As a condition of employment with TMS, employees must adhere to this Code of Conduct. It is the responsibility and duty of all employees to ensure they understand and follow this policy.
Compliance and Interpretation of the Code of Conduct As a condition of employment with TMS, employees are expected to comply with TMS’ Code of Conduct and all related policies and procedures. When in doubt, employees have the responsibility to seek clarification from their Supervisor. Violations of TMS’ Code of Conduct will be grounds for disciplinary action up to, and including termination and further legal proceedings. Employees are encouraged to discuss any situations of existing or potential non-compliance, involving themselves or others, with the appropriate Department Head, Human Resources, CAO or the Head of School. Compliance with TMS’ Code of Conduct is the continuing responsibility and duty of all employees.
