PNU CELEBRATES UNIVERSITYHOOD

“Ang PNU ay isang premier teaching institution at National Center for Teacher Education ng Pilipinas. Sabi nga nila, ang edukasyon ang nagbibigay katatagan sa buhay. Isang mahalagang bagay na hindi maaalis o mananakaw kahit ninuman.

Isang bagay na maipapamana natin sa ating mga anak. Ang kahusayan at karunungan ng isang tao ay bunga ng masikap na pagtuturo at pagsasanay ng mga guro,” Mayor Lacuna said. She also acknowledged the presence of the PNU President, Dr. Bert Tuga, deans, and other working staff members of PNU.

Hon. John Martin C. Nieto, the Vice Mayor of Manila City, also delivered his welcome remarks and congratulated the PNU on its 31st anniversary of universityhood.

“Mga gurong nagtatanglaw sa ating mga kabataang nangangarap ding maging isang magaling na guro sa susunod pang henerasyon,” he said.

PNU opened the morning program with a dance performance by PNU Manila staff, faculties, and students from its branches, as well as an introduction to the search for G. at Bb. Pamantasan.
