Somehow when the other person just says, “I am sorry.”, they do not feel better. They want more than a simple statement and here is why: Re – member….. Love is letting go of fear.......... A truly effective apology includes the following components:

b. It gives reassurances as to future actions with regard to the issues which led to the hurt. A statement like, “I can see that that hurt you. I promise to curtail that sort of activity in your presence in the future.”

a. It directly addresses the hurt and pain of the hurt one. It doesn’t require excuses or reasons at first. When children scrape their knee we do not ask them how it happened right while they are in extreme pain. We offer them solace first.

One of the major reasons why people avoid apologizing is because they feel that they have to “put themselves down” in order to make an apology. Not true. “I can see that you have been hurt in this situation.”, is much more effective than,” What a jerk I was to do that to you.” Usually the hurt is unintentional and so the hurt one will feel that the apology is phony if the apologizer is blaming himself or herself. d. Awareness that the architecture of the apology is very important. The timing, the place, the presence or absence of others, the mood of the hurt one and also the mood of the apologizer, etc. are just as important as the words that are used. e. Re – membering that for – giveness is always about oneself and not about another. Literally, to be FOR (the act of) GIVING OF SELF!! f. Being aware of “pre-mature for – giveness”. There is a time when for – giveness is ready to happen. Reaching out to another can re – energize old wounds if the out – reach is pre-mature.

ABUNDANCE: THE ART OF SEEING An article by Lynne Cardinal

relationship. So that we can rejoin with self-respect. As it is good for us, yet also good for everyone. We also can learn to express the love in our heart by releasing inner walls of resentments, judgements, and perhaps on the hurt or pain we carry with us. It is possible to release them if we wish to. Then we truly access abundance. We can cultivate a perspective of abundance, allowing ourselves to love, to be grateful for life, for the lessons we are learning, and on the possibilities ahead. My clients often say that they feel that they do not allow themselves to connect with the beauty of life, the magic of it, connecting with life itself as a mystery, so deep that we see no end to the magnificent depth of its existence. We can learn to do so. So I ask, can you allow yourself to do so? For it is the very foundation of a satisfying life. We may need a hand to move in that direction, but it all starts with the desire to move forward, into a new vista created by a more open-minded perspective, filled with gratitude and love. Love is essential. Dropping the tendency to judge and hold grudges feels immensely freeing. Often, we do so at the expense of an essential need: our own. Canada is currently the number one best country in the world, an overall ranking which considers quality of life, environment, health care, etc. Yet we may not always take the time to appreciate it. To develop the art of seeing. Of slowing down enough to look around. The art of truly seeing. My invitation to you today is to learn how to shift your perspective. We always have the power to focus on various aspects of our life. What if we learned how to focus on abundance? Abundance takes many forms and can also manifest as the potential for gratitude in our heart and on the possibility of having an open mind. We can learn how to have more fulfilling relationships based on mutual respect. Learning to respect ourselves, and others. And if need be, on moving away from an unhealthy

guy from Florida back there because I could hear him yelling something about a “sunny beach”, and I saw him waving in a funny way with his middle finger stuck up in the air. I asked my two kids on the back seat what that meant, they giggled and said it was the Hawaiian good luck sign, so I leaned out the window and gave him the good luck sign back. Several cars behind, a very nice large man stepped out of his car and yelled something I could not hear. It sounded something like “mother trucker.” Maybe he was from Florida too. He must really love the Lord. A couple of people were so caught up in the joy that they got out of their cars and were walking towards me. I bet they wanted us all to meditate together, but then the light changed to yellow and I stepped on the gas. I was the only one to get across the

Good intentions meet wrong perceptions creating disaster! This teaching by the wise one was passed on by a lady in a bookstore. This is what she said: “The other day I went into the local religious bookstore, where I saw a “Honk If You Love Jesus” bumper sticker. Although not a Christian I thought this was a great sentiment with respect to Global Religious Harmony. So I bought it and put it on the back bumper of my car, and I’m really glad I did that, as it brought forward a wonderful response from all kinds of people of many faiths and cultures. What an uplifting experience it was for all of us. I was stopped at a light at a busy intersection, just lost in thought of the Divine and I did not notice that the light had changed. But that bumper sticker really worked as I found lots of people who loved Jesus. Why, the guy behind me started to honk like crazy. He must have really loved his Lord because pretty soon he leaned out his window and yelled “Jesus Christ” as loud as he could. It was like a football game with his shouting “Go Jesus Go.” Everyone else started honking too, so I leaned out of my window and waved and smiled to all those loving people. There must have been a

intersection as everyone was meditating and waving their middle fingers. I leaned out of the window and gave them a big happy smile and held up the Hawaiian good luck sign and drove away. Praise the heavens for all those wonderful meditators.” The followers of the wise one immediately put the Middle Finger Sutra into practice at every intersection in the city.

Feeling Unsafe and Powerless to Move Forward? – a case study by Amâeil, Energy Psychotherapist & Ascension Healing Facilitator Awakening the Truth Within for Sacred, Inner Balance

We are evolving beings: By all accounts, Wanda's life flowed and she had been of service as a healing facilitator for a number of years. However, at the time she contacted me, she intuitively knew that she had reached a plateau and she was "missing a piece". She was beginning to lack self-confidence and her sensory perception was becoming inconsistent. My higher guidance revealed that she was undergoing monadic embodiment: the higher frequencies of her monadic body (chakras/dimensions 7-9) were starting to anchor into her lightbody more permanently. As is often the case, this was stirring multi-dimensional memories, requiring her to clear out unhealed ego structures, and shifting her higher sensory perception into a deeper cellular knowing. The way she operated in the past was now under renovation and it was unsettling though necessary. This is precisely why, when some people contact me, they say, "I was never like this before", "I thought I had already healed this issue" or "things just aren't working the way they used to." Embodiment is an organic process requiring movement through layers. Firstly, working with the Hieros Gamos multi-dimensional living technology, I was guided upgrade her monadic body and clear distortions in her higher heart. The body reveals the pain: Following the session, Wanda began to feel pain and weakness in her arms, and some pain and numbness in her middle and ring fingers. Further, she was having difficulty concentrating and facilitating healing. Keep in mind that our arms represent how we reach out and relate to others, and our hands and fingers are the “tools of our trade” in our profession. Her arms and fingers were having a sympathetic response to changes required of her. The fingers also correspond to axiatonal lines in our light-sound-body and the ones of note were related to the 6th and 7th dimensions of her 12-dimensional blueprint, connected to her higher heart at the 8th dimension.

An unsafe Earth: My higher guidance indicated that the primary issue was her subconscious resistance from influences in other timelines and multi-dimensional experiences. Many times, she was persecuted for her authentic power and died, so she had a long-standing history of feeling unsafe here on Earth. Her heart felt more resonant elsewhere. So while she had agreed to come to Earth to be of service and wanted to fulfill her mission, she struggled and didn't want to move forward. A very similar inner conflict often surfaces for many awakening clients who are anchoring the next purposeful stage of their spiritual expansion. While Wanda knew that Earth could be kind, like most empaths and heart-centred journeyers, she felt great pain about the cruelty and hatred that also existed here. She was dis-heartened about humanity! To cope, she became more detached in relating to others to avoid her frustration and judgment that would sometimes surface. Core to that was her self-perception. Her emotional pain was that she had always been a loving being, but here on Earth it seemed her mission was pointless and she was powerless. She subconsciously believed that she didn't have enough love and failed. The healing: Just bringing this information to consciousness immediately began to alleviate the pain in her arms. Allowing emotional catharsis, intending the sound vibration of my voice to release the pressure in her higher heart, and also directly adjusting her light-sound-body configuration released almost all the pain while in the session. Wanda continued to integrate and support her own consciousness with specific affirmations and tools. The Government of Canada Pain Task Force reports 1 in 5 Canadians live with chronic pain, impacting quality of life, physical and mental wellbeing, family life, work life and the economics of the individual as well as the Canadian healthcare system. Typical medical treatment for chronic pain includes over the counter medication, prescribed painkillers and invasive medical interventions. Ever have those mornings where you crawl out of bed with panic in your chest. Struggle to breath, heart pounding and you start to cry the minute you hit the shower letting your tears blend in with the water pouring from the showerhead? You have too much to do, not enough time to do it in. You keep checking your bank to see that your balances are staying above the $0.00 and praying nothing is going to bounce. You know you have payments you can’t cancel because you need “that thing” so you can do your business. You know you are great at what you do! But the whole money thing continues to be a mystery and you're way too scared to tell anyone or ask for help. I’ve heard it is said that until we figure “it” out, “it” will continue to show up in our lives until we get the lesson..The thing is, I know this to be absolutely true! If your heart is pounding through your chest reading this right now, pause for a few minutes and take a few deep breaths. Big belly breaths, the ones that you can feel at the bottom of your gut. Now, put some trust in yourself. Grab some faith, and say out loud “I GOT THIS” Being ready to take the first step to change where you are at …. Right now…. That is what makes a difference in which direction you go from here.. Courage is the next “thing” you need to dig up. Courage is an action word, it’s in the doing that we make positive change, in our business and in our life.

It was 2010 when I found myself stuck in a J.O.B. (journey of the broke) that was not at all satisfying. I was simply working because I needed an income, however I was in a position that was not in line with my purpose. Everyday was a challenge to get motivated to go to work. Spending time talking with a friend about what I wanted my life to be like allowed me to see a different perspective, a different possibility for my life. I had been teaching Dreamboard workshops to others and realized that I needed to apply the lessons to my own life. I had to stop and think about what I really wanted my life to be like. That is the day I decided to write a new vision letter to myself that changed the direction of my life. Sometimes we do not recognize the power of our own thoughts and how the mind, body and spirit connection are so powerful. Activating the digits before writing or being creative allows the positive flow to begin. The body also offers warning signs such as pain and discomfort that when ignored sets into our body as emotions built up causing blockages of issues we have not dealt with. Often something big and heart wrenching happens for us to wake up and make a change or the change may be imposed upon us in a way we do not want. Like in my case, I rolled my car and was airlifted to the hospital during rush hour I believe because I really did not want to go to work. I WANTED SOMETHING DIFFERENT! The imposed time off gave me time to think about other possibilities. I was so grateful for this experience that allowed prioritized thinking time. I was grateful my injuries were limited to whiplash. And I was most grateful to realize that I obviously had a higher purpose to fulfill. I choose to dedicate a special day DECEMBER 13th to say THANK YOU to the service providers in my community. 12 days before Christmas it's my way of sharing my gratitude for all the people in my community, recognizing their value and their contribution to our society and particularly to my life in any small way. I have been honouring First Responders - OPPolice, firefighters and paramedics annually for 10 years now. My friends and their children often make pictures or ornaments for me to bring to seniors centres. In the last year it was DADS individually wrapped cookies I shared due to Covid 19. Now business owners call me the Cookie Lady and look forward to my surprise visit on DECEMBER 13TH. In return, I of course have incredible memories created by the random acts of kindness that floods our community by the people who pay it forward. Annually I hear how others paid it forward by helping a neighbour shovel their laneway, clean the snow from car
