Which do you like rice or bread? In my opinion, I choose rice, especially, Sushi and Onigiri. In my family, we mostly eat rice in all dishes: bread appears about 10 times per year. So, I love rice. I often eat Onigiri in lunch because it’s I’m too lazy to make lunch. My favorite taste of Onigiri is Karashi Mentaiko. Karashi Mentaiko is the kimchi of eggs of Alaska pollock. If these eggs aren’t used, it’s not Mentaiko.
The best Onigiri I had is the one in Karashi Mentaiko in Hakata. We have been to Kyusyu in school trip. The Onigiri was sold in Mentaiko shop (sorry, I forgot the name of this shop). It’s not big but, the taste is everything. I ate the Onigiri once, however, it’s the best one in my life.

Last, I recommend in Onigiri what is sold in LAWSON. It’s called salmon roe pickled in soy sauce. Maybe you’re thinking, “Salmon roe? Why not Mentaiko?”. That is because ordinary; Mentaiko is not very delicious. Therefore, I recommend the salmon roe Onigiri. By the way, salmon roe is my favorite too. If you don’t mind, check it , please.
