7 Tips t o r epair your diges tive tr act One of the primary health-related issues people complain about after Pesach is trouble with the digestive system. Here are some tips to help you get your digestive tract back on track.

1. Carbohydrates: Pesach is a time when we over-indulge in carbohydrates. Eating too much carbs like matzoh, can interfere with digestion and cause heartburn and constipation. Restricting your carbohydrate intake will help you improve your digestion and bowel movement.

In addition, some people may be sensitive to gluten which is found in many grains. A better, more sensible way to increase fiber intake would be through consuming more vegetables.

Marble Bundt Cake 1 ½ cups sugar 1 cup oil 6 eggs 2 tsp. baking powder 2 cups flour Pinch of salt 1 vanilla sugar chocolate syrup Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix sugar and oil on high speed for 2 minutes.

Add in eggs- one at a time while beating on low speed.

Add in rest of ingredients.

Pour into a well-greased bundt pan.

Squeeze chocolate syrup in a circle on surface of cake and marbleize with fork.

Bake for one hour.
