aximilian Büsser, fundador de MB&F y aficionado de toda la vida a los automóviles, canalizó por primera vez las claves visuales de mediados del siglo XX en el modelo HM6 Space Pirate (2014). Este año MB&F

va todavía más lejos presentando uno de sus diseños más ambiciosos.

La Horological Machine Nº 9 «Flow» es audaz por su diseño poco convencional.

Las formas de su caja transgresora rompen moldes, aunque esto no es nada nuevo en la colección de Horological Machines de MB&F, pero la HM9 ha rebasado los límites. Para obtener esta caja completa, fresada y acabada con sus curvas extremas y sus ángulos agudos, no fue fácil, se necesitó adoptar nuevas técnicas y estándares de manufactura.

A lifetime car aficionado, MB&F founder Maximilian Büsser first channeled the visual cues of the mid 20th century in the 2014 HM6 Space Pirate model, This year MB&F goes even further and presents one of its most ambitious designs.

The Horological Machine N°9 ‘Flow’ is audacious in its unconventional design. Mould-breaking, transgressive case shapes are nothing new to the MB&F Horological Machine collection, but HM9 has rejected all limits. Its extreme curves and acute angles required new manufacturing standards and techniques to obtain a complete milled and finished case.

Aprendimos a encerar las tablas a la sombra de alguna palmera o pino. Luego, nos pintábamos de bronceador hasta quedar blancas, y comenzaba la clase de surf.
