Finding Balance in Life

o you feel a sense of balance in your life? Some say they do, while others say there is no such thing if you want to highly successful.

It is true that many of the high-profile successful people have anything but balanced lives. But, many of them are also feel unfulfilled and questioning the meaning of their life, too.

You can attain high levels of success and enjoy all the aspects of your life that mean the most to you.

Find balance with these strategies: 1. Cut back on the non-essentials. If you are struggling to find balance in your life, a lack of time is the most common issue. Take a look at how you spend your time each week.

What are the activities you can do without?

2. Avoid wasting time. Now, consider all the ways you genuinely waste time. This might include watching TV reruns, surfing the internet, or window shopping. The more time you can find in your life to apply to the things that matter, the more balanced you can make your life.

3. Set your priorities. Know what balance means to you. What are the most important things in your life? If you know your priorities, you can put your time to the best possible use.

4. Focus on your health. Giving your health a high level of priority can help to balance everything else. If your health is a priority, you will find the time and energy to eat properly and to exercise. You will get enough sleep. Placing importance on your health can help prevent the rest of your life from getting out of control.

Meditation for Children to Deal with Anger and Anxiety Ian Prattis

Place your two hands flat on your belly, below your navel. As you breathe in, say to yourself: “I am aware of breathing in deeply to my belly.”

As you breathe out, say to yourself: “I am aware of breathing out slowly from my belly.”

Do this for ten to twenty breaths and feel the calm settle in, and notice that the storm of strong emotion, anger or frustration is not so strong. You are now in a position NOT to act with violence and malice towards others or yourself. Do try this the next time you feel overwhelmed. Do NOT then take the step to bring harm to yourself or to others. Stop. Chill. Put your hands on your lower belly and breathe in and out with awareness that your hands are placed on the lower trunk of you, as a tree.

You will be amazed that this simple meditation works!

This meditation works just as well for adults!

Think of a tall tree being hit by a violent storm.

The winds make the tree top sway dangerously and branches may break off. Yet low down on the tree trunk there is very little movement. The lower trunk of the tree remains steady, in spite of the violent storm.

Dear young friend, now think of yourself as that tree and the violent storm as the anger, hatred and despair that overwhelms you at times. If you stay in the tree top with your mind and your reactions, then surely something will break. This is dangerous. You will lose it, say and do things that can harm others and yourself.

Back to School with Essential Oils

all. It’s a time of change. Back to routine. Starting new projects.

Seasonal allergies, stress.... What’s a body to do?

Essential oils to the rescue once again.

Back to routine: essential oils which help to focus the mind can help as one is dreaming of the last week of summer vaca while trying to do a projection report, as an example. Peppermint or spearmint are energizing, rosemary and basil for focus, lemon is uplifting.

Black pepper’s sharpness can help bring clarity to an overworked mind.

Burn scents like lavender (uplifting) or more citrus like grapefruit to help clear the brain fog.

Starting new projects: help yourself to go inside and realize what you want to start and how to go about it with meditation oils or incense in frankincense, sandalwood, patchouli, eucalyptus or elemi.

Seasonal allergies: oye! As if a change of seasons wasn’t enough. Immune boosters like echinacea, garlic or oregano are amazing. Eucalyptus is a great lung opener, as is cajeput or thyme. Have a foot soak to double the effect and relax at the same time. Blend the essential oils with a carrier oil (I like fractionated coconut because it is less oily) and epsom salts for a mini spa treatment in the blink of an eye.

Stress. Well, it’s a fact. You can manage your stress in many ways. Essential oils can help. They can help boost the immune system (stress can weaken it), they can help relax, calm, aid sleep….some to try?

Ylang ylang, vetiver, patchouli. How to use them? Blend into a massage oil, diffuse in your space for sleep or meditation, add to a relaxing bath in the evening. So many possibilities!

I

believe that we are all born with a unique will, with our own impulses. Each one of us has tendencies that come from deep within and that are unique to us. I can testify that being the youngest in a family of 10, I went in quite a different direction compared to most of my brothers and sisters. It came from within and wasn’t just the era or the company I kept. In my case, it was a curiosity about life, existential questions that captivated me and were a beacon of light. This desire for truth was behind all my decisions and relationships. It was the desire to be free, balanced, to be centered in my own potential, in my own power. I believed, and still do, that we all have that possibility.

We are all unique in our essence even though we also carry tendencies from our family line, from transgenerational influences. We are always, however, unique in our core. I believe that there’s goodness and love at the heart of everyone and that when we are in our own power, we are connected to it. However, life happens, and rarely will people say that they had an easy life path. This winding path shapes and influences us. Because of the experiences we have, we can lose our core self and are unable to stay centered, clear, connected to our truth and to be in our own power. We lose ourselves in a maze of events and get disconnected with our true power. Yet, to be in our center, in our inner power, enables us to approach life differently with perspective, empathy, clarity and equilibrium.

One may ask, how does one return to this clarity, this inner grounding? One of the modalities to release burdens holding us back is through hypnosis. By releasing blockages and burdens, hypnosis enables us

to move forward and recover our true self, our own power.

In addition, the daily practice of meditation enables us to strengthen our energy field and balances us both physically and emotionally.

I offer private meditation classes along with a monthly mini retreat on Saturdays, starting in September.

Tracking Emotions

Embarking on a Mindful Journey

L

ife is a unique blend of mixed emotions and feelings.

Understanding as well as leading our emotions and feelings is as vital as their expression; and this is where most of our struggle begins. Pause and ponder….. Are we leading our emotions or are they leading us?

Learning to lead our emotions increases overall well being, clarity, energy and strength while creating balance and enhancing creativity. The more we are aware of our emotions, the more we will be able to better understand ourselves and the people around us.

Mindfulness brings self-awareness and self-awareness brings acceptance which in turn leads to personal growth and transformation. Being aware of our thoughts, emotions and feelings in a non-judgemental way, tuning them into the present moment and being able to regulate them is mindfulness. It helps decrease stress, anxiety and depression.

Practicing mindfulness for quite some time now, I still find myself in situations which are overpowering but reminding myself that I am a peaceful soul, who is on this so-called journey of life for a higher purpose, helps me stay grounded by bringing the focus back to the present moment. We all go through turbulences in our day-to-day life which manifest in various forms and shapes. For some it could mean a mood swing, bad health, aching body, low spirit, a long to-do list, broken relationship, low paying job; the list goes on and on.

These turbulences wear us down leaving us feeling overwhelmed, anxious and most often mentally and physically exhausted. I’m sure we all can relate to this.

It is vital for us to not let these turbulences affect how we feel deep inside and stay grounded to our roots.

Life is a balance of holding on and letting go.

We hold onto innumerable emotions and memories along with the feelings we go through during our socalled journey of life which knowingly or unknowingly weigh us down. They deplete our soul power, affect our health and boggle our minds. Exhausted, we go through life each day not realizing that transformation awaits us if we just open our minds and get ready to

change our perspective. Retraining the mind to let go of the negative emotions is crucial to this transformative experience and it begins with the willingness to track, understand and express our emotions; however, expression of emotions being the key here as that is where the healing begins. We all need to find ways to express our emotions positively and channelize them in the right direction. My expression of emotions is quite creative indeed! Art gives wings to my emotions and creative writing lends a voice to the same.

Meditation and creation are the vehicles with which I align with my inner self and embark on a journey to explore the other side of the realms unknown to my soul. Creativity sets me free while meditation aligns me to the higher consciousness. Art is my gateway to break through the daily stresses of life. It allows me to forgive my imperfections, embracing life as it comes and living in the present moment.

Together, let’s embark on a journey to heal our mind, body and soul… Let’s follow our intuitions and paint the canvas of our lives with colours of positivity, daily affirmations, self-love and free flowing thoughts... Let’s focus inwards, observing the sensations, emotions, feelings and thoughts as they arise but not engaging in the same… Let’s see the beauty that lies beyond what our naked eye can see… Let’s be aware of the unawareness… Let’s align with the inner self… Let’s experience the transformation as we nourish our soul…

D

o you ever get the sense that you are living in an illusion? Some say that everything we see on the outside is a reflection of what’s going on inside.

Not just our personal inside, but within the collective minds of all peoples. I lean towards this belief as it gives me a certain amount of responsibility about what’s going on around me. Usually this concept isn’t too difficult for me to relate to. Although, I must admit that on occasion I do fall into the illusion’s trap.

When the darkness sneaks in, when the world around me is filled with feelings of anger, pain, sadness, guilt, hopelessness and despair, I feel miserable and blaming. No matter what the day brings, the world just won’t be a happy place - it could be the weather, an argument, disappointment in someone or something that hasn’t gone according to my ego’s lovely will. Sometimes it can be difficult to admit that I’m still holding onto past stories or succumbing to toxic news poisoning my mind.

Introduction to Unity

T

his is the first of five articles on the principles that shape our beliefs at Unity Spiritual Centre Ottawa. The principles were first written for the Unity movement, but they reflect the laws of the universe.

They apply to everyone, all the time. If you also share our beliefs in these universal principles, please come join us. All are welcome.

Principle 1 states that “God is Absolute Good, everywhere present.” If you are uncomfortable with the word “God,” substituting your words – All That Is, the Ultimate Reality, the Presence, Spirit, the Universe, etc. – may help this first principle make sense.

In The Five Principles, author Ellen Debenport tells us that this principle means that God is not an old man watching over the world. It means instead that we are one with God, not separate, not watched but immersed in the Divine. All that we are and all that we have is God and we can never be separate from that universal power. “We are,” she says, “like fish in water, largely unaware of the sustaining force in which we live.”

To feel God, that One Presence, we need only go inside, enter into the stillness, be with the All, and feel the divine love that moves within us.

Thankfully, I have discovered that I have a choice; I can let it consume me or invite it to guide me to the part of my being beseeching attention and healing.

It feels satisfying to acknowledge the life I have created and take responsibility for both, the good and troubling times. Happily, for the most part I see peace, beauty, joy and calmness.

If this belief has any truth, then perhaps by taking a little time to check what our surroundings are telling us we’ll have another amazing tool for improving our life. We can use this awareness for spiritual growth.

We can work on cleaning up the parts that causes us unease and that we don’t like in our lives. Thus, enabling us to create and reflect outwardly what we’ve kept hidden and protected within and let the light and beauty we have shine out.

If we all made the necessary changes for the better what a heavenly Earth, we would share.

Pain vs Pleasure - Pt 1

H

e

ello. Luke Michael Howard, clinical hypnotist and owner of Lukenosis Hypnosis, here today with a whiteboard. Yes. I’ve caught up with the times. I’m going to make a whiteboard video today. It’s all about motivation and why your motivation isn’t where it needs to be. We’ll look at why motivation doesn’t really work for us. I’m going to draw a beautiful line on this board right now and I will tell you, I did fail art A levels, that’s the English system at high school, if you will. So please do forgive my drawings.

See the whiteboard right there and this line, as straight as I can make it. On one end of this line, I’m going to put a P. That means pain: physical, mental, emotional, etc. On the other end, pleasure. I’m going to put a PL for pleasure.

Then a PI for pain. That is total physical or emotional pain, trauma right down there. This is pleasure, this is what you’d want to get out of your life. Now, do forgive the lovely circle that’s been reflected and see it as a holy circle there and use this as a special video if you will.

So let’s say you have a problem - Let’s say you are a smoker and you start off here, start off right in the middle.

And then, you keep smoking, smoking, smoking, you start to have heart issues, your wife, your husband tells you you need to stop smoking or they’re going to leave you, right?

Your kids see you smoking, they’re saying “Daddy, mommy, stop smoking.” This is really, really bad. You have a COPD, you’re all the way down there, you’re about to have a heart attack. Massive amount of pain, right? You’ve got your motivation to quit smoking at that point.

So then what happens is you get further and further away from the pain further and further away from the pain, COPD sorted itself out, wife/husband staying with you, kids aren’t bothering you anymore, and you’re there, that’s where you started. You’re thinking, “Oh, okay. Well maybe, I could try another cigarette right now because I’m not in any pain. I’ll be all right if I try another one.”

Then you go back along this journey again because you need to get your motivation, right? You smoke, you smoke, you’re breathing heavily, you get COPD, wife/husband’s bothering you, parents are bothering you to quit smoking, your clothes smell really bad when your partner kisses you.

They taste it, your kids are seeing you doing it. You’re feeling really guilty, you’ve realized you’re spending four or five grand a year on cigarettes and you’re all the way back at pain again. You’re at that massive amount of pain. “Oh, I’m ready to quit right now. I’m ready to quit immediately.

I’ve got all this pain in my life.”

Then, you start the journey again, COPD kind of works itself out, parents stop bothering you, partner’s still not bothering you anymore because you’re not smoking anymore, kids aren’t seeing you again, then you lose your motivation.

You have to do it again and again and again. You have this vicious cycle.

I’m talking about smoking now but it’s the same thing with weight loss. Use this for weight loss. You’re gaining weight, you’re 10 pounds or more overweight, perhaps getting to 50 pounds overweight. Your wife or husband leaves you because you’re too fat. You sweat when you tie up your shoelaces now or walking up the stairs. And you’re so fat

now you can’t fit in your clothes anymore. You go to the airport, you get in an aeroplane, you can’t fit in the seat comfortably anymore. You go to a theme park but they won’t let you sit on the chair because you’re fat. Spills over to other seat. You’re in a massive amount of pain now.

You’ve got a great amount of motivation to change it, to shift it. So you lose 5 pounds, 10 pounds, 20 pounds, 30 pounds, 40 pounds, you lose your 50 pounds. You’re great.

You get right back here. You say to yourself, “If I eat a little a bit more now - sugar or junk, it won’t really matter because I’ve lost that weight.” So you start eating, gaining 5, 10, 20 pounds or more. You’re right back where you were at the beginning and now, you’ve got that hot poker in your butt, if you will, of pain.

You’ve got a massive amount of pain because you can’t breathe properly, you’re sweating all of the time, you don’t feel good about yourself, you’ve no energy, can’t sleep, can’t ever get comfortable. Now you’ve got a great amount of motivation to change again. That proverbial poker shows up again and you get further away from the pain. Lose those 10-50 pounds again, but you have to keep doing this loop over and over again to keep motivated. Think of Oprah Winfrey. Gain 100 pounds, lose 100 pounds, gain 100 pounds, lose 100 pounds.

It works with addictions as well. Let’s say you’re an alcoholic. Insert your specific addiction here. And you’re okay, drinking a bit too much but it gets to a point where you lose your car, your job, perhaps you lose your children, you start to lose your mind. Maybe your driving license gets taken away from you because you’re driving while drunk, while impaired. You can’t think straight for yourself, you’re losing everything in your life, you hit rock bottom. You’re at pain.

You’re right here, you’re at pain, you’re feeling a massive amount of pain for all those issues in your life.

Guess what? You’ve got some real motivation to change that. You feel that hot poker, you want to get to get your driving license back, get your kids back, get your job back, your wife back, your husband back. So you start to do whatever you need to. Stop drinking. You start to clean yourself out, feeling better and better. It’s been 10 days, 20 days, 30 days, 40 days. You tell yourself, I got this handled now. I can start drinking again. I’ve got my wife back, my husband back, my kids back, my driving license back, my job back.

I can handle a little bit of drink right now. Then it starts all over again. One drink, 2 drinks, 3 drinks, 4 drinks, or more. You lose your car, you lose your wife, your husband, your kids, your job and you start this vicious cycle all over again and again. That’s what motivation is folks. It’s transient. As soon as you achieve it, you say, “Well I’m not motivated anymore.” It’s like climbing to the top of Everest, you take all this time and effort to climb to the top. If you’re not fulfilled, you get to the top and you say, “Is this all there is? I thought the pearly gates were going to open for me. I thought there was going to be some cherub playing their rusty trombone for me. Is this it? Is this all that there is?”

It doesn’t work. Well, it works short term and it’s really quite effective for the short term. But long term, it doesn’t work. This is pleasure. You’re nowhere near pleasure. So as long as your motivation is about that, you stay trapped because that’s what motivation is for most people. Getting away from pain. Because most people will do far more to get away from pain than they will to get to pleasure. What if we turn that on its head? What if we stopped you from doing that vicious cycle inside your mind with whatever your problem is? Whether it’s an addiction, or an emotion, whether it’s a weight issue, anxiety, depression, it’s all the same loop over and over again. Ultimate pain.

So what about this? What about you get inspired instead of motivated? What if you stop focusing on, “When I lose that weight, I can gain all that weight back again and enjoy the meals.” “Once I’ve got my car back and my wife back and my kids back, I can start enjoying a little tipple of drinking here and there.” No. It doesn’t work. You’ve got to get inspired. What do you want? Not what you don’t want, what do you want?

See, in my life, I ended up having these problems. Weight was an example for me. I’d lose 50 pounds, gain 50 pounds, lose 50 pounds, gain 50 pounds, massive amount of pain, couldn’t get girls to like me, couldn’t be successful in my job because I wasn’t walking my talk. So I did this loop over and over again but as soon as I got to here, I lost the motivation, gained all the weight back again in order for me to get motivated to lose it again. Vicious cycle, low level of living, low vibration of living. I was there. I know how it feels.

I know how it feels to be trapped in that continuing loop until one day, I said, “What if I focus my attention on what I want? I don’t want to be overweight, I want to be sexy, to be lean. Call me conceited if you will. What if it was about me being in the best health I could possibly be? Be in the best kind of shape that I could be? Not just getting away with only doing enough to not be in a massive amount of pain.

If I focused my attention on being sexy, on being lean, on having the kind of physique that I wanted to have. Because I knew that if I focused on what I wanted, I’d get more of it. If I focused on what I didn’t want, I’d end up getting more of it be on the looping trend again. I sit with my clients over and over and over again. This does not work long-term folks.

Why I am no longer a light worker

By Cameron Day lanet Earth and much of our corner of the universe has been under a spell for a very long time, a spell which casts doubt within our minds about whether or not we are connected with the Infinite Source of all creation. The spell causes us to feel alone, vulnerable and isolated – cast out from the Heavenly Realms into a cruel, dog-eat-dog world. This spell is pure fiction, a deception of the highest order, but it has taken hold deeply on this and other worlds.

Intrinsic within this holographic spell is the notion that duality and polarity are natural aspects of life, and that we must serve one side of duality or the other. This elegantly simple binary imprint has become so prominent that we have lost sight of the larger holographic spell that spawned it. Indeed, we have lost sight of the hologram all together, and come to believe that it is the sum total of reality.

Humans have been conditioned to worship the holographic deception and the agents that perpetuate it.

This hologram has been called Maya by the Hindus, and the Gnostics referred to it as the Corrupt Demiurge. I find this term a highly accurate description, and from the point forward I will refer to it as the corrupt demiurge.

Dark vs (False) Light – Duality of the Demiurge In order to capture and control the widest possible spectrum of souls, the corrupt demiurge split its agents into two seemingly opposing teams: Dark vs (false) Light.

Not everyone can be a saint, so there must be room for sinners within the demiurge, as long as everyone involved is under its spell. What matters most to the demiurge is that we worship it or one of its agents, regardless if they are on the light team or the dark team.

There are many names of the players within this cosmic, multi-dimensional drama that you will have no doubt heard of such as: Lucifer, Jehova, Beelzebub, Arch Angel Michael, Satan (different dude than Lucifer), Ashtar, dozens of Arch(on) angels, supposedly ascended “masters” and various other channeled entities.

While some of these beings play for team dark, and some play for team (false) light, they are ALL ultimately playing for the corrupt demiurge that controls them.

Re-Connecting with One Another & Cyclists

n Sunday, September 29th, you are invited to a workshop entitled “Re-Connect to the Sacred Within – an introduction to the Medicine Wheel”. This would be a perfect class if you feel you have a “Red Heart” even though you are not Indigenous.

What prompted me to bring beginner teachings about the Medicine Wheel is we seem to be losing our respect and connection to one another. Technology is wonderful yet when someone would rather video someone in trouble rather than call 911, my heart breaks. Then this headline catches my attention: “Why do cyclists keep on getting hit?” It got me thinking….

People turn to the governments to review road safety.

Yet these accidents happen between two people: their choices, knowledge and application of road rules and attentiveness to one another. It’s not only the driver’s fault, the cyclist too is accountable – including the youth. We need to become aware of our environment and the people around us. Education is the key.

Our teens need to understand that their bike is like a car, subject to the same rules. Following traffic rules is what makes safety predictable. Youth must be given an understanding of all the details a driver must be aware of. That they don’t have eyes around their head.

A car cannot stop on a dime. Cyclist courtesy needs to be applied. Their safety is their responsibility and they must learn to assess the road and traffic because they are part of the traffic. A driver cannot predict them.

Sometimes drivers do not know they are there until the last minute. Bicycles don’t make noise and can creep up behind, beside or in front of a car. The cyclist cannot assume that the driver knows he/she is there. Making eye contact, slowing down, assessing the situation and sharing the road are important skills to learn in our youth.

Drivers get arrested for careless driving – our youth risk being killed for reckless cycling due to inexperience.

This may sound like overkill but when a child’s life is at stake, it’s time to call a spade a spade. Is it time to include cycling education in your family? The bottom line is always it takes two to tango. We all know accidents do happen. Would the odds be smaller if we became more aware and respectful of each other? We’ll only know if we try it out.

Synthesizing Fears of Abandonment & Engulfment in Relationship

by Amâeil, Energy Psychotherapy and Ascension Healing pposites attract. While this can be very complementary and balancing in intimate relationships, it can also be very challenging while the pain body is healing. This means that two people can come together with gifts to build great synergy, but what can stand in the way of that creativity are opposing core fears: fear of abandonment and fear of engulfment.

The way you’re responding to your partner or spouse overall is telling. The core energy signature to fear of abandonment is “please stay with me”, and if this is you, you will always want more of your partner.

Whereas the core feeling with fear of engulfment is “let me be”, with a desire for less time together. Remember that these fears don’t have to be debilitating to affect how you relate. (See my previous articles: The Key to Healing Abandonment & When Togetherness is Too Much) This combination of fears can create a lot of tugging and repelling between two people. However, the higher purpose for this combination of forces is to learn harmony and balance, individually within yourself, and together. If you fear abandonment you can learn from your partner and spend more time with yourself. If you fear being smothered, you can learn to give a little more of yourself. Having the awareness of these core patterns can alleviate constantly being at odds with one another, or feeling personally offended by your partner. Instead, you learn to support each other through the healing of your fears. Acknowledging that you each have these fears is the first step.

Question: How can I develop more will-power?

SRI CHINMOY: Very often when we think of willpower, we think of it as being inside our head. We never think of will-power in the heart. But it is not true that will-power is inside the head. The easiest and most effective way to cultivate will-power is to concentrate on the heart. For inside the heart is the soul, and the soul’s light is will-power, real will-power.

Each individual has a certain amount of will-power, but will-power can also be cultivated. The best way to develop will-power is through union with God’s Will.

Daily there may be many unpleasant happenings in your life. If you can accept them cheerfully, then you can increase your will-power. As well, you can increase your will-power by not being affected by the results of your actions. If something takes place, always try to see the positive side of the story.

The easiest way to use will-power is to take the positive approach. Use will-power to do something positive, not just to keep yourself from doing something negative. For instance, if we say, “I shall not tell a lie,” that is important. But if we say, “I shall tell the truth,” that use of our will-power is more effective.

Will-power can also be used during meditation. Use your physical will-power to keep your body positioned in one place; use your vital will-power to expand yourself to include each and every one in the whole world; use your mental will-power to not allow any thought to enter your mind; and use your psychic willpower to feel inseparably one with the rest of the world.

When we try to pay all attention to the positive aspects of life, we can muster courage, strength and will-power in infinite measure. Will-power can easily destroy our bad thoughts and negate the wrong forces in us. With will-power also we can increase the power of our good thoughts and increase our good qualities. If we always have positive feelings, and make positive assertions, then automatically our willpower increases. If we use our willpower properly, we can perform miracle after miracle in our lives.

any recording artists over the years have written songs describing the pain that they have felt as they live their lives on this earth. Life can be a very cruel task master and we all have our own scars to prove it.

This pain is real. This pain is yours.

What are we to do when confronted with these realities? Life is also about our ability to make choices.

I would argue that the first step should be for you to seek out the required help so that you can move beyond these events, that is, to help reduce and even eliminate the dominion that this pain has over your you. Once this is done and this pain does not run your life, you are now ready to move forward in the design of your life.

You will be in a state where you can think clearly and are not in a fight/flight response posture all the time. Part of this journey will be to start uncovering the lessons that were to be learned from this painful event(s).

One of the best things that has helped me move beyond this pain was to develop a new sense of purpose.

Living a life on purpose lets you focus on new things and gets you to stop dwelling on the old. The Japanese have a beautiful word that I have written about in the past describing this: Ikigai meaning “what get’s you out of bed in the morning”. This is a powerful concept.

Turn your pain into a new life purpose and start living the life that you were meant to live. Dare to Dream!

It is difficult for any individual to do so, unless the individual begins by having the desire to look within themselves, and to look at that which is called an injury within themselves, a part of themselves that needs upgrading, a part of themselves that needs understanding, love and kindness. And so as each and every single one of you become realized by understanding yourselves better through the multi-dimensional self that you are.

You begin to become more coherent, you begin to unite more and more in a harmonized way with parts of you, with aspects of you, with other dimensions of you. This harmonious self, this actualized self, cannot come into its completion until you decide that it is time to do so and to aligned yourselves to harmonious energies such as the energy of PEACE so that your mind can be tranquil and can assist you into tapping and maintaining these frequencies in your everyday life so that you can begin to communicate and create in your world through this and in this way. Aligning you, aligning you, aligning you more and more to higher aspects of yourself, recalibrating, recalibrating, recalibrating all of you.
