Japan has a lot of delicious side dishes, so all onigiri is delicious, but my favorite onigiri is salmon with crispy seasoned seaweed. I like it sold at convenience stores. Shops does not matter. I eat one almost every day when I go to school. In the case of onigiri made by myself, I like salmon and mayonnaise. If this is the case, I don’t need seaweed because I can’t make my own onigiri with crispy seaweed. I like crispy seasoned seaweed that much.
The best onigiri I ever had is okaka onigiri. Okaka means dried bonito. I ate it when I was a junior high school student. I was hospitalized and fasted for 1 week at that time. The taste of the food I ate for the first time in a week was very delicious and I was so impressed. I will never forget that taste.

The onigiri I would like to recommend to you is Japanese style tuna onigiri. Because I also like tuna and grilled onigiri.
