The Pleasure of Torah There was a particular boy who did not comply with his Yeshivah’s standards. His Mashgiach approached the Chazon Ish and they decided to send the boy to a Yeshivah in Tel Aviv.

The boy however continued to decline in his new Yeshivah too and he slowly drifted to a secular way of life.

His Mashgiach still kept up with him and he came to the Chazon Ish once again and updated him on the situation.

The Chazon Ish requested that the boy be brought before him and the Chaozon Ish told the boy that he should learn a little Gemarah each week and at the end of every week he should come back to the Chazon Ish to discuss what he learned.

Cheesy Crust-Less Quiche Enjoy this cheese and vegetables combined Quiche – a guaranteed delight for cheese lovers!

Ingredients: • 8 oz fresh mushrooms • ½ tsp minced garlic • Non-stick spray as needed • 10 oz frozen spinach • 4 large eggs • 1 cup milk • 2 oz feta cheese • ¼ cup grated parmesan • ½ cup shredded mozzarella • Salt and pepper to taste Directions: 1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

If your frozen spinach is not already thawed, thaw it in microwave. Empty the box into a colander and let it drain.

Rinse the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Place the sliced mushrooms in a skillet coated with nonstick spray, add the minced garlic and sprinkle a little salt and pepper.

Turn the heat to medium-high and sauté the mushrooms until all moisture is released and no more water remains on the bottom of the skillet (approximately 5-7 minutes).

Spray a pie dish with nonstick spray. Squeeze the rest of

the water out of the spinach and spread it out on the bottom of the pie dish. Next add the cooked mushrooms and crumbled feta.

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs until fairly smooth. Add the milk, parmesan, and another small sprinkle of pepper. Whisk to combine. Pour this mixture into the pie dish over the spinach, mushrooms, and feta.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over top. Place the pie dish on a baking sheet for easy transfer into the oven. Place the quiche into the preheated oven and bake until it is golden brown on top and the centre is solid. Bake between 45 minutes – 1 hour. Slice and serve!
