Heron Valley has been making award-winning juices, bubbly drinks and cider on our family farm for over 40 years. We make the best possible drinks, by hand, using honest ingredients sourced from our own orchards. Our philosophy is always ‘if in doubt, leave it out!’ so you won’t find nasty preservatives, flavour enhancers or any other weird stuff in our drinks, just whole natural ingredients made into delicious drinks with love and care. We grow our fruit with nature in mind, working with the Wildlife Trust to establish a wildlife-friendly orchard, encouraging bumblebees in addition to other pollinator species. We never use sulphites in any of our award-winning products and aim to use reduced sugar in all our finished bubbly drinks. Our juices contain no added sugar at all. Our lemon juice is pressed from whole lemons, with nothing else added, and makes a great addition to any cocktail, giving natural acidity and tang!

Built in 2002, as the world’s first permanent ice bar, Icebar Stockholm is open all year round and has a constant temperature of -5 degrees. The interior and design is renewed every April with masses of ice from the Torne river and is carved into art by skilled ice sculptors. The bar has a capacity for up to 60 people with the entry fee including a cocktail served in a glass made of ice.

The only permanent bar made of ice in the UK, the Icebar in Mayfair offers a true sensory experience in the centre of London. With the walls, bar and even the glasses made from pure river ice harvested from the pristine winter landscape of Northern Sweden, Icebar London use 40 tonnes of ice to create art installations and sculptures that change on a yearly basis, creating a unique experience every time you visit. Sessions inside Icebar London are in 40-minute time slots and you will be given a designer thermal cape with a cosy hood and gloves.

You can relive the expedition of the famous Dutch explorer Willem Barentsz in Amsterdam’s Xtra Cold ice bar. See how long you will be able to last as you can experience the freezing conditions Barentsz and his crew endured when their ship became stranded on Nova Zembia in 1596, with the constant temperature of -10°C. Made from 60 tonnes of natural ice transformed into the coastline of the island, furniture and bar, you’ll receive three drink tokens to warm up your tastebuds in either of the two bars.

Scotland is known for its chilly weather, but The Snow Factor brings a true baltic experience to Glasgow, a place where the drinks are always on ice so you can chill and be chilled. Serving themed cocktails in glasses made entirely from ice, will you be sipping on a Baltic Bramble, an Anti Freeze or a Yellow Snow? Get ready to experience the coolest bar in Glasgow and wrap up in one of Baltic’s cosy capes to ensure you have a N’ice time!
