Pan-Seared Chicken Breasts with Shallots Chicken again?! This recipe provides a real difference…enjoy the succulent taste of the chicken sauce mixed with minced garlic and shallots–a meal to remember!

Ingredients: • 3 Tbsp unsalted margarine, divided • 1 Tbsp olive oil • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded thin • Salt and pepper to taste • 2 shallots, chopped • 1 clove garlic, minced • 1/3 cup dry white wine • 1/2 cup chicken broth Directions: 1. Heat olive oil and melt 1 tablespoon of margarine in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Season chicken with salt and pepper and brown on both sides in the skillet.

3. Cover and continue cooking 10 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear. Set aside, and keep warm.

4. Mix shallots and garlic into skillet over medium heat, and cook until tender. Stir in wine and cook until well heated. Stir in broth and continue cooking another 5 minutes or until sauce is reduced and slightly thickened. Mix in the remaining margarine until melted.

5. Serve the sauce over the chicken.

Wireless highway charges electric cars as they go Researchers are close to developing a system that allows electric cars to recharge while they are moving… via a recharging road.
