of its capacity. For transportation, we are reporting about 350 tons of crude oil taken from Brazilian beaches in an almost rustic circumstances, with the local people using shovels, buckets, gloves and masks to be optimist.

THIS ALREADY THE BIGGER
ENVIRONMENTAL DISASTER OF
THE HISTORY OF OUR SEASHORE? NOR STRATEGIC SECTORS SUCH AS FISHING, TOURISM, ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH OR DEFENSE ARE ABLE TO ACCELERATE SOLUTIONS
The barrels of oil found on the sands of some Sergipe's beaches do not allow as many
questions as the delay in research results might make it seem. Identified on the label itself as belonging by the multinational @Shell with the description to containing #ArginaS330 type oil, the brasses are still
uncertain as to the source of the leak. The doubt proceeds. The fact that the loading was so easily verifiable doesn't turn it the manufacturer of the product and directly responsible for the cause of the disaster. It is yet to be understood what maintenance meant to have been carried out at the Philadelphia port before setting sail for Venezuela and continuing it travel to Singapore along our sea border and who is the buyer of the product which is now incomplete, so this business, even if they forget about the situation left behind in Brazil, should still be implemented or even consolidated only with the permission of the international organizations concerned about what happened and that mediate the oil
industry and trade, maritime traffic and between the governments. The consequences of the accident or crime are being listed while circumventing as far as possible such a tragedy allows. Obviously, the entire region as a destination was immediately compromised for business and tourism. In environmental terms, not even the Secretariat of Fisheries in Brasilia showed concern, which I could be writing here about turtles breeding in Abrolhos area. Maybe because this crisis is really immobilizing and difficult to manage with public opinion, but we have never seen an area of our map so badly hit by an oil product. Can you see the bright side of something so harmful? It is commonplace in tragedies, but yes, there are several points to lift from the nearly 2,000 tons of brent that have already been removed from our beaches. The biggest one
is the mobilization of the local people that, without any federal summoning or sensitization campaign, gathered at the seaside with so much responsibility and care with their areas that many even forgot the degree for skin's oiliness and only used some selfprotective equipment when some authorities warned that the use of masks, gloves and boots is essential when handling the product. One of the other haunting highlights about this traggic story is less clear. For instance, due to the case we learned that in some way or in certain panoramas the Brazilian Government has access to informations collected via satellite, which greatly relieves us if we think that a considerable part of this control, national defense and investigation depend on this apparatus that some nations dominate and are ruling over all our planet.
