Exceptional dresses, for beautiful brides at exceptional prices
Springtime brings sunnier, warmer days and a burst of colour after the grey of winter - pink blossom, yellow daffodils, a whole rainbow of tulips – and the perfect time for thoughts to turn to weddings as we reveal another of Stockport’s hidden gems.
Tucked away from the main shopping centre on the historic Underbanks area you will find a charity shop like no other in Stockport. As well as selling a lovely range of gifts, collector’s items, fashion and accessories on the ground floor, the real gem can be found upstairs where you will find the Bridal Boutiquean astounding collection of bridal ware and accessories. While around 20% of the amazing dresses are pre-loved, 80% are brand new gowns donated from bridal shops. Many of the gowns would have originally been on sale for upwards of £1,500; at St Ann’s most of the dresses are capped at just £595. Brides can purchase a dress for a fraction of the original price and still be assured of dressing like a princess on their big day – perfect if you want to spread the budget to add special finishing touches to make the day even more special.
