‘Flying High’ – Blue Flags Raised On Kerry’s Beaches
THE TEAM AT THE CLINIC ARE HERE TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS ON COSMETIC AND HAIR RESTORATION ISSUES. I feel my skin has lost its luster recently. I always had good skin but it looks dull now. Any advice?
Lily
Hi Lily , I think our skin goes through phases where sometimes for whatever reason it needs more attention. Love Island has returned to our screens and have you ever wondered how the lovely presenter Laura Whitmore gets that amazing glow for Love Island? Well the Irish presenter loves the medical-grade peels called AlumierMD Glow Peels. The Glow Peel bookings soared after the Irish beauty revealed all about her beauty secret! AlumierMD Glow Peel combines lactic acid, salicylic acid and resorcinol, creating a multipurpose resurfacing solution. Dead skin cells are exfoliated and new cells are stimulated to leave your skin glow like never before. The Glow Peel is effective in minimizing the appearance of fine lines andwrinkles and hyperpigmentation issues like age spots, discolouration and uneven skin tone. Each Glow Peel can be customized to meet your skins needs and is suitable for dry, oily, dehydrated, acne and ageing skin types.
The Cathaoirleach of Kerry County Council, Cllr Jimmy Moloney has raised one of Kerry’s 15 Blue Flags at the Ladies’ Beach in Ballybunion this week to coincide with lifeguards taking up their duties on the county’s beaches this weekend. The high standard of the coastal environment in Kerry was recognised recently with the awarding of 15 Blue Flags for Kerry beaches and coastal amenities for 2022, the highest number in the country.
These revolutionary skin peels actively work to give you smoother and firmer looking skin with little or no down time and visible results which brighten your complexion. Ideally the time to have your Glow Peel is four weeks before that next big occasion. Get your glow on with CHRC!
Mary
Kerry retained its existing 14 Blue Flags, including 12 at beaches and one each at the Portmagee Seasonal Pontoon (Operated by Kilrush Maritime Ltd) and Fenit Marina as well as regaining the Blue Flag at Ballybunion North, bringing the total to 15.‘I was delighted to raise the flag at Ladies’ Beach which regained its Blue Flag for 2022,’ said Cllr Moloney. ‘Blue Flags are a very important internationally recognised indicator of the quality of a beach environment, and it is very encouraging that Kerry has emerged as the national leader in this regard.’ The decision of the International Blue Flag jury was announced recently sees the following beaches and marinas awarded Blue Flags for 2022: Rossbeigh, Ballybunion South, Ballybunion North, Ballyheigue, Fenit, Maherbeg, Kells, Doire Fhíonáin (Derrynane), White Strand, Baile an Sceilg (Ballinskelligs), Banna, Fionntrá (Ventry), Inch, Fenit Marina and Portmagee Seasonal Pontoon.

Best Day Yet at St Pats Dingle Way Challenge!
Last Sunday saw St. Pats GAA host their Dingle Way Challenge with the aim to raise funds for the development projects the club is undertaking to enhance our facilities for our players, members and the greater community in general, and it was a resounding success! The weather on the morning was rain as participants for the Ultra route gathered at the clubhouse as early as 4.30am for registration and briefing on safety from the organising committee. The walk itself was 46km long for the very fit ultraparticipants, which was broken down into 4 stages as walkers got to experience the Dingle Peninsula such as Macha Na Bó, Annascaul Lake and Camp to name but a few. Participants were treated to breakfast in Annascaul and lunch at Camp Schoolhouse. This year’s walk was the

most challenging especially travelling over Macha Na Bó, but guts and perseverance prevailed as participants were greeted at the finishing line by members of the organising committee with a DWC medal, water and lots of refreshments. The first Ultra Man to arrive at the finishing line was Gary Scollard and First Woman in the Ultra was Loretto O Sullivan.
After all the walking was done, all were invited to sit down under our marquee for a BBQ, Beer or wine for the ladies or men and a chance to interact with other walkers and members of the community. Overall, the event was the most successful to date with nearly 300 participants ensuring that all the hard work put by the committee and club in general paid off. The club would like to use this opportunity to thank
our main sponsors, Poff Motors and 3D Personnel and all the other businesses who contributed to this event by providing services, food, drinks and donating generously. We encourage all our club members to support these businesses in any way they can. Many thanks to Derryquay ICA for helping with the catering, our club members and members of the general public who supported the event by participating and contributing in some small ways to the smooth running of this event. Thank you to the Red Cross and First Responders who helped on the day of the walk. Well done to the organising committee for the meticulous planning in ensuring everything ran like clockwork and to anyone who gave their time in the led up to the event. Thank You to James Dowling for MC for the day announcing

Have you got a talented performer in the family? Siamsa Tíre are hosting their annual auditions on the 16th, 17th, and 18th of June Have you got a talented performer in the family? A child who loves singing, dancing, and shining in the limelight? If so, they may be interested in auditioning for the National Folk Theatre of Ireland’s three-year training programme at Siamsa Tíre. These auditions are open to children between the ages of 7 and 12 and take place at three locations in Kerry. On Thursday June 16th, the children of North Kerry can audition in Teach Siamsa in Finuge from 6pm to 8pm. On Friday June 17th, it will be the turn of children in West Kerry with auditions in Teach Siamsa in Carraig from 6pm to 8pm. Then on Saturday June 18th, the action moves to Tralee where auditions will be held in Siamsa Tíre from 10am
to 5pm. Children are asked to come to these auditions ready to perform an Irish dance step, a song, and/or a piece of music. The auditions are by appointment only and can be booked by ringing the Siamsa Tíre Box Office on 066 7123055. “We are delighted at Siamsa to offer these annual auditions in-person this year. We look forward to meeting all the talent that our county of Kerry has to offer,” says Anne O’Donnell, Training and Development Officer with Siamsa Tíre. The children lucky enough to pass the audition process will be invited to enrol in a three-year formal training programme of traditional Irish dancing, singing, and drama. Classes will take place weekly throughout the school year and after the three years, children will be offered
opportunities to perform on stage as part of Siamsa Tíre’s summer Festival of Folk. These auditions could be the first step in making your child’s performing dreams come true. For more information, visit www.siamsatire.com/events/ training.
Siamsa Tíre is incorporated in Ireland as a company limited by guarantee under company number 38483. Siamsa Tíre’s Registered Charity Number (RCN) is 20009403 and CHY number is CHY 5842.
Féile LughnasadhMilltown Festival July ‘22
The preparations continue for the free, family friendly festival coming your way from July 28th to August 1st. This festival of craic, ceoil and culture will feature a full program of events, headlined by Sharon Shannon on the gig rig. To help with preparations, the Milltown Listry Comhaltas branch who are hosting the event invite you to a table quiz in Larkin’s Bar, Milltown, on June 17th at 8, with teams of 4 at €40 per table. “Our quizzes are always a great night out, with plenty spot prizes and novelty rounds”, said organizer Owen O’Shea. “Come along with a team or on your own and we’ll sort you out”, added treasurer Vincent Prendergast. “All funds raised will help stage a full program of events over the five days in July/August, so it’s win-win for everyone.” The festival program will be launched shortly, so look out for the announcement of top trad entertainers who’ll be coming to Milltown this summer. Congratulations to the winners of the Faha Court quiz, Craig Elliot and Aisling Prendergast, with Carmel and Noel Kennedy.

Kevin from KP Therapy answers your questions about Muscles, Aches & Pains. Q. I’ve had back pain for years, seen lots of specialists, spent thousands. What more can you do for me? - Rob
Kevin says... Hi Rob, we can offer a fresh perspective with thorough hands on treatment and rehabilitation. Our skillset is in recognising contributing factors to your symptoms that tend to be more functional. Especially where myofascial trigger points (MTrps) are concerned but not just MTrps. It may sound simplistic but much of what we see is flexibility or balance related. This is often made worse by certain behaviours and negative experiences. It takes time to unravel these things. So much of the initial treatments are manual therapy based, with lots of conversation. Then we progress to more movement based rehab involving subtle exercises and Pilates along with small impactful lifestyle changes when necessary. When dealing with issues of a functional nature (ie not pathological) the site of pain is rarely the cause. If the site of pain has been the focus of past treatments, then we can offer other treatment options. Also even if pathology is present, functional issues could still be responsible for your symptoms.

A ‘First Date’ Wins Best Dressed at Listowel Races Judge Emily O’Donoghue, @ fashionablyfortyish wowed by the colour and sensational style at Listowel Races on Sunday 5th of June
A very Carrie Bradshaw inspired soft pink dress with full tulle skirt caught the eye of fashion judge Emily O’Donoghue and won Grace Flynn from Pallaskenry, Co. Limerick, the coveted title of Listowel Races Best Dressed Lady at the June Bank Holiday meeting on Sunday (5th of June). Grace originally bought the dress from Phoenix V for her appearance on RTE’s programme ‘First Dates Ireland’. She paired it with a headpiece from Hats Amore
from Wexford and beautiful shoes by Kate Appleby. She received €500 in cash sponsored by Listowel Race Company and a beautiful bouquet of flowers sponsored by Emma in Betty McGrath Florists Listowel. First runner up was well known boutique owner, Diane Jeffers, resplendent in a chic fitted white dress with matching cape from Jasmine Tralee set off with a very Riviera style straw hat from Penneys. She won €250 and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. This year, Ladies Day was extra special and also poignant - as Listowel Race Company and the people and
businesses of Listowel town - remembered a dedicated racer-goer and follower of fashion the wonderful Betty McGrath who sadly passed away after an illness last year. In her honour, there was a special category for the Most Fashion Forward Headpiece, and this was won by Denise O’Connor from Brosna in Co. Kerry. Denise wore a vibrant lime green, eye-catching mesh disc headpiece from Hat Hire by Caroline (Galway) paired with a beautiful sapphire blue suit. She won €250 sponsored by the traders of Listowel town, a specially commissioned headpiece by top award winning milliner Aoife Hannon and a voucher
from the Lingerie Rooms by Elaine Stack in Listowel. Each of the 7 other finalists received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco sponsored by John J Galvin. So whats happening Mark ? I asked him ! “Well , my wife Linda and I , have embarked on a new venture , opening this Saturday ,,,its a coffee house/ Deli serving delicious hot and cold food as well as sweet treats . Our Coffee is from Peru and Tralee priest Fr David O Connor is working with the poorest of the poor over there and its from his village over there that this fantastic award winning Coffee originates from ..so he has been our connection over there ! We cant wait to get the feedback from the people of Tralee . Our opening hours initially are from 830am to 430pm Monday to Saturday and we are closed on Sundays for a rest “ Mark laughs . Spa National School fully completed the BioDive poster with stickers of 120 native Irish species and was selected at random by Applegreen under assurance of external watchdog, Arthur Cox. The school’s Principal, Peter Linehan, says the entire school is looking forward to helping install its top prize of a biodiversity garden worth €10,000. “Our entire school community worked together to collect all 120 BioDive stickers from our local Applegreen stores,” said Mr Linehan. “We are thrilled to have won and can’t wait to get started on our biodiversity garden. The pupils have some great design ideas for the garden and we are all very excited to welcome some new species to our school grounds as we continue our biodiversity support and education.” Spa National School is an active Green School and has been awarded four separate flags, including the
biodiversity green flag by An Taisce for its environmental efforts. Applegreen’s BioDive ambassador, Éanna Ní Lamhna, says the Tralee school is a worthy winner of the BioDive campaign and can inspire other schools and students to take an interest in Irish biodiversity. BioDive is just one aspect of Applegreen’s sustainability programme as the company

Volunteers wanted for this year’s Tidy Towns By Georgie Downes
Do you fancy embracing your community spirit? Want to get involved in something special that will benefit your neighbourhood and help spruce up the streets? Great! Tralee Tidy Towns is urgently looking for volunteers to cover the next two months because June 11th marks the beginning of the official adjudication period for the National Tidy Towns Competition. Over the past three years Tralee has steadily gained points in the Tidy Towns league table, having jumped 15 points since 2019 to our current score of 338. Tidy Towns isn’t just about litter-picking. Having said that, do we want more litterpickers? Yes please. But this year, there’s also a call out for gardeners, anyone handy with a paint brush, people who know their way around social media, or folks who just like to get out and socialise.
“We’d love to hear from anyone who wants to see Tralee look good. They could be residents, or business people or families who want to get out and participate in civic activities. Anyone who takes pride in their place. We have the equipment, all we need are the people,” said Martha Farrell, Secretary of the Tralee Tidy Towns Committee. There are three different groups of volunteers currently meeting in Tralee for litterpicking duty. The first group, organised by The Tralee Chamber Alliance, meets in the Brandon car park on Saturday mornings at 7.30am. The second group, Team Bramble, operate in conjunction with Tralee Lyons Club and meet in the Lidl car park on the Castlemaine Road at 10am on Sundays and the third group, the main
Tralee Tidy Towns team, meet on Wednesday evenings in Garvey’s car park at 7pm. So, what are you all waiting for? Marigolds abu!
If you’d like to get involved, contact info@tralee.ie or info@traleetidytowns.ie or private message the Tralee Tidy Towns Facebook page.

NOT EVERYONE LOVES PORK ! HAPPY BBQ!
Finally It’s grilling season... The great weather recently made sure of that... So time to dust off that BBQ Cover or pull it out of the shed! However, unlike me, not everyone loves pork, I don’t know why either... so here’s a chicken kebab recipe that will make them smile... Enjoy!
CHICKEN BOTI KEBABS Serves 4
INGREDIENTS • • • • • • • • • • • • • •
Chicken 4 garlic cloves 1 (2” piece) ginger, peeled 3 Tbsp. Greek yogurt 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. ground coriander ½ tsp. cayenne pepper ½ tsp. ground cumin 1½ lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1” pieces onions 1 small red onion, halved, thinly sliced 1 Tbsp. sumac 2 tsp. salt
Hari chutney and assembly • Juice of 1 lime • 1 green or red Thai chile, seeds removed if desired • 1 garlic clove • ½ cup coarsely chopped coriander • ½ cup coarsely chopped mint • 1 cup sour cream • Vegetable oil (for grill) • 4–6 brioche hot dog buns, split • 1 English hothouse cucumber, halved lengthwise, thinly sliced on a diagonal Special equipment: Four to six 8” metal skewers or bamboo skewers, soaked 30 minutes
METHOD Smash garlic with a mortar and pestle to make a paste (you should have 1 Tbsp.) and transfer to a medium bowl. Repeat process with ginger (you should also have 1 Tbsp. You can also finely chop and then smash the garlic and ginger with the side of a chef’s knife on a cutting board if you don’t have a mortar and pestle.) Add yogurt, oil, salt, coriander, cayenne, and cumin to bowl and whisk to combine. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and let sit at room temperature at least 30 minutes, or chill up to 4 hours. Sumac onions - Toss red onion, sumac, and salt in a small bowl to coat; set aside. Hari chutney and assembly - Purée lime juice, chile, garlic, coriander, mint, and ½ tsp salt in a food processor or blender until smooth and pourable. If you prefer a thinner chutney, drizzle in 1–3 Tbsp. ice water a tablespoonful at a time, processing until you reach the desired consistency. Taste and season chutney with more salt if needed. Transfer to a small bowl. Place sour cream in another small bowl and add 2 Tbsp. chutney; whisk to combine. Season herbed sour cream with salt. Cover both remaining chutney and herbed sour cream separately and chill until ready to serve. Prepare a grill for medium heat; oil grate. Thread chicken onto skewers, taking care not to pack it too tightly. Grill, turning once, until chicken is cooked through and charred in spots, 6–8 minutes. Transfer to a platter and slide chicken from skewers. Spread reserved herbed sour cream on cut sides of buns. Stuff buns with chicken, cucumber slices, and reserved sumac onions and drizzle with chutney

IT’S ONLY A JOKE AT A HOTEL RESTAURANT, A MAN SEES AN ATTRACTIVE WOMAN SITTING ALONE AT THE NEXT TABLE.
Suddenly, she sneezes, and a glass eye comes flying out of her eye socket. It hurls by the man, and he snatches it from the air and hands it back to her. “This is so embarrassing,” the woman says, and she pops her eye back in place. “I’m sorry to have disturbed you. Let me buy dinner to make it up to you. May I join you?” He nods. The woman is a stimulating conversationalist, stunningly pretty, and the man finds they have a lot in common. He gets her phone number and asks, “You are the most charming woman I’ve ever encountered. Are you this nice to every guy you meet?” “No,” she replies. “You just happened to catch my eye.”
A HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL MANAGER WAS GOING HOME IN HIS CAR WHEN HE SAW TWO MEN ALONG THE ROADSIDE EATING GRASS...
Astonished by the sight, he ordered his driver to stop and got out to investigate. He asked one man “Why are you eating grass?”“We don’t have any money for food,” the poor man replied. “We have to eat grass.” “Well, then, you can come with me to my house and I’ll feed you” the manager said. “But sir, I have a wife and five children with me. They are over there, under that tree”. “Bring them along,” the manager replied. Turning to the other poor man he stated, “You come with us also.” The second man, in a pitiful voice then said, “But sir, I also have a wife and seven children with me!”
“Bring them all, as well,” the manager answered. They all entered the car, which was no easy task, even for a car as large as it was. One of the poor fellows turned to the Manager and said, “Sir, you are too kind. Thank you for taking all of us with you.” The manager replied, “Glad to do it. You’ll really love my place; the grass is almost 1 meter high!”
TWO BLONDE PILOTS...
On their first commercial flight together two blonde pilots, best friends for years, are finally flying together after years of being co-pilots for more experienced captains. The cockpit was finally theirs. The flight goes very smoothly and they congratulate each other as they are coming into land. As they approach the runway it is obvious they are going much too fast. The back wheels of the plane barely touch asphalt before they leave then airstrip entirely, the plane barreling through tall grass until they crash directly into the side of the airport. Clearing debris from her face the pilot says to her co-polite “Oh my god... Did you see that? That runway was way too short!” “Yeah, but it must’ve been 2 miles wide!”

TALKING SPORT WITH THE TRALEE ADVERTISER Bookings are coming in quickly for the Summer Camp which will take place from Monday 18th to Thursday 21st of July from 10am to 1pm for boys and girls ages 5 to 13 and non-club members are welcome to attend. The club thanks everyone who has contributed to their recent fundraising efforts ahead of the Feile na nGael finals at the end of the month. with “The Voice” Pat Harnett
FAI NATIONAl P.R.O. OF THE YEAR LEAGUE OF IRELAND SENIOR SOCCER IN KERRY IS NOW MUCH CLOSER: There was very exciting news for soccer in the county with the news that the Kerry Football Club has had their application to enter the FAI League of Ireland’s Club Licensing process has been accepted. Kerry has been involved in the Underage League of Ireland at various ages since 2016 and therefore the step to senior football in a newly structured First Division is the logical next step. The new entity is being led by exprofessional Billy Dennehy, who is presently coaching the Kerry 19’s along with Stephen Conway and Brian Ainscough who are based in the US. Conway is well known from his time in the game in Kerry while Ainscough is a well-respected and successful coach and his knowledge of the game could possible see some US players coming over, like basketball is doing. But that’s a long way down the line. Those behind the Kerry Football Club have been working hard for a number of months to get to this stage but they also know there are many boxes to tick before their ambition comes to fruition. Kerry has been relatively successful at the higher levels with the u21’s and Tralee Dynamos in the A Championship but if Kerry Football Club are successful they will be playing at a higher level again as well as having all the supporting teams, men’s and women’s, that a full member of the League of Ireland needs. GAYNOR GIRLS GET GOING WITH THEIR GROUP GAMES: All the planning and training for the Kerry 14’s Girls squad had the squad ready for their games in the Group stages of the 2022 SFAI Gaynor Cup. This group of girls are enjoying the full Gaynor experience including staying in UL for 4 nights. This is the first time the Gaynor, and Kennedy Cup, are back in Limerick in three years. Kerry opened their Group campaign with a Tuesday evening game against South Tipperary and a Jocelyn Cussen goal earned the girls a share of the points late on in a 1-1 draw. They lost their second game 2-1 to Limerick Desmond, who were 4-0 winners over Cork on Day 1. The opponents went ahead but Kerry equalised through a Laura Falvey cracker. However Limerick Desmond had the benefit of a gale in the second half and the winner came direct from a corner. In the other game Cork beat Limerick County 2-1 thanks to a late penalty. CUP SUCCESS FOR ST BRENDAN’S PARK: As the Kerry Schoolboys Girls League 2021-2022 season comes to an end there was more Cup success for St Brendan’s Park. They won the John Murphy 12’s Boys Cup defeating Listowel Celtic in extra time where the Tralee side took over. The John Joe Naughton 13’s Boys Cup is also in the trophy cabinet at Christy Leahy

Park as the Park’s 13’s A side defeated their club mates on the 13’s C side in a unique final pairing. HEARTBREAK FOR THE HURLERS BUT NO TIME TO WALLOW: If anyone ever questioned the skill, heart and commitment of the Kerry hurlers then they proved these qualities once again. At the Joe McDonagh final whistle there was heartbreak as they went down by 1 point to Antrim after training by 10 points at one stage. Manager Stephen Molumphy was loud in his praise of his players and he feels that “Kerry hurling is on the way up. We have made a massive transition, a lot of these guys are only 18. We have been in the final three times, it’s a common thing now and we need to keep building on that. The difference in the prize for the winners of the Joe McDonagh Cup has gotten a big reaction. Antrim replace Laois in the Leinster Championship but if Kerry won they would not have gotten into the Munster Championship. Molumphy added that he thinks this will happen. “You look at the likes of Carlow, Antrim, Westmeath and Laois , they are going up and down but it brings them on and it improves them. I think the same will happen in Munster”. It really is a no-brainer. Two Groups of Three playing each other once and the top two in each side going into the Munster Championship semi-finals. Kerry will be back on the field this Saturday when they welcome Wexford to Austin Stack Park on Saturday in the All Ireland Senior Hurling Championship Preliminary Quarter Final. The game tips off at 2pm and hopefully a big crowd will come out and support the hurlers and show their appreciation to them for the season they have put in. KERINS O’RAHILLY’S NOTES The club has completed the first stage of the Lidl One Good Programme and now move onto Stage 2. There will be a Family Fun and Well-Being Day in the coming weeks. It was party time for the Gaelic4Girls group. The two u12 girls team continue their County League campaigns. The 14’s Girls play Laune Rangers this Sunday in Round 3 of the County League. There was disappointment for the 15’s in Feile as they narrowly lost out to St Senan’s Limerick in the final. The u17’s are training ahead of the National U17 Blitz in Abbotstown on July 5th. All the Academy and Underage sides are training as usual each week. There was no winner of the Lotto from the numbers drawn 15, 16, 18 and 25. PARNELLS NEWS: The u7’s were in Causeway and the squad put in a great effort to the delight of the big crowd that travelled to support them. Noah Kirby was named as the Player of the Week. The u9’s were also in Causeway where the Black and White teams played the hosts and Lixnaw in two cracking games.
AUSTIN STACKS NEWS: The poor weather didn’t deter the Rock All Stars who were out in force for their weekly training session. They are out again this Sunday at 10am in Connolly Park. All the under-age teams are in training and putting in some very good displays in their Leagues. The July County Board Camp is full but there is still some room on the Stacks own camp that takes place from August 3rd to 6th. ST PAT’S NEWS Well done to all those from the club who took part in the Dingle Way Challenge which St Pats hosted. The Seniors went down by the narrowest margin 0-14 to 0-15 to Firies. Their next game is on June 11th away to Ballydonoghue in Round 9 of the Credit Union County League tipping off at 7pm. JOHN MITCHELS NOTES: All the Academies and underage teams continue to train weekly and compete in their relative competitions. The u12 Girls are at home to Southern Gaels this Friday night (June 10th) at 7.15pm. The u14’s had an impressive win over Firies. The u17 boys made it 4 wins from 4 in the Central League this week. The Senior men went down 2-15 to 2-12 to Listowel and are a home to Milltown in a must win game at 2pm this Sunday. Loto- there was no winner of the Lotto from the numbers drawn 26, 27, 29 and 31 and the next jackpot will be e1,150. KINGDOM SWIMMING CLUB TRIALS: The Kingdom Swimming Club is holding Trials on June 12th at 9am in the Tralee Sports and Leisure Centre. As well as training for a busy season on the water members were out in force on the Mall fundraising for the club and they were grateful for all the support they received. They were rowing on machines as well as displaying their musical skills but are an enjoyable weekend on dry land they are looking to get back on the water. CRICKETERS REACH SENIOR CUP SEMI-FINAL: While it might have been a low scoring game the defeat of Midleton 1st X1 by the Kerry 1st X1 in the Senior Cup was brought about by a superb bowling performance. Kerry had their opponents all out for 65 and they reached the 66 they needed with the loss of just 5 wickets.

This weekend sees the Bational Strokeplay Qualifiers taking place in Listowel on Sunday morning with 19 places across the three grades (Seniors 8, Intermediate 6 and Juniors 5) joining Damien Fleming in the Finals on the first weekend of July.
