Fight Nasal Congestion with Bromelain, Saline Nasal Rinses, and NAC Perhaps one of the most annoying symptoms of the cold is nasal congestion. It makes breathing and even sleeping difficult.

Garlic and Soy Baked Flounder For the fish-connoisseurs……. Ingredients • 4 skinned flounder filets of 6 oz. each • ¼ cup lemon juice • 2 minced garlic cloves • ¼ cup olive oil • ½ tsp salt • 1 tsp sugar • 4 tsp soy sauce • 4 lemon wedges or slices - for garnish • 4 portions salad (of any kind) - to serve Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and place rack in center of oven. 2. Grease a large baking dish able to hold the filets in a single layer 3. Place the flounder in the dish. 4. Meanwhile, combine and stir the lemon juice, garlic, salt, sugar and soy sauce 5. Whisk in the oil until the mixture is well blended 6. Pour it over the flounder and bake for 6 minutes or until well baked. 7. Garnish with lemon wedges or slices and serve with your favorite salad. Yields: 4 servings
