2 KM long as people were crushing the truck, 84 killed
Scores of people were killed Thursday night when a large truck plowed through a Bastille Day crowd in Nice, France, in what President Francois Hollande called a terror attack. The death toll grew through the night, with Hollande saying 77 people died. Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said 80 people were killed. The driver first shot a gun into the crowd before driving two kilometers along the Promenade des Anglais, the main street in Nice, mowing down people who had gathered to watch fireworks, regional President Christian Estrosi told CNN affiliate BFM-TV. Police shot and killed the driver, said PierreHenry Brandet, a spokesman for the French Interior Ministry. Police found firearms, explosives and grenades in the truck, Estrosi said. "We cannot deny that it was a terror attack," Hollande said in a national television address. He added that the choice of the day -- Bastille Day, when France celebrates its post-French Revolution republic -- was particularly poignant. He said that the day is a "symbol of liberty," and that "human rights are denied by fanatics and France is quite clearly their target." Hollande recommended that an existing state of emergency, put in place in the wake of the Paris attacks in November 2015 and due to expire later this month, be extended for three further months. So far, no group has claimed responsibility. Anti-terror prosecutors have taken over the investigation, according to BFMTV, citing the prosecutor's office. Leaders around the world have denounced the

brutal incident. U.S. President Barack Obama issued a statement saying, "We stand in solidarity and partnership with France, our oldest ally, as they respond to and recover from this attack." Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau tweeted: "Canadians are shocked by tonight's attack in Nice. Our sympathy is with the victims, and our solidarity with the French people." Brazilian President Michel Temer tweeted: "It is regrettable that on the day [that] eternalized fraternity as the motto of the French people, an attack destroyed the lives of so many citizens." The United Nations condemned what it termed a "barbaric and cowardly" terror attack in Nice. As Asia woke up to the horrific news, India, China and South Korea's leaders added their voices to the chorus of condemnation. "India shares the pain (and) stands firmly with our French sisters (and) brothers in this hour of immense sadness," Indian Prime Minister Naren-

recruitment should be done at district level. But government has decided to complete conduct it at only one location. Candidates are running on road for 5 km race which is mandatory to qualify in 25 minutes. Actually
the main problem is that there is no facility to conduct dope test before running. Candidates are taking drugs which is prohibited. This is shameless for young candidates till Thursday 14 July 3 candidates have been dead and 450 have been wounded and have fallen ill. Ex. IPS officer Ranbir sharma and Ex. Haryana Police recruitment board chairman S.S Mann has raised objection about this recruitment but nothing has been changed. Government thinks that "All is well. Ex. IPS officer Ranbir sharma and Ex. Haryana Police recruitment board chairman S.S Mann says that "Recruitment is not going in proper way. Rules are not being followed. Actually recruiting agency has not sufficient experience." Haryana staff selection commission chairman Bharat Bhushan says that "Every thing is going on well. Neither candidates nor their parents have registered any complaint. We will select best candidates."
cHospitals in the city have launched an urgent appeal for blood donors. cThe presumptive nominees for the U.S. presidential election have reacted to the attack, again taking strikingly different tones with Trump saying he'd ask for a declaration of war against ISIS while Clinton called for greater intelligence gathering to fight terror groups. cAuthorities are attempting to determine whether the identity card of a 31-year-old FrenchTunisian found in the truck cab matches the body of the driver in the attack, according to a police source cited by AFP. The driver was a Nice resident, according to the Nice Matin newspaper. cHollande said security measures will be increased and an existing state of emergency, which was scheduled to end later this month, will be extended three months. "France is afflicted, but she is strong, and she will always be stronger than the fanatics who want to strike her today," he said. cThe streets were dense with people when the attack happened. About 100 people were injured, officials said. Witness Tony Molina said he saw bodies of the dead lying in the street, covered in blue tarps and marked so emergency vehicles didn't run over them. cPreliminary information from French officials was that there was one individual in the truck, according to a U.S. law enforcement official briefed on the attack.

On Monsoon session eve
ASSOCHAM appeals to Political Parties to come on board on GST Bill Amidst positive indications for a consensus building among the major political parties, including the Congress, the ASSOCHAM has made a strong plea both to the Government as also the principal Opposition party to get the long pending Constitutional Amendment Bill on GST passed in the Rajya Sabha within the first few days of the Monsoon session of Parliament, beginning July 18. “At this point of time when the macroeconomic risks like rebound in inflation both at the CPI and WPI barometers and continuing slowdown in the industrial growth along with global geo-political headwinds are rising, the passage of the GST Bill can be a strong anti-dote for any such negative new flow”, ASSOCHAM said. The chamber said while the implementation of the law would still be far away since ratification of at least half of the State Assemblies would be required, the main hurdle remains in the Rajya Sabha where the com-
position of the House strength is fractured , making it imperative for a wider political consensus on the issue. “The good part is that the Congress Party has been showing inclination to come on board. We appeal to the principal Opposition to leave aside its wider political difference with the government and support the most important tax reform for the country. The GST alone can add to the Gross Domestic Product by at least 1.5 percentage points. Moreover, the
kind of sentiment lift it would create would be phenomenal for the global investors both in the financial markets as also the inflows through the foreign direct investment with the positive consequences on a whole lot of parameters like current account stability also reflected in the currency movement,” the ASSOCHAM said. It said while it is true that the Khariff harvest would be higher, along with better prospects for the Rabi crops because of abundant Monsoon

this year, the inflation risks at present are evident in terms of a range of primary articles and manufactured food products. Besides, the capacity under utilization across different industry segments remains high with a negative impact on job creation. Besides, hit by terror attacks and the economic uncertainties out of Brexit, the European economies including the UK do not present an encouraging picture. The European markets and investment exchange is key for the Indian economy both for direct engagement and the overall sentimental impact on the global markets. Further, in the run-up to the elections, the rhetoric for protectionism is expected to increase in the US, leaving a negative trend for the Indian IT companies, in particular. Risks from China and Japan remain high. “Under these circumstances, India has to look inward for demand generation and the GST and other economic reforms are essential for the morale boost,” Mr Rawat said.
CM blames previous governments for neglecting the formation of Gurgaon Development Authority (GDA)
TAC Chandigarh: The Haryana Chief Minister, Manohar Lal, has strongly supported the demand for formation of Gurgaon Development Authority (GDA) and said that it is very old but the previous governments kept it wrapped in files. Manohar Lal was speaking to the media in Gurgaon where he had gone to unveil the free Wi-Fi Zones and launch the Green Gurgaon campaign. On the issue of forming GDA, he said that the negative attitude of previous governments made the issue complex but the BJP Government in the state was working on it. Discussions have been started and the complexities are being removed. When the Chief Minister was asked about the suspension of six executive engineers of Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon, he said that from day one the stance of his government had been zero tolerance to corruption. When a reporter said the Wi-Fi facility had been started in Gurgaon city though no assurance had been made, the Chief Minister said, "Haryana is far ahead of many states in many respects and in some respects, it is right on the top. So it is wrong to compare Haryana with other states".

Diabetes
Sheela Seharawat
Sheela Seharawat is an imminent dietitian & practitioner and at a present having 22 Diet Clinic Centers in India. She is a specialist in Weight loss & wellness, Anti-ageing and founder of Diet clinic.
is a silent killer
“Diabetes is a silent killer.” Says Dietitian Sheela Shewarat. This disease is growing and affecting a large number of populations. Nearly 422 million people around the world are suffering from this disease. Research says that it is growing in middle and low income countries. It is actually a condition where your body fails to use the energy found in our food. Our body has a system to absorb food and supply en-
ergy to different body parts. When we eat our body breaks down our food into carbohydrate and a special sugar known as glucose but our body needs Insulin, a hormone, to transform glucose into energy. When body fails to make proper use of this hormone, DIABETES affect our body, worst thing is that it then becomes a lifelong condition.” Says Dietitian Sheela Shewarat. As a dietician my challenge is to know which kind of diabetes condition is prevailing in the body and then I have to plan a diet for him or her. Mostly people are not health conscious. They live a carefree life and that allows the bad condition to set the body clock and soon body suffers from numerous diseases. Diabetes is hard to predict as its symptoms are not visible at early stage. It remains in your body and we continue to live and it affects our heart, kidneys, nerves, skin, eyes etc. and it also complicates the pregnancy cases. We know our pancreas produces insulin and if it is either not producing enough or cells are not able to respond properly to the produced insulin then diabetes occurs. There are three different types of diabetes. Study says: 90% of diabetic people are suffering from type 2 diabetes. It means 8.3 % of adult population. It is very important to keep in mind that food is your best friend but a worst enemy so choose your food very carefully, particularly when your body is suffering from sugar problems. The food that you can eat and lifestyle you need to maintain must be very carefully planned. As dieticians, our job is to plan a diet – individually monitor your age, gender, activity level and your present weight and help you to reach
weight which you ought to maintain. Make your dietician your best friend who will help you to look smart, eat smart and live smart. I agree there is nothing to be panicking about; one can still get a plate full of colorful foods. Your plate can have a plenty of fruits, veggies, whole grains, beans, nuts, and lean protein. Studies suggest that high - fiber diet improves blood sugar and cholesterol levels in type 2 diabetes. It is also very important to hydrate your body and drink a lot of liquid. Eating timing and food quantity is the major factor of your diet plan. Never allow extra calories and extra fats to get in your body. But it doesn’t mean that you can skip any of your meals. You ought to eat on time and the right quantity. Skipping your food in fact affects you adversely. It is very important to keep your body slim. It is also important to lose weight at the right places. Belly fats are the most dangerous sign and deposition of fats for diabetes. Your belly has to be slim. Belly fat closely surrounds our abdominal organs and liver and is closely linked to insulin resistance and diabetes. There is a measurement which you can check yourself.
c A woman with a waist circumference of 35 inches or more c A man with a waist circumference of 40 inches or more
It is very important to keep your waist within these measures. It is not difficult to maintain. You need to check your sugar beverages like soda, energy and sports drinks, coffee and processed foods like doughnuts, muffins, cereal, candy and granola bars, etc. Actually calories gained from fructose add weight around your abdomen. Better check these foods and help yourself from the risk of getting diabetes. Honestly speaking, losing around 5% to 10% of your total weight can help you lower your blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels. It is very important to be in touch with your doctor and dietitian as you get this disease. It is always advis-
able to talk about which type of diet suits you the best. Of course you can eat a lot of very similar type of food as the person without diabetes but the quantity will vary. Best thing is that you can have your desert without sugar or use a sugar free one. Once you know what and how much you need to eat then you don’t need to think at all. Live your life as normally as you live as you know that the principle of healthy eating is the same. Your dietitian will help you to understand what you ought to have. Instead of white rice you can have brown or wild rice. Instead of white bread take whole grained bread. Instead of regular pasta you can take whole - wheat pasta. Such small shuffling can keep you healthier, smarter and happier. I always suggest drinking milk. Milk is a good source of vitamins and some researchers have found that women who takes 1200 mg of calcium and more than 800 IU of vitamin D a day have 33% less chance of getting diabetes. It is good to have oats in your meal as it lowers bad LDL cholesterol and improves insulin resistance. Walnut is one of the best things for diabetic persons. You can chop it and can use it as a great topping for salad. Eat healthy and live healthy and help your dietitian to help you whenever it is required.
WHO
c In 2012, an estimated 1.5 million deaths were directly caused by diabetes and another 2.2 million deaths were attributable to high blood glucose. c Almost half of all deaths attributable to high blood glucose occur before the age of 70 years. WHO projects that diabetes will be the 7th leading cause of death in 2030.

Dietitian Sheela Seharawat
“Diet is the key to diabetes management” Says dietitian Sheela Seharwat. Actually it is not a disease but it is a package of diseases. It is the root of several diseases. It is a state of body where body is not in position to utilize the sugar which it obtains from food and gradually it weakens other body organs. Dietitian Sheela says: “There are several things regarding diabetes which are yet to be discovered. What we have learnt by now is that our genetics is one of the factors that affects the probability of our body getting this disease. But another big factor - our lifestyle, which is one of the biggest reasons - is definitely in our hands to change; so we should check and keep ourselves safe for long.” Our food bazaar is full of those foods and drinks that can add to or speed up the process of getting this disease. We have soda drinks, fruit punch, fruit drinks, energy drinks, sweet tea and many other things that are not good for body. We have to learn that excess of sugar is dangerous. Our body is meant to use a small amount of sugar. But taste of sugary food makes us glutton and we eat more and more and that creates a problem. Give food to your body as much as it can enjoy and maintain its proper functioning. Imbalance in food or unhealthy food and its quantity can make you sick. And worst thing with diabetes is that once it happens then you have to live with it for the life time. Diabetes is a disorder of metabolism that starts with your unhealthy lifestyle. Once you have this disease, remember your body’s requirement and demand of nutrition doesn’t change or decrease but you have to be careful while filling your belly with food. Your food must contain low level of carbohydrates in order to maintain your sugar level. It is not difficult once you know the exact substitute for a food and its carbohydrate percentage. Your body needs carbohydrates too but now you have to be tricky and here comes the need of a dietitian. 50 years old Seema Chandok, a school teacher and school owner says: “Life of a school teacher is always good as it is not a sitting job. You are interactive, busy and active. You have routine in life and after school you are a free bird. But with age I too put on weight. Having weight is not a problem but gradually health front gets threatened. I tried many things to be back at my original weight but now I am with Sheela and her diet plan is helping me in reducing weight, balancing my hormone level, blood pressure and blood
Diabetes is a metabolism disorder
sugar level. I have been taking her advice for last 3 months and I can tell I am feeling better. Her diet plan has everything including fruits, buttermilk, milk, soup, green tea and most importantly she tells you to eat something every few hours. So you are always following your diet plan and never feeling hungry and the good thing is that you are not starving to lose weight.” Generally, people think that diabetic patients should not eat fruits. It is not correct. They can in fact eat everything but in a moderate quantity. Fruits are the most important thing. It is a part of your healthy diet. They contain fibers, vitamins and minerals. Fruits contain carbohydrates which have to be in your diet but you have to learn which fruit is good and its quantity so it is better to be in touch with your dietitian. Diet plan is not only for patients; it is for everyone. Your healthy food plan helps you to remain healthy and boost your digestive system and immune system. 65 years old Amit Mathur, who has had diabetes for last 30 years says: “I am living with this disease and have tried several things to control my blood sugar level. My weight is one of the big challenges. My doctor suggested me to reduce my weight and recently I joined dietitian Sheela and in last 3 and half months I have lost nearly 6 kg of my weight. Now I am 102 Kg. I feel good as I am losing my weight. For me it is not very easy to eat with planning. I love food and good thing is she doesn’t stop me, yes she asks me to limit eating, which is not a big problem. After all I am a patient. Right now my main objective is to lose weight. Having weight is the main problem. It is good if I lose weight while eating.” Dietitian Sheela says: “The imbalance between the intake and physical inactivity leads to obesity which causes insulin resistance in the body. That is the most common cause of type 2 diabetes. Abdominal fat is the major risk factor not only for insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes but also for heart and blood vessel disease.”
Symptoms of Diabetics
cOften feel thirsty as the water passes with their
health
urine. cAlways feel hungry as they lose a lot of protein and because of higher levels of insulin in the blood. cSense of Fatigue as their cells are not getting sufficient amount of glucose.
New researches and studies say:
People can lower the risk of type 2 diabetes by reducing weight and by lifestyle changes. They ought to do regular physical activity and eat low fat food to stay healthy. Diabetes is the result of our sedentary lifestyle, insomniac night and unhealthy drinks and stressful life. It is growing like epidemics that is destroying our lives unlike anything and sufferers are suffering emotionally, physically and financially too. It is always better to be safe than sorry. Eat better and learn more about your healthy life style and normal health plan diet.

It will be a treat to watch as to notion of ‘Only Truth’ i.e Violence and how The United States will make sure that China isn’t able Terror, and this Truth is absurd in to proceed further in the disputed region and the International every possible sense because it is too community looks forward to the response of China which is rigid to give a chance to other Truths currently fixed in a Geopolitical Dilemma. to stand alongside.
I would talk about solutions by trying to remove delusions, for Instance, the recent killings of protesters in Kashmir explain that there is a clear political failure to stop the separatist discourse in the valley and bring its people back to the political mainstream and the Governments; both at Centre and in the State are to be blamed equally. The mourning over the death of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen Militant leader Burhan Wani, exposed the lack of trust that the people of Kashmir have in BJP-PDP Coalition Government and in Police too. To substantiate it further, we have the example that even if Wani was a threat to the people of J & K, the fact that people chose to blame police for its alleged arbitrarily killing of the Wani clarifies that Governments are still not being trusted by the people and that who is the enemy of the people is better understood by the People but not by the Government. One thing must be clarified at this juncture that it is not the case that the Government has emerged out to be the opponent of the people but the thing is that the people are not in the mood to let the State machinery define who their enemy is. They simply do not trust their Government which they have elected off lately, and this continuous mistrust happens to one of the hurdles that the Government has to clear if the Governance gap in the state is to be bridged. The subjective truth is that Government lacks in its ability to rule the people of the valley and the subsequent killing of protesters adds up to the gap
that Government and the Governed have in between them. The trouble is not only with the Government but it exists with the people too as there seems to be disagreement among people about the meaning of word Azaadi, for some it may be Azaadi from Army Forces & their act of violence, from Underdevelopment and from Separatist politics in the valley but for some Azaadi means Creation of an autonomous Country, or Engagement with Pakistan. The three concluding Truths that emerge out from the case of Kashmir are ‘Separation’ (believer of one sect of people), ‘Development’ (believer of another sect of people) and ‘Continuance of the poor strategy of Ignorance’ (by the Governments). And there is clear tussle between the three as to which phenomenon must dominate the situation in J&K. It appears that only ‘Development’ remains the Truth with diverse meaning, rest two options are bound to end up in spreading Fundamentalism. And sadly, neither the Governments nor the extremists are talking about Development. It seems, the police, and the army, have ended up into becoming a legitimized source of violence in the state and who are no better than the extremists groups in terms of spreading terror. The Government machinery is propagating its own style of Fundamentalism, where Democracy is drawing its last breath and where Violence seem to be the ruling law and the Government looks like a king who is keen on destroying the pillars on which it stands.

ndian Fine cuisines culture is changing. Now people are getting more open and accepting wine. Indian urban cities have several bars and restaurants where wine culture is getting its roots. There are several types of wine so people have several options to choose from. Broadly one can select from its alcohol percentage, country, fruit, and color. In Europe, wines are traditionally named after the place from which they originate. India imports a good number of wine from different countries and they too export some of their wines to other countries. Indeed, government policy is somewhere slowing the pace but wine is getting its root in Indian culture and market. Moreover, India is a whiskey drinking country. We drink nearly all what Scotland produces in a year. Few years back India consumed nearly 0.012 liters of wine per person that
feature time into your pre-production work. A pre-production of film is soul of the film. The much you’re serious about pre-production, the more good output you can except to get. Always remember, film starts with preproductions and are made on edit table. Before thinking about how successful it would be, think about how good you can make it.? Work on your concept, research about it as much as you can. Think about treatment. Always remember, it’s not just about story; it’s about treatment. How well you treat your content shows your skills and understanding of craft. Audience get connected by treatment, not just with the story. No doubt, storyline too plays a greater part but treatment as well. Once you’re finished with treatment and other supporting content; look for cast. Actors are the working mechanism to convey your story. The well they understand acting and your script with your vision; the better output they can give. Growing demand of Wine In India
roughly counts as 6 table spoons per annum. China who is considered as a newcomer and traditionally comes at a low level in wine drinking took nearly 1 liter per person and Australia who has a proud wine drinking habit consumed around 30 liters per person, according to ABS. In India situation is not so simple. We have around 150% on import duty, plus additional taxes of around 12% then 5% of unloading, storage cost, transferring cost from one state to another, State duties and on top of it wine importers trade margins which is around 40%. It is all at the expense of consumers. However, situation is changing. The wine market is consistently growing by 15- 18%. At present we are consuming around 1400 crores of wine each year which is approximately US $ 280 million. Retail segment is growing very rapidly and wine now accounts for 30% of all sales which was earlier 22- 25% and it is considered that wine is going to be the single largest segment in liquor retailing.
This retailing has made new trend in India. Now in our urban society it is very easily accepted that women are consuming alcoholic beverages. New generation is having better awareness about benefits of wine and wine is seen to be the least harmful and the least potent. Some steps are taken by the state government too such as states like Karnataka delinked wine from hard liquor and beer and introduced the concept of “wine tavern” licenses. That really makes it easy to open bars and serve wine at less expensive price. India has nearly 123,000 acres of vineyards across India but only 1% of it is used for wine. Indeed, India will take a long time to reach the level of wine producing countries like France, Italy, Australia, Spain, America, etc. but a few big names in India have started to gain grounds. Indian Wine market has started seeing good days after 2012 and things are improving. As per forecast by 2017 wine market will get 73.5% assumed growth. That means India will be consuming 2.4
million cases of wine that year. However, china will be consuming 178 million cases of wine. We can only hope that government tax policy will get liberal and better days will come to this sector soon.
