Los caballos se quedan unos metros antes del salto del agua. Para llegar a la base donde se forma una alberca de agua natural, hay que bajar unos 100 escalones. The Loreto coast was declared National Park and is an excellent place to practice snorkeling or diving in its crystal-clear waters, as well as some boat excursions and enjoying watching its vast marine life. | The healthy Chef | Mushrooms match perfectly with a wide variety of ingredients, that is why they are the star of many dishes around the world, cooking them could be simple or sophisticated, from stews, to eggs, pizza, soups or risotto, the secret of a nice dish with mushrooms comes from the way you treat them since you take them home from the store or market. Rinse them with water and then take off the dirt with a napkin or towel. Mushrooms contain a lot of water and for that reason, browning them could be a challenge. If you want to fry your mushrooms, put them in a hot pan and do not add salt because salt will dehydrate them. But if what you are looking for is to prepare a juicy dish as a soup or a stroganoff sauce for example, add some salt from the beginning. A very easy way to prepare any kind of mushroom is to just cut them into medium pieces, sauté them in a hot pan, wait until they change color and add salt, pepper and garlic; then add some fresh herbs like parsley, chives, dill or coriander.
