LIMTY KHARE The Historical political journey Bhartiya Janta Party initiated with mere two Loksabha seats that ultimately turned the party to reach till the absolute Majority in 2014. Also, there has been a BJP government in many states. Before the 21st Century, Old Veterans had great control over the various issue in the inner circle of the party. But in the second decade, except the front row of BJP, Leaders in the bottom line of the party are absolutely indiscipline and dominating in nature. The BJP has been considered an ideal political party in the country with great political ethos, but after observing their representative’s relentless irresponsible and controversial sentiments, people of the country feel the lack of political philosophy kicking the democratic ethos of Incredible India. Also, the Republic of India realizes the stagnation of BJP’s real ideology. The latest controversy is about none other than, Bhopal MP Sadhvi Pragya, who has created headlines by her argument to rethink the top brass within the party forcefully that the killer of Gandhi, Godse as the real patriot and son of this great soil. BJP MP from Bhopal, Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, has a deep and sinking connection with controversies. Controversies have often arisen over whenever she puts forward a statement in the temple of democracy(Parliament). Her recent past’s lovable statement for Nathuram Godse during the winter season of Loksabha once again felt the heat of uproar inside the house. Nobody is even surprised at the statement given by Sadhvi Pragya as people feel it as her born character. If she had stated some other place in her public rallies, there would loudly be clapped hardly have been by her followers. But she may have forgotten that her statement is being given in the largest and highest ‘panchayat’ in the country’s democracy. Where the statement is taken on record, it has importance. But in this matter of fact that her statement has been omitted from the parliamentary proceedings. During the discussion on the SPG Amendment Bill on the last week, DMK MP A. Raja when uttered some statement relating to Mahatma and
Godse, in the meantime Sadhvi with extreme enthusiasm loudly termed Godse from his seat that Nathuram is a Patriot. As the matter was inside the biggest ‘panchayat’ of the country, it was only natural to create a ruckus there. Before making a statement to Pragya Thakur, it must have been considered that an arbitrary interpretation of a chapter recorded in history in which Nathu Ram Godse as the killer of Mahatma Gandhi is remembered only for his villainous characters. After this whole incident, amid the uproar inside the house, BJP has tried to give a message that such things cannot be tolerated. Consequently, Pragya Thakur was removed by BJP from the Defense Advisory Committee of Parliament. Even before this, such kind of meaningless and anti-democratic views was also put forward by Sadhvi from time to time. The BJP's top leadership seems to have been delayed somewhere to take steps, due to which the BJP's anger is also marked. About five months ago, Nathuram Godse was declared as a patriot by Sadhvi Pragya, even then she was warned by the BJP’s top leadership. Even after this, her thoughts could not change, the result of which is repeated. Sadhvi Pragya Thakur was fielded
from the heartland of the country(Madhya Pradesh) in the Lok Sabha elections by the BJP. Sadhvi Pragya also had defeated Raja Digvijay Singh who is a strong leader of the Congress party. Sadhvi Pragya has been popular for her controversial statements before the elections. In the direction of stopping her, even the top leaders of the organization were not very worried. In the seven decades after independence, how Mahatma Gandhi has been presented from textbooks to other places in front of people of India cannot be denied that Bapu’s sacrifice, Penance and truthful satyagraha will be ever in the minds of every citizen of the country. These Sacrifices cannot be forgotten or wiped out from 125 crores Republic of India’s heart and soul. Knowing what Sadhvi Pragya is trying to prove or establish by making arbitrary interpretations in this way, only she knows that, but it is seen that many times such plans of her were demolished by her government in the center. After independence, the Congress has ruled the country for nearly half a century. Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Indira Gandhi, etc. have been continuously glorified under Congress rule. Today, the image of all these leaders
in the hearts and minds of our senior citizens or the minds of our aging generation remains very bright, immaculate as if some valuable nation building leaders. Overnight the works of these leaders cannot be forgotten at any cost. If someone does such an exercise, then surely he/she will be observed as an image of a villain among the public. Efforts are being made by the Central Government to make Congress leaders as if their own. The plan to end Congress's monopoly on these leaders was being woven quietly by the BJP by installing a huge statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in Gujarat. Not mere this, the BJP government in the center relentlessly has been advocating Bapu’s dream idea of ‘Swachh Bharat’. By hijacking the congress party’s historic leaders, BJP also has been achieving the success of spreading a positive image of the party into the minds of the people of India. But due to such a mistake of public representatives like Pragya Thakur, one should not be surprised if there is a negative impact on the BJP's image. Who is in dark?
politics
Faridabad (NCR) 1-15 December, 2019 www.theasianchronicle.com
Government or public?
KARAMVIR KAMAL Many congratulations to the people of Maharashtra. After all, a new government was formed in the state. At the same time, Congress and NCP chief Sharad Pawar also deserve many congratulations, who fought the fight for democracy till the end. Uddhav Thackeray was sworn in as the 19th Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Uddhav Thackeray, the chief of Shiv Sena with 56 MLAs, has become the Chief Minister with the support of Nationalist Congress Party and Congress. Earlier, BJP's Devendra Fadnavis and NCP rebel Ajit Pawar became the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister of the state for just 80 hours. Even after 70 years of independence, if the government is formed in the dark, then it can be said that the people of the country are not in the dark here. Once upon a time , bandits used to come out in the dark of night. Or talk about it, there used to be era of emperors. Even in the story books, the messiahs come out at night and see the problems of the common people and fight for them. But here it is not about the old story or films, it is about the politics of the country. Such a politics, which has no longer any policy. Gaining power and ruling only has become the first and last motive of these political parties. In the last few days, there has been a turning point in the politics of the country, when decisions are being taken overnight. Whether it is demonetization, or to remove Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir.
Apart from the BJP party, the office of the Prime Minister and President of the country and their powers were used by the BJP in forming the government.
Most of these decisions were taken overnight. These decisions surprised the public as soon as they woke up in the morning. If we talk about the latest developments, the Government of Maharashtra is a living example of this. The election results in Maharashtra was completely opposite to what the BJP had expected. The election results were such that no party was in a position to form a government in the state of Maharashtra. The results of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly came on 24 October. BJP got 105 seats, Shiv Sena 56 seats, NCP 54 seats and Congress 44 seats. Shiv Sena and BJP contested the elections together but after the result of the election both parties lost each other’s support. But the issue was not to be left together, the real issue was to come together. The two parties met in such a way that the politics of the whole country was warmed up. No one believed that what could have happened. After the election, the BJP became ready to form the government and then after that the Shiv Sena came to call the Governor. But both parties were unable to form the government. According to the rule, President's rule was imposed in the state. Along with Maharashtra, the people of the country were waiting for the new government of Maharashtra. Suddenly there was a political stir and news that the Congress is forming a government with the NCP and Shiv Sena. Everything was happening so fast that the formation of Shiv -Sena led Maharashtra Government was stunning. There was speculation in the media about the formation of the government and both the news intensified. When Sharad Pawar's meeting with the Prime Minister suddenly made headlines, the NCP clarified that the meeting with the Prime Minister was about the interest of farmers. But here, politics is being discussed, not farmers. Meeting of leaders of Congress Party, NCP and Shiv Sena, was in the news. The Shiv Sena, which raised the flag of ‘Marathi manush’, was going to take over the position the chief minister for the first time. Then came the day of 23 November. This day surprised everyone as soon as they woke up. With the people of Maharashtra, it was set in the mind of the whole of India that the next Chief Minister of Maharashtra belongs to the Thackeray family. But on the morning of 23 November, Congress had brought a bad news for NCP and Shiv Sena. Devendra Fadnavis was sworn in as Chief Minister of Maharashtra and Ajit Pawar as Deputy Chief Minister in the morning. This incident not only surprised the people of Maharashtra but also some big leaders of our country including many political Pundits. Sharad Pawar, considered a mas-
ter of sports in the political arena who was also found cheated by own blood,Ajit Pawar. The BJP government was formed overnight in Maharashtra. The way the government was formed, the country saw a low level and greedy politics only to enjoy the power corridor. The state was under President's rule. Suddenly, President's rule was lifted in the dark in early morning, and Devendra Fadnavis was sworn in as the Chief Minister. The way this whole incident happened, it proves that this government was secretly created in the dark keeping the entire plebiscite of this country in darkness. Apart from the BJP party, the office of the Prime Minister and President of the country and their powers were used by the BJP in forming the government. In this way, the government was strongly opposed by the Congress and others. The way the government was formed in the dark shows how the BJP misused the government machinery. Here not only the government was formed in the dark, but the public also remained in the dark. The people who voted for one party or coalition to form a government, the same parties form a government together with others, then it is like keeping the people of the country or the voters in the dark. The way the government is being formed in the country these days is quite unfortunate for our democratic ethos. With this the mentality of political parties showing their greed for power and the way the BJP hijacked the constitutional posts like President and Prime Minister's office to form a government is dangerous for a democratic country. In this case, the question is whether Fadnavis did all this alone? Believing this would be like running away from the truth. Getting the Governor recommendation to remove President's rule at night. Under special provision from the Prime Minister to get approval without any meeting with the cabinet and on the morning of the President's assent and then swearing. All this work does not belong to Fadnavis alone. In this, the BJP who is claiming itself an honest party, hanged the government machinery and the dignity of the Prime Minister and the President all for the greed of power. This entire incident stained an honest image of Devendra Fadnavis.

reader’s point
Readers, in today’s world women are facing sexual crimes like never before and incidence of rapes have risen and last week a lady doctor was the latest victim and not only was she raped but her soul and body were burnt by the perpetrators of the ghastly crime. We talked to Women to get the perspective right and how are we as a civil society going to tackle this menace. SANJAY AGRAWAL mrspa23@gmail.com
Meeta Meeta, A Teacher from Delhi expressed, the brutal rape of veterinary Doctor once again has shocked us. The criminal mind set is so filthy that they take any woman just a sex object. Some criminal minded sick people have such dirty eye they can see any female without cloth. The doctor must have been well dressed but the dirty minded criminals had such eye to trap her for this act. It is said the psychology of such criminals are as filthy and also they are provoked when they see 5 to 10 years children also. In our society we victimise the victim and we always blame woman after rape that they must have provoked or done something wrong which provoked the male. We will disregard animals if we compare these criminals to them. Everyone should take the re-
sponsibility. There should be a Society police. In our country females of any age group is not safe and we need to educate the male how to behave with female instead of educating females. Their parents might have not educated them and as such they have become criminals. They must not be respecting their female members at home or they have sick minds. We can say they are sex addict. We agree with her except that the Parents cannot be blamed for any adult or child doing any wrong as they are not present at the scene of the crime.
Alka Jain Alka Jain, a Business Women and Social worker suggested that we should have police post in every area to help the women, the number police gives to public should be picked immediately, street lights should be in every area, parks should not be barren, women should not take bus when it is without any riders, do not believe on strangers, we should carry chilly spray, scissors or some pointed weapon with us, Every women should learn about judo karate, sex education should be given to both boys n girls, During the time of night they should not move all alone, but if they are to go out urgently, they should be in touch with their family members through mobile or go in the groups of two or more.
Kirti Mishra Narang Kirti Mishra Narang, Mrs. Worldwide 2018 has been active in this area and her one sentence was, India witnesses shame yet again... Indian women are leaving no stones unturned to break the thread of patriarchal society, working hard in every field to add glory to the Indian flag on global platforms. It’s devastating that such heinous crime

against women leave us shattered and helpless. There won't be a single day when we not hear news or read in newspaper about rape. Fact is we are actually becoming thickskinned unknowingly, cause we are getting immune, we feel helpless, we talk about it, spit anger, feel disgusted, ashamed but eventually forget about it in few days until another Nirbhaya or Guriya happens. The nation unites for protests, candle light March, media attention all is in vain until we are not able to kill this virus. Rapist are like virus, who are spreading at a faster speed there is no fear, as they are spreading to each and every place, every state of our nation, attack any age group 5 months or 85 years, "No one is safe". Why there is no fear? Why rape has new prefix "Gang" rape? Why brutality is on rise? blade, iron rod, burning body to ashes? It's high time government should make stricter laws, erase this virus called rapist from further developing, spreading in our country. Nirbhaya's mother Asha Devi once mentioned to me 'there are more laws in our country to save the rapist but very few to prove them guilty'. RIP another Nirbhaya.

made on them world over and surely our tourism and economy affected beside mental health for women globally and women of Delhi as we live in fear and cannot step our post 20:00 hours at ease. Today it’s been 7 years on 12th Dec 2019 but even with fast track case the accused have been sentenced, but his lawyers are seeking mercy petition and he is Scott free from punishment. The rape of Chopra children happened in 1980s by Ranga Billa and we are still discussing rape in Delhi is our misery! The practice of passing the buck has to stop.
Dr. Deepali Bhardwaj Dr. Deepali Bhardwaj, Dermatologist was very concerned and said that, Well life isn’t easy for anyone! Surely not a women who has to fight always for her honour and basic rights even in today’s patriarchal society. I strongly urge our Government please to consider that Rape cases should be directly handled by a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) under High Court. The Honorable High Courts should have a dedicated investigating team. More importantly, the equation between crime & punishment is highly skewed now. It is 20 years or 30 years imprisonment if death of victim is caused. The cases usually prolong for years. Evidence is destroyed or tampered with. Is this how justice is delivered to a woman? No care or concern for her honour and dignity when we are more than half the population mark. Please beti bachao should not be a slogan just and a slogan for votes alone to fall on deaf ears currently. In Nirbhaya case, movies have been

Manju Rathi Manju Rathi, an Architect from Nagpur felt that ,One young girl gang raped and burnt alive is reminder of nirbhaya. In Gita there are 6 bad virtue, first is lust which makes man into a beast. Now to remove the maladies in our system, lets begin by firstly training people how to treat women, learn to say no, raise your voice, stop it there and then, second is imparting value education wherein the child is taught to respect the girl and not be taught that boy is superior. Third is proper development. Fourth is law and order need to be made as like in China, Saudi Arabia rapists are given death penalty and as such people do not dare to commit rape.
Spread awareness, Wake up before It’s too late, wake up before one of you or your family member is next victim.
We wish that the social fabric of society is restored to the medieval times where such crimes did not take place and the dignity of women is restored. The protectors of law , the police forces and other civil defence and home guards must be engaged on a 24 hour basis for patrolling in day and night in cities and highways and also each security guard posted along the Tolls, public places should be given induction training to keep watch on suspicious incidents happening around them as in the case of a Delhi Transport bus service where a Bus Marshall, Arun Kumar was travelling and he grew suspicious of a man with a 4 year old girl who was crying as had been abducted and with his alertness the driver and conductor also helped him nab the kidnapper. The scheme of Bus Marshalls is being run in Capital of Delhi by the Chief Minister of Delhi for the safety of women. Lastly the Indian bollywood cinema and other regional cinema is the reason why the person commits something unnatural which is shown in the movies, larger than life. Man is influenced by the hero or villain in the movies where women are shown in a poor light and an object of consumption and now the same trend is shifted to various suspense serials shown on television in the name of real life stories where the rapist or criminal gets ideas on how to do the act and how to then dispose the body and the Censor boards and the elected representatives have to take steps and amend laws to ban such telecast over satellite or internet where women is portrayed in poor light.
India – Are goddesses really worshipped here?

Faridabad (NCR) 1-15 December, 2019 www.theasianchronicle.com
ANJAN KUMAR SAMAL Daughters have been stumbled on in India since ancient times. But it’s just for their vested interest and greed. People even from urban cities up to an interior village don’t hesitate to visit the unhygienic lanes and JJ clusters in search of little girl children only during NAVARATRI where they never like to visit at all. This search for girls continues in Navratri. Unfortunately, after this, the intension changes dramatically because the body of the girls in which people are seen as holy goddesses, later on, this body is observed as an object of enjoyment. "Naa aana is desh lado" is not just a matter of saying or dialogue, but a slogan to make the government and people of independent India realize their duty, intention, and mindset about our mothers, sisters, and daughters. This consequently learns us the need and importance of our daughters in this country of Mother Durga, Kali, Lakshmi, Parvati, and Vaishnavi. Nearly seven years ago in 2012, when the public outrage was at the Himalayan height regarding the Nirbhaya incident in Delhi, it was believed that our concerned state and central government would be read the mind of people by which such heinous and unfortunate
acts would be stopped. It is being felt now a day that relentless crimes against the women's power one after another are not under control of our so-called leaders which is not mere abusive but unpardonable too. In the recent incident in Cyberabad(Hyderabad) with a 27 years old female doctor has shaken the country again. Only there is cry on social media, but the state of mute spectatorship of print and electronic media is surprising! How can a nation’s fourth pillar be so Silent? This recent past’s heartbreaking news of Hyderabad is a case which is alike a layman’s heart and soul is being deceived. It is therefore loud and clear that the Hyderabad’s rape and murder is an absolute reminder of India’s Abysmal crime statistics. On December 16, 2012, half a dozen people had crossed the limits of life by gang-raping a paramedical student in the heart of National capital which even known as India’s political capital. The victim and her male friend were assaulted by the culprits and thrown out of the bus in a gruesome way. Two days later amid the outrage of people in entire India, the accused were caught by the police. During the hearing on May 05 in 2017 nation’s Apex court termed and declared this crime as a Tsunami of a shock to our nation.
When the entire nation reflects it’s outrage in this kind of matter, political parties, including the government and a large section of the society just take a pledge and vow that after this no such heinous act shall be tolerated as they had told during the case of Nirbhaya. There were also some changes in the law after the Nirbhaya incident. Of these, changes in laws related to rape can be considered predominant. A concerned committee was formed under the chairmanship of Justice JS Verma. There were also certain changes in the law after this. Along with the change in the law, stringent punishment in such incidents was also made with the intention that a message should be sent to the public by giving severe punishment to therapists to prevent the recurrence of such incidents in the future course of time. Usually, in the state of intoxication, the human brain stops working. Whatever the person thinks in the state of intoxication, he considers it as right. Consequently, he does not even know about the behavior that he is doing. It is said that a drunk person becomes very aggressive. People know this better even after the laws have been made by the rulers against drugs, but no efforts are made to stop the production of drugs. The accused in the Nirbhaya incident in 2012 have not been hanged so far. What is it supposed to be? So many holes and faults have been left in the legal system of our country that after the conviction of the accused, it only takes years to get the final punishment awarded to the accused. Today the need is that the law should be amended accordingly and a time frame should be fixed for hearing such
heinous crimes. Apart from this, if someone is convicted by the lower courts, then a time limit must be fixed in the higher courts to resolve these cases within a time frame. The mother of Nirbhaya with whom all these kinds of the heinous act occurred, is still roaming around the doors of our court. After the verdict in the Nirbhaya case, the matter is now pending with the President as a mercy petition. It is being said that the President has sent back the mercy petition to the government. Such a slow pace of the punishment process is nothing less but merely encourages the criminals. Sociologists also believe that it is necessary to take stringent steps in case of closure of the escape route to the perpetrator. This needed work can be a helpful tool of the law of this land in reducing crime, but it also cannot be guaranteed to end crime. The time is ripe for the revival of our laws so that our ‘BETIS’ can be saved and can be lived their lives as if they dream and desire. The time is ripe to rethink our government to look into all the factors behind such gruesome and heinous crimes against the daughters of India. Is it the reason, how the vulgarity and the extramarital affair are being spread on our TV screens with the ultimate freedom given by our government? The government has every option to investigate and research to find out the absolute reasons for these kinds of skyrocketing crimes. Governments need to take serious steps seriously by considering every aspect of this so that such unfortunate incidents in civil society can be prevented.

Report: HARRY SHERIDON & ELSA LYCIAS JOEL
The India growth story has a darker side that’s hardly ever mentioned but very much felt, in Delhi. Only when we started to choke did we know that we desperately need a new growth paradigm that can address the challenges of climate change, resource depletion and pollution. If Beijing followed Rome or Delhi found Beijing’s road rationing a good idea to reduce air pollution then it’s time we also borrow other sound policies for green growth from various countries across the world. Way back in 45 BC, Julius Caesar had the foresight for whatever reasons and it did take centuries for Road space rationing based on license numbers to be implemented in cities such as Athens in 1982, Santiago, Chile in 1986 and extended to 2001, México City in 1989, Metro Manila in 1995, São Paulo in 1997, Bogotá, Colombia in 1998, La Paz, Bolivia in 2003, San José, Costa Rica, in 2005), countrywide in Honduras in 2008 and Quito, Ecuador in 2010. As told to the parliament by Mr. Prakash Javdekar, 80 people die every day in Delhi due to health impairments associated with cumulative exposure to high level of particulate pollution. It’s time for resolutions, right? Shall we resolve to make the place we live better and livable by the small yet wise choices we make by keeping aside our selfish being. Yes, it’s about better air, water
and environment if not pure. Wait before you blame it on the sandstorms, our pseudo-concern will rectify nothing and let ‘chalta hai Yaar’ remain a movie and not our attitude. If delhiites had thought that pollution and climate change would affect only the Alps’s entire winter sports industry, then it’s time they revised their basics. Levying a pollution tax does not solve the problem of curbing pollution. Since a fifth of the pollution in the city is caused by the traffic, then road space rationing might help a bit. It’s certainly time that city dwellers across India realized that as much as we insist and invest on anything that’s considered part of a community’s infrastructure, we need to do the same with trees. Statistically, Delhi may be one of India’s greener metros, but it isn’t one of India’s greenest cities, and it’s certainly not in the top green cities in the world but the most polluted. The city sure cannot take pride in the abounding parks, gardens, and manicured lawns. I’m yet to believe that Delhi is one of the cities that has a planned tree line. Once trees are looked upon or treated as nuisances that take up road or side walk space, then people will continue to choke and die. The point is to engineer trees into infrastructure as such so that they don’t get shoehorned as an after-thought. Again, urban forests act as some kind of sink only for the CO2 emissions and photosynthesis can’t take care of the rest of the pollutants humans create and release into the atmosphere. Even though every single human is blessed with a conscience, excuses come from the privileged lot who could af-
ford cars with odd, even and prime numbers. Education in the first place should help us lead a good, clean life. Any development a result of education is not worth it if it happens at the cost of our health. Let’s not be selfish. If you and I think real hard to roll down our windows, just imagine the plight of open- air commuters. We should resolve to not wait on the policy makers, but willingly avail the metro that we attempt to flaunt to the rest of India, use the bicycle tracks and not operate our ACs at 18 degrees because it’s 19 degrees outside. According to the Mercer 2015 Quality of Living Rankings, European cities dominate the top, Delhi, India ranked at 154. Mind you, all cities are becoming economically more prosperous, the number of rich persons growing by the day, with more money to spend in malls, restaurants and multiplexes. But then, economic growth doesn’t seem like it’s synonymous with human well-being. Isn’t it still so humiliating and sickening to not know that Mr. Barack Obama had to bring along 20, 000 gallons of breathable air only because US secret service agents who had landed in Delhi suffered weird symptoms of asthma, dizziness and cough also because we live in filth? Luckily our President and PM could also get some fresh air then. If or not the agent who slipped into coma was revived is another research to be done. How do we then vacuum CO2 or carcinogenic nanocarbon particles out of air? Companies that sold out diesel vehicles may have to recall them because they emit up to 40 times the allowable levels of air pollutants that are

called nitrogen oxides. Sounds like a poor joke? Grapevine has that POTUS is still anxious about that 6 hrs of his life span being shortened by his 3 days visit to Delhi. In our battle against pollution, technology was long been viewed as the ultimate savior. But sorry, so many times so many technologies are only clunky reminders how awkward or distant that dream is. Without resolving to change our lifestyles, our attitudes, we modern humans find technologies so alluring. If only we have had good reasoning we will know that the execution of any technology is fabulously expensive, complex and grandiose on a scale that boggles the logical minds. For example, those space capsules and submarines extracting CO2 to maintain breathable air for crew members is not an easy job. The process involves putting one compound, say a hydroxide in contact with the air which sets off a chemical reaction that would grab CO2 thereby incorporating it’s carbon atoms into a carbonate compound. It doesn’t stop with this. Now, with large input of heat the carbonate compound have to be broken apart to reconstitute and trap the CO2. If you read the above sentences once again slowly, you might really understand the simple process. A physicist at Columbia University confidently says that the trapped CO2 can be pumped into the ground. To increase the pressure in oil wells? Geologists come to our rescue and declare there is enough room in the rocks to lock the CO2 forever. An yearly worldwide vacuuming bill might reach some $5 trillions. So any good mathematician may calculate the cost for Delhi. Is S.Kalmadi the right choice! Anyways, I contend that such blind faith in technologies is a dangerous distraction from the most urgent sacrifices we ought to make to control pollutions of many a kind. Be it the Kyoto protocol or COP21Sum-
mit or CMP 10, no matter how we go about it, there will be a lot of politics. So let’s do our own bit, as citizens, as humans willing to learn and unlearn for the greater good. Each one of know what to be done. Small possible actions that resolve bigger, dangerous issues of concern have been said to and taught to us in as many languages as possible by activists and experts. Since our contribution towards emissions is mostly through the vehicles we overuse we can think about cleaning the mess we create though we are all aware of the famous quote “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it”. Let’s try a bit of gardening the coming year, plant trees for they offer a wide range of functional benefits like sequestering CO2 and convert it into oxygen, remove sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxide, counter the urban heat island effect, reduce wind speeds and absorb a lot of noise. Urban planners will recognize the ecological value of trees once people start to act. Remember, a banyan or a gulmohar belongs to a park and not on a relatively narrow road. First things first. Before we ring in the New Year with fan fare, dinners and fireworks, please take some time, precisely 1 hr and 35 minutes to watch “The Lorax”. It has everything that we need to take into our head. Most of all, it has an O ‘Hare who doesn’t want trees so that he can sell breathable air. Watch the movie attentively or you will miss his statement “The more smog in the sky, the more people will buy”. This should definitely ring a bell to Delhiites. Other than vehicular emissions that contribute to air pollution in a huge way, unpaved road dust or fugitive dust, construction debris, awful stench emanating from garbage sometimes accompanied by the smoke from its burning are testimonies of air pollution. Replacing deficient sidewalks, curb and gutter are as
necessary as addressing the bewildering issue of mud strips between the road and the sidewalk. Why this impassable space is for the concerned departments to ponder over. The number of agencies, contractors, other public utility committees or civic agencies and departments involved should have proper project co-ordination so that whatever is in our limits can be dealt with efficiently as far curbing air pollution is concerned because any air pollution prevention or reduction program must be coordinated with other programs that indirectly result in escalating pollutions. We will still remain in an embryonic and inefficient state if government agencies engage in attempts peripheral to air pollution control program operations. An integrated approach can indicate actions that achieve maximum benefits at low costs and on time in the best interests of our country. When aiming for too many objectives without proper co-ordination, more often than not diverse values offset one another rather than create synergy. It’s for us to discern how much offsetting impact the society can afford due to conflicting values between economy, lethargy and pollution. Emphasizing the active role of government and citizens in creating a model for a low carbon future, for pollution free cities will make sense only after the mechanical sweeping machines , an initiative of the New Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) are put to use in the right places. Does this need political will? With the trend changing towards more mechanization, 4 people will be able to clean 40 kilometers without shifting blame or responsibility. Moreover, Streets and roads aren’t the only places that need brooms. Then again, the various recordings of the diameter of total or respirable suspended particulate matter levels or just the particulate matter, by various techniques, agencies or devices may look like back of the envelop calculation to many unless and
until details like the time and place be mentioned for people to take relevant measures. Did our PM exhort the world to ‘Make In India’? But what has he made of India! Well, let’s not get too finicky about that $1 bn loan backing from SBI for the Carmichael mine in Queensland. After all Adani is Indian and it’s about “Making of an Indian” which doesn’t make a big difference to “Make in India”. It does indicate how big India’s political decision makers care for the slogans they tout. Probably its esoteric philosophy only a certain breed can take in. Though we have drifted geographically we are all one and the same should be NaMo’s conviction. Furthermore, there isn’t any proof that the continents won’t drift again to come together as one supercontinent. Remember Pangaea!! Whatever we shouldn’t be drifting from what we ought to discuss here. The Swacch Bharat campaign stumped many as all the "King's" men and their brooms cannot clean it all up. Remedial propaganda has been done and more planned. Clean change happens with enough facility and infrastructure not with a bewildering array of government bodies that don’t always integrate ideas and coordinate activities. Governments take umbrage at any suggestion that they need to work on their credibility with citizens; they assume they already possess it like none else. Excuse me, doing their job is part of their job! We must resist the urge to categorize pollution as a problem that has to be solved only by governments alone. If we could afford, let’s buy a bicycle the coming year, one for each family. In countries like Belgium, Norway, Switzerland, Japan, Finland, Sweden, germany and Denmark people even the elite and public servants use bicycles a lot for commuting. Netherlands is even called the country of cyclists. For those who may not know, Netherlands is an economic powerhouse ranked 16th in the world in terms of GDP. By all standards the country is rich YET the prime minister is NEVER driven in convoys. The most honorable man Mark Rutte rides a bicycle to work. Six bicycles can typically fit into the road space used by 1 car. Parking advantages are greater. Cycling reduces chances of cardiovascular diseases, osteoporosis and arthritis in addition to strengthening the immune system. Long distance travel is quite impractical on a bicycle but it can be a supplement for cars on a personal level. To promote an ecological culture, all parts of Delhi may be connected by bicycle paths. Governments should understand that promotion of bicycle use is required as a new paradigm of green transportation to resolve problems of pollution, energy and traffic congestion. “Every country has the government it deserves”. Very true. But then again, "Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services." This is just another universal declaration and it is up to us to make it happen in the real sense either by doing the right thing or by co-operating with the policy makers if the policies sound healthy. At least on the brink of a collapse, will we gather our energies and senses to change for better? Support or protest, horses and cycles help a lot with separate lanes.

Winter makeup tips and tricks by Shalini Gupta
Winter, If you live where winters are harsh, you know the drill: You bundle up in your puffer jacket, scarf, gloves and hat, even just to take the garbage to the end of the driveway. But, no matter how covered and protected you may be from the elements, it can be difficult to shield your skin from winter's harsh conditions and prevent it from looking washed out, dull and downright ghostly. And then you're stuck dealing with a dry, flaky and irritated complexion as you try to put your best face forward at work, social outings and more on days when sometimes you don't even want to venture outdoors. Fortunately, a few easy solutions are at your disposal by celebrity makeup artist Shalini Yogendra Gupta (CWC beauty and makeup studio). We're here with some winter makeup tips and tricks that we promise will make you look bright, radiant and cheery even in the depths of winter.
Apply a face mask
It's easier to run foundation over skin that's well moisturized. To fight flakes, try a powerful creamy hydrating mask made with nourishing ingredients that provide intense and deep hydration. Start by using one once a week at night for five to 15 minutes and see how often you need to it.
Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize
lead to runny mascara and eye shadow. Prime eyelids with face powder to help absorb excess oil, which can cause makeup to smudge. Use waterproof mascara to prevent smudges and smears. Apply eyeshadow and eyeliner only to the upper lids to prevent these products from moving elsewhere.
Use the right cleanser
If you use a cleanser that's too harsh, skin can get irritated, red or tight. And if it's too gentle, you'll have to wash hard or twice just to get a thorough cleanse. The right cleanser won't strip away too much of the skin's healthy cells or natural oils. And it will get rid of makeup, grime, excess oils and dirt completely. Typically, you want a creamy wash or hydrating cleansing lotion (which has less skin-stripping ingredients) if you have dry to normal skin to help keep it moisturized. Use a gel or foaming cleanser if you have skin that is a combination or oily. If you have acneprone skin, opt for a wash with salicylic acid, which helps treat skin conditions. Also, look for a cleanser that's sulfate-free; otherwise, it will be too harsh on the skin. Speak to your dermatologist to help find one that's right for you.
Adjust your foundation
Your summer sun-kissed glow is sadly gone, and your skin appears duller in the season's dimmer daylight. So, choose a base that's at least one shade lighter than you usually wear. Use a hydrating formula that contains moisturizing ingredients like glycerin because skin tends to be drier in the winter.
der, which is less messy than loose powder. It will help keep makeup on your face, which is where you want it.
Eat well and stay hydrated
Remember that your skin is an organ, so healthy skin starts with what you put into your body.
Keep makeup in place
If your makeup often rubs off onto your scarf, hat or coat, try this trick to help it stay put: Apply a layer of translucent pressed pow-

Say goodbye to dry lips
Before you put on your makeup, apply a good moisturizer. Look for one with anti-inflammatory and moisturizing ingredients that combat irritation and flakiness. Put on moisturizers immediately (and generously) after you cleanse to help lock in the moisture you got when you washed your skin. Be sure the moisturizer has been absorbed into your skin before applying your makeup.
Lips dry out easily since they lack oil glands, and they flake when abused by bad weather, which can make lipstick look blotchy. That's why it's important to remember to exfoliate your lips to remove their dead, dry skin, helping improve their tone and texture. To polish up your pucker, remove dead skin by applying a lip balm. Then exfoliate gently with a damp washcloth. Next, apply cream lipsticks, which are moister than matte or long-lasting ones. Or try a tinted lip balm with sunscreen.
Your eyes can tear in the winter thanks to the harsh winds, sleet and snow. And that can

Prep your eyes
Try a soft, peachy color if you have fair skin or a warm, terra cotta one if you have darker skin. Apply blush to the apples of your cheeks and blend toward your cheekbones.

Dreaming big to achieve goals and becoming famous is everyone's desire irrespective of age. Mostly this kind of attitude is observed in individuals who are in their young adults and matured people. On the contrary, we come across youngsters and kids who are not even into the late teenage mode of their life are passionate about their goals. One such wonderful young kid who recently made his mark in the Indian Literary world, ' Srijan Kabra ' is a

complete surprise package. 'Inspiration to write or narrate a story comes from every day events ', says Srijan. His interest in sci-fi and fantasy fiction planted the idea of becoming an author and as a result, now Srijan has two books written in his account. In the ages where young kids are mostly addicted to computer games or rather games on mobile phones, showing interest in reading books and also writing is an appreciable effort. It is indeed glad to see Srijan apart from being a kid who loves to party with his friends and family also sees a responsibility in writing and giving out the world good stories. Srijan, also quotes that his friends also show interest in story writing which is a wonderful thing to know. Apart from writing, Srijan also manages a YouTube channel. An active sports kid, keen reader, and enthusiastic writer, Srijan is also a great host who loves to invite his friends and family to his house and has great fun. With a great mind and a loving heart, he makes a point in mentioning or creating characters that resemble his friends in his stories. Therefore, the readers can find the mentions about his two best friends in his books. One of the striking points in Srijan's two books, be it 'Journey to Space With Blahman’ or the second book, ' Zombie Apocalypse ' is to save the world! A young kid who has a small world built for himself with his friends, family, studies and other activities also has a sense of saving the world is a fantastic trait! In his first book, 'Journey to Space With Blahman’, the manner in which the story starts is absolutely fascinating. Srijan's innocence blended with innovation reflects when the characters in the story 'book tickets to travel into space'. Whenever it is about trav-
eling into outer space, the concept of Aliens and super-powered beings automatically strikes anyone's minds. Likewise, from the cover image itself, Srijan has taken utter care in presenting the book colorfully and interestingly. The two best friends, Aven and Steven thus embark on their journey into outer space. The adventurous trip costs a lot of experience, learning, and unfolding of some dangerous secrets. With a great narration and cool illustrations his book 'Journey to Space With Blahman’ is a superb child fiction with all the elements young readers look for. Though the characters of the best friends are motivated by real life, the commendable bravery and concern towards human life is worth praising. Talking about his second book, ' Blahman and the Attack of Zombies ', one can say that Srijan is a fantastic storyteller. In this book, with many plot twists, an imaginary SciFi story consisting of zombies is superb. How the Blahman erases the Zombies is the highlight. With many colorful illustrations, the book though a short one is an awesome one to read. In both books, apart from the story, the words, the naming of the characters and the whole set-up of the story stands on top-notch. During the dearth days of good kid's book, young authors like Srijan is a great relief!

'Womb of Fireflies’, talks about different versions of love. Love from Mother to child, two lovers separated by communities and care of little brother from the elder one. Questions numerous stereotypical believes. Can mother always love her child more than herself? Isn’t geographical history distorted? Where’s the historical significance of those little islands lost? Britishers named these little islands on the Sundarbans. Who stayed there before invasion? Can you cut your ancestor roots even if you dislocate your identity? Authored by Ambika Barman is a book based on social evil, forced girl child marriage in rural places. And, longterm consequences of it. I have been waiting for a book on such theme because I personally believe if we want to see a better change in society, we have to first impart knowledge to build a path towards social and cultural reforms. This is an emotional saga well narrated by the author focusing on a very sensitive subject but important. The book spins through four main characters mainly Hari and his wife Pranati, Alok and his wife Snehalatha. The first circle of the story which revolves around Hari and Pranati talks about the life in Sundarbans, issues such as child marriages, adolescent pregnancy, premature de-
Pentacles book by Sabarna Roy, as the title suggests, is a perfect amalgamation of one long story and four poems each of which talks about a person's life. In this book, the long story named 'New Life' is written very eloquently about the obstacles faced by a woman who goes against the societal format of married life which in turn gives her son some incorrigible life situations and irreparable wounds. The story also points out the pathetic

In a similar fashion, the four poems in the book are an aggregated example of a free writing style with lots of elements of literary conduct and rich vocabulary. Each poem is a classic of its own that illustrates life in a poetic shell.
What I like:
The interlacing of the scenes and the narration is done in an excellent way. The way the author has presented about life and various emotions will move the readers.

livery and many other intriguing life problems of young girls of that period. Pranati’s character is an exemplary which defines the actual situation and mentality of the survivor of this evil. The story carefully unfolds the mentality of a girl child whose labored with responsibilities of being a wife at 9, a mother at 14. A character that can be realized sensually and her pain felt in words. On the other hand, Alok is an unruly child. Author has cited the lives of people in Sundarbans and narrated it beautifully through this book. As you read the book you understand about the basic norms and practices of child marriage which is unique and clearly shows the real research by the author to bring the story. Author has tried to express the feelings of the people of Sundarbans through her words, their problems, unawareness and lack of communication to the other parts of the country. Story is visually impactful. Metaphorical language makes it more professional and an interesting book. This book not only portray the lives of couple bonded into child marriage story but also talks about the later effects which is saddening. There's a transition in the story which connects the character with their past to present. Being a debut book, the concept and the way of crafting the plot and characters is impressive. Sharp narration and splendid storyline make this book a remarkable read. Early girl child marriage is a violation of child rights especially child brides who suffer the most physically, mentally and emotionally. Because of the imbalance of voice in such unions, many girls are unable to negotiate, discuss or are rather unaware of contraception, resulting in earlier and more frequent pregnancies, sexually transmitted diseases, cervical cancer, death during childbirth. Including , higher rates of domestic violence, no educational opportunities, higher risk of infection, teen pregnancy, chronic anemia and lifetime of poverty. Womb of Fireflies is not just a book rather it's an effort to reimburse the lives of all those young girls suffering in silence and empowering them. Most importantly to delay and prevent forced marriage, have a voice and be something before someone’s wife and mother. by Ranju Gobbll Youngsters are those species of humanity who are considered happy as they are unaware of the worldly responsibilities. Ironically, they are on the verge of depression and melancholy usually created by their own set of tantrums. Those aspects which hardly have a place in the league of matures are imperative in their life. Even today, beauty has been synonymous to being cool and this has always lead an inferiority complex in them. Even the protagonist who has almost everything in perfect motion is depressed with cobwebs of pimples. Indeed! These things don't matter as evident from another character who evenafter being a small-town boy do not these things let creep in. What I Like The beautiful amalgamation of the set of events which are completely relatable. The various thought-process which seems silly yet cute adds a charm to the story. The unpredictability of even the relatable events retain it's entertainment quotient. Characters The characterisation of Ruhi, the protagonist along with Prithvi who is the integral aspect of the story makes it beautiful. The influx of various other characters in the form of their friends makes it an interesting read. Narration The narration of the story has been subtle. Even after picking the story from two different societal background doesn't create a hassle. At times, it seems to lose its grip over the story but has managed to bind its readers with its impeccable story telling. Language & Grammar The easy to use language has helped us to relate the teen characterisation. The use of slangs has made it more relatable. Error-free language has helped us to save us from the frustration of a badly edited book. Must Read This romantic masterpiece has been able to stand apart from the existing crowd of romantic thrillers. Even the storyline is a little bit expected but fresh perspective and subtle writing makes it a must read! The crux of our constitution
opinion
Faridabad (NCR) 1-15 December, 2019 www.theasianchronicle.com
The auspicious day of 26th November has been observed as ‘Constitution Day of India’. Earlier this day was being celebrated by us as National law Day. Government lately Vicissitude the name of this day as Constitution Day, which is also known as Samvidhan Divas. Both are supreme for all the citizens of India and the ‘Constitution’ and the ‘Constitution Day’ are incomplete without each other. In which course the country will go on, what principles will a country adopt, are truthfully pronounced by a country’s constitution? The constitution of our country is probably based on, one of the biggest and best among all the countries across the world. What will be the direction and policies of the country after independence? Our first Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru’s thought and country’s very first law minister, Bhim Rao Ambedkar’s vision did work and also looked after the content of the Constitution of India. If we talk about independent India, the first name which is taken among all these freedom fighters are Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, he established the foundation of the policies of independent India on which the country will govern the republic of India further. ‘Aazad Hindustan’(Independent India) is known as a secular country as per the principles and ethos of our constitution. India is the largest democratic country of the world where all kinds of religions, customs and traditions are recognized for which India is popularly termed as the ‘Incredible India’. Being a secular country, India has a different identity in the world. It is the constitution of the country that inspires and encourages all kinds of religions, castes and colors to live together, on which we
proud and pronounce it ‘Unity in Diversity.’ But even after Seven Decades of independence, the people of India are realizing; absolute need for awareness of the rights and duties enshrined in our constitution for the sake of people from all the sections of nation. There is no doubt, even today, the common men in independent India are ignorant of the rights and duties mentioned in the constitution. The general public, even our elected representatives look not at all serious and never concern the need of this holy book meant for democratic governance. The greed for power, personal and political interests cease us and we “the responsible citizen” don’t care to uphold the dignity of the Constitution. Even after 70 years of independence, most of the common men of the country are fighting for their fundamental rights.
They are not able to access basic facilities like employment, food, shelter and cloth. On one hand, the constitution enshrines categorically about the ‘Right to Equality’ and on the other hand, the news of discrimination of Dalit class and upper class along with the secular contradiction in between Hindu - Muslims have been relentlessly appearing as the Headlines of both in the Print & Electronic Media. It is now the habit of these leaders to run the constitution according to their own to get into the power corridor of the country. The government has miserably failed to provide even the basic facilities mentioned in our constitution to provide our people in this country. Consequently, people of this country are also forgetting that Rights and Duties. We have many expectations from the government for our rights given in the con-

stitution, but “we” who expect a lot from others; do not even fulfill our duty for our Mother Land, advised to perform in the constitution in return for those fundamental rights meant for us. The Constitution does not need to celebrate any day for its shake. If necessary, all sections of the country, whether it is a political party, social organizations or the general public, all should have their respective faith in the Constitution from the heart and soul. The original Preamble, the content of the Constitution should be written in our hearts and minds by which love to Humankind will be spontaneous. The great constitution of our country teaches us to love all living beings by eliminating discrimination. Our constitution also does aware we love each other without any discrimination, eradicating the barrier of caste, creed, religion, and region which further denotes us the religious freedom, we need. There is no doubt that the Constitution of India surpasses all the constitutions of the world for which all the worldwide experts of the constitution term it as the biggest and greatest one across the globe. The framers of the constitution have taken special care for all classes of religion including all sections of people in Indian society without ant discrimination. Therefore, last but not least is that we the people of India should have our deep-rooted convictions in our constitution wiping out all the hurdles of caste, creed, religion, region, language including the zero discrimination in between poor and rich to follow the law of this land.
Unemployment is the weakest link in the country when there is a lack of work and there is an excess of workers."
Definition of Unemployment
Our India country, called the Golden Bird, is currently in a situation that is not less than a terrible crisis. Even after so many years of independence, our country keeps fighting every day with some or the other problems. One of the problems facing India today is unemployment. Yes, un-
employment. People have hands, but no work. It is training, but not a job. No plans and enthusiasm. Unemployment is becoming a curse for society. "Being unemployed means being unable to get employment even if you are full of ability and education. This problem arises
Unemployed is said to be a person who wants to work at the prevailing wage rate in the market but cannot find work. The definition of unemployment varies from country to country. There are many types of unemployment in which educated unemployment, uneducated unemployment etc. This problem does not occur in the face of illiterate unemployment. Because these people, by some means or other, do small business and use their bread for two days.
Due to Unemployment
● The biggest reason for unemployment is 'increasing population'. As the population explosion in India is tremendous, growth in work opportunities is not as rapid. The proportion of growth in population is due to lack of employ-
KARAMVIR KAMAL
ment and very little increase in opportunity.
● There has been no change in our education system for many years. Our education system is also flawed for unemployment. There is a lack of business oriented education here.
● The prevailing illiteracy in India is also the main reason for unemployment. Today's machine age requires educated and skilled and trained people. We give special importance to literacy in our education system. Business and technical education is disregarded.
● Another reason for unemployment is not to encourage domestic industry businesses on behalf of the government.
Solution to Unemployment
The solution to each problem lies in its causes. Therefore, if the
above-mentioned reasons are effectively banned, then the problem of unemployment can be resolved to a great extent. Vocational education, promotion of small scale industries, control over mechanization, search for new employment opportunities, curb population etc. should be implemented at the earliest. Till there is no proper solution to this problem, there will be neither peace nor happiness in the society nor a systematic and disciplined structure of the nation will be able to stand. A skill development scheme can further solve the problem of unemployment. We Indians will have to make ourselves so capable through knowledge and new inventions, so that big companies around the world can know our strength and invest in India and start their own companies. This will provide new career opportunities to the people of our country and will help our country to grow.

Total Real Estate Loan Equals $93 bn, over 62% Completely Stress-free – ANAROCK
business
Mumbai : Over 62% or approx. USD 58 bn of the total loan advances (USD 93 bn) to Indian real estate by banks and NBFCs/HFCs is currently completely stress-free, reveals a study by ANAROCK Capital. Another 22% (approx. USD 21) bn is under some pressure but can potentially be resolved. In fact, the stress on this segment is largely on recovery of interest and not on principal amount. USD 14 bn (or merely 16%) of overall lending to Indian real estate is under ‘severe’ stress, meaning that there has been high leveraging by the concerned developers who have either limited or extremely poor visibility of debt servicing due to a combination of factors. Shobhit Agarwal, MD & CEO – ANAROCK Capital says, “The ‘stress’ loan amount in real estate is not as bad as seen in other major sectors like telecom and steel. For instance, the entire ‘severe stressed’ loan value in real estate is spread across more than 50 developers. In the telecom or steel industries, default by a single company alone equals a sizable portion of the overall stress in the real estate sector. Also, every real estate loan is backed by hard security, which is anywhere between 1.5 times to 2 times. Even if the loan is NPA, there is enough security for the lenders to get a significant portion of their money back. Even if defaulting developers decide to sell their real estate at a discount, there is enough margin for them to pay back.” Meanwhile, HFCs accounted for the largest share of total realty loans equalling 38%, followed by banks which comprised nearly 34% share while NBFCs have 28% (including loans given under trusteeships). Of these, banks and HFCs are much better placed with 70% and 65% of their lending book in a comfortable position. However, it also comes as no surprise that nearly 58% of the total NBFC lending is on a watchlist. “In retrospect, there has been continuous shrinkage of lending to Indian real estate in recent years by both banks and NBFCs/HFCs amidst non-repayment of some loan dues and NBFC crisis post the IL&FS default,” says Agarwal. “One prime reason was that slug-

Moreover, some developers have even filed for bankruptcy in the backdrop of stricter regulatory norms under RERA.” However, with both banks and NBFCs/HFCs now doing their due diligence before giving loans to developers, the situation is gradually getting ironed out. Nearly 84% of the overall loan amount has little or no stress at all. Going forward, residential sales are likely to pick up due to multiple measures being taken up by the government to relieve the sector. This fact itself will help developers to repay their loan dues.
Realty loans breakdown: Builder-type wise
On further analysis of the overall realty loans with respect to builder-type, it emerges that out of the total USD 93 bn realty loans, Grade A builders received over $65 bn loan advances, followed by $27 bn to Grade B players – and a mere $1 bn to Grade C developers. This presents a relatively safe outlook be-
cause more than 72% of the loans given to Grade A builders is safe and under no stress. On the other hand, a high amount of realty loans to Grade B & C developers needs strict monitoring. Nearly 28% of the loans given to Grade B developers is under ‘severe’ stress while for Grade C developers it is over 19%. However, this collectively equals to less than mere USD 8 bn of overall stressed loan. m Grade A developers are players that are currently active, with excellent execution track record and having till date developed real estate in excess of 3 mn sq. ft.
m Grade B developers include those with an established execution track record having developable area between 1 mn sq. ft. and 3 mn sq. ft. and are currently active. This category also includes players with excellent past execution track record but are currently largely inactive m Grade C comprises of players with less than 1 mn sq. ft. developable area.

Bajrangbali to be the first member of the Ram Mandir Trust: Raja Ashok Thakur
Raja Dr. Ashok K thakur
TAC News || The King and Doctor Ashok K Thakur, a member of the Royal family of the ‘Siba Princely State’ of Himachal Pradesh, appealed through a letter to the Prime Minister and the President a few days ago about the construction of the Ram temple. The letter informed that any member of Lord Rama's inheritors must be included in the Shri Ram Mandir Trust under whose guidance this sacred temple shall be constructed and it’s up to the Union Government to decide whose inherited name should be included in this list. Now the family of Raja Sahab
Siba has requested the government again. This time the request is for Lord Hanuman, the supreme Sewak of Lord Ram. King Ashok Thakur has urged The Asian Chronicle that, "We want Lord Bajrangbali to have a place in the Ram Temple Trust. Because according to mythology, Hanuman jee is immortal and is still alive. The nation should have faith both in Lord Sri Ram as well as Bajrangbali Hanuman Ji. There is a belief that Hanuman Ji is still alive and he should find his suitable place in the trust along with Shri Ram temple. Dr. Ashok Thakur says that he has
written a letter of appeal to both the Prime Minister and the President about this. Because of the loyalty and feeling of royalty to the country, we want the government to consider this suggestion too. Hanuman Ji has been the true sewak of Lord Shri Ram Ji that each one of this country knows and believes. Alike our nation runs in the name of the President, similarly, we want that all the works of the temple should also be done in the name of Lord Hanuman, the supreme Sewak of Lord Shri Ram. And his name should be inscribed first as the Member of Sri Ram Mandir Trust. In the earlier letter, King Ashok Thakur demanded that the family which claims to be inheritors of Lord Shri Ram, the government, as per their choice and convenience, should include a member of any of those families in the trust. We spoke to the UP BJP spokesperson and Vishwa Hindu Parishad spokesperson Surinder Jain about these views of Raja Ashok Thakur. In this case, BJP UP spokesperson Harish Chandra has said that the
Honorable Supreme Court has given instructions to the Central Government to form a trust. Whatever suggestions will be received by the Central Government, it will be implemented after discussing it with those possible. According to Vishwa Hindu Parishad spokesperson Surendra Jain, "The Hon'ble Supreme Court has entrusted the task of building trust to the Central Government. Thus any suggestions received by the Central Government regarding the Ram temple will be considered. Concerning the matter of taking Hanuman Ji’s name as the very first member of the said trust, Mr. Jain urged that all of us will look into it and give appropriate suggestions wherever it will be necessary. " In this way, Surendra Jain does not deny the existence of Hanuman Ji, but due to some hurdles of the law, he doubts about its possibilities. According to him, Shri Ram Lalla was represented by some individuals. If anyone comes to represent Hanuman Ji, then everyone has to look into this subject. We also talked to a well-known
astrologer Chhaya Singh of Delhi.
Astrologer Chhaya Singh
Chhaya Singh informed that "There is no doubt that Hanuman Ji is absolutely an immortal power of Hinduism. He is everywhere in the form of a ‘Shakti’. My personal belief is that whether Hanuman Jee, Shiv Ji or any other God, all of them present everywhere in this eternal earth in the form of ‘Shakti’. And all of their existence was also here, there and everywhere. As far as Hanuman Ji is concerned, I believe that Hanuman Ji exists. So if people include Hanuman Ji’s name in the trust with their devotion, then there will be nothing wrong with this."
